Islamic Emirate: Why are the rulers of surrogate administration engaged in squabbling?

taliban-logo

Post via Islamic Emirate

Our beloved countrymen are witnesses to the fact that the current inefficient rulers of the two-headed Kabul administration have resurrected the chaotic situation experienced during the reign of Mujahideen in the 90s. Each province and district was divided into different zones among them. Every commander was the law in his controlled area. Furthermore all witnessed that they turned Kabul, our beautiful capital, into ruins due to meaningless infighting. Thousands of innocent residents were killed and many others compelled to leave the country. Neither the life, property nor the honor of people were secure. There was fighting and suffering everywhere.

The Mujahid people of Afghanistan turned towards the blessed obligation of jihad against the invasion of the former Soviet Union. They continued their sacred fighting against the invaders and their surrogates for more than a decade. They offered sacrifices of thousands of martyrs and sustained injury all in the path of Almighty Allah. More than five million people migrated to foreign countries while the fighting resulted in huge economical and financial damage and loss. All these sacrifices were for a great objective which was the freedom of the country from invaders and communist regime and the establishment of an Islamic system.

But unfortunately, some nefarious elements preferred their personal interests over the great sacrifices of the nation. They began fighting over power and thus not only frustrated the Afghan nation but the Muslims of the entire world. A desire of a strong Islamic government remained unaccomplished and the joy of freedom and rescuing the beloved country from the grip of invaders turned into grief and misery.

The meaningless and irresponsible disputes of the past week in Balk province once again reminded us about the dark, gruesome sufferings of the past. There is strong fear among our people regarding the future that God forbid our country will again fall into the furnace of factional internal fighting. If the removal of pictures of a warlord from the squares provoked such fierce clashes which claimed the life of a person and injuries to five others, one can only imagine the consequence once the material interests of these warlords are at risk?!! It is not only Balk province where officials are engaged in tussle with each other rather the personnel of two-headed Kabul administration are at logger-head with each other across the country.

This is the ultimate result of the American invasion and of their open interferences. As a savior of the nation, the Islamic Emirate has always strived and is still striving to save the nation from such miseries. We will not allow our nation and country be sacrificed for the desires and self ambitions of few unscrupulous people and return the country to the chaotic situation of 90s again. The Islamic Emirate assures its nation that the Mujahideen are vigilant and will prevent a civil war like the one which happened in the past.

The discovery of 2 bodies around 4 days ago covered in blood and handcuffed together has raised concerns as to their identity and how they were killed. The posting by “Views from the Sofa” alleges the involvement of Karachi police and another “fake encounter” leading to their deaths though this cannot be independently confirmed. The men appear to have been targeted whilst restrained.

An increasing number of people dying in police and military custody in Pakistan (Image via Views from the Sofa)

Bodies turning up in this way is not uncommon in Pakistan though rarely investigated. Where a kill and dump occurs, the family is often too afraid to file an FIR First Investigation Report. Khan Sultan who shared the photographs claimed, “media is silent on this issue. Their crimes only this that they are lovers of islam.” There is a reluctance to report on the subject within the country for fear of reprisals against the media.

The New York Times published the following article in 2015 highlighting that,

“dozens of detainees have died in military detention in Pakistan in the past year and a half, amid accounts of torture, starvation and extrajudicial execution from former detainees, relatives and human rights monitors. The accusations come at a time when the country’s generals, armed with extensive new legal and judicial powers, have escalated their war against the Pakistan Taliban by sweeping into their strongholds and detaining hundreds of people.”

“In Pakistan, Detainees Are Vanishing in Covert Jails”

Amina Masood Janjua campaigns for the families of missing persons in Pakistan. Her own husband was “disappeared” in 2005 whilst travelling on a bus with a friend, she stated, “in the last couple of years there is a rising trend of eliminating missing persons. Dead bodies are either thrown in gunny bags or handed over to families with threats of dire consequences if reported. That’s why it is important to build up pressure on Government of Pakistan to stop enforced disappearances.”

I want to make it clear that if I were in front of NADRA office, Charsadda university or school, I myself would stop those assaulters for the defence of Muslims and Jihad e Pakistan. AQIS Spokesperson Ustad Usama Mehmood Hifzullah

Whether it’s about killing of Innocents / Civilians in front of Nadra Office or shooting University’s students; Jihad & Mujahideen has nothing to do with the crimes like killing innocent Muslims.

Islamic Emirate: Joint enemy plot for Helmand neutralized

jabar-qahraman

Post via Islamic Emirate

Over the past two months the stooge regime’s military chief for Helmand, the former communist Abdul Jabbar Qahraman had established contacts with nefarious elements in northern parts of the province with the hopes of executing a plan of creating an armed group under the command of Kabul but guised as something different to oppose the Mujahideen and create a nuisance.

Another part of this plot was some people who also call themselves Mujahideen but had recently intensified efforts of rebelling against the Islamic Emirate.

The said enemy plot was under the surveillance of intelligence department of Islamic Emirate from the very beginning and was neutralized by the Mujahideen in form of a well orchestrated multi pronged raid last night.

The Mujahideen carried out a coordinated raid on the joint base of Abdul Jabbar Qahraman and nefarious elements in Karezo area of Nawzad district overnight, detaining a large number of miscreants mostly local Arbakis (militiamen) and seizing over 100 assortment of heavy and light weapons, ammunition, military gear and vehicles given to them by Abdul Jabbar Qahraman.

With the said raid the Mujahideen managed to neutralize the plot of Kabul administration aimed at creating a separate group opposing the Mujahideen with the hopes of easing pressure on the regime in Helmand.

No Mujahideen were harmed in the mentioned raid.

Today some malicious media outlets published news about death of Helmand’s provincial governor, the respected Mullah Abdul Manan Akhund. We reject all such claims and state that he himself contacted us through radio today to share information about the incident and assure us about his health.

x_grisanti_070424.standard

Post via Islamic Emirate

NURISTAN, Apr. 1 –   In the last four weeks, the dispute resolution council falling under Sharia court of the Islamic Emirate has settled a longstanding deep-rooted dispute between two quarreling parties in Want Waygal district of Nuristan province, according to the Al-Emarah News reports.

It says some 17 villagers have lost their lives due to the deep-seated quarrel going on over the last 30 years and continuing to intensify with every passing day.

The judges of dispute resolution council looked into the matter with great precision and then reached an agreement in the light of sharia which was agreeable to both parties.

The written settlement was later announced publicly which was greatly welcomed by the people.

The Islamic and fair move was well-received by the masses who seemed be tired of the long waiting period and non-Islamic and partial decisions of the corrupt government.

This comes as the Islamic Emirate has launched a series of developmental and educational programs and projects across the country.

talafat

Post via Islamic Emirate

KAPISA, Apr. 1 – As many as 44 combined soldiers of ANA, police and Arbaki lapdogs have been killed and a further 26 suffered injuries during the intense fighting with Mujahideen in eastern Kapisa province, according to Al-Emarah News reports.

The enemy, supported by ground and aerial power, deployed in Nijrab district of the province about 21 days ago.

There have been clashes between the enemy and Mujahideen since.

The enemy operation, however, ended in route yesterday and they retreated with fatal losses later Thursday.

Fighting have raged caused in the past couple of days in which some 44 puppets are said to have been killed and more than 26 others suffered injuries. A number of the military vehicles and armored tanks were also destroyed in the operation.

The sly enemy claims that 30 Mujahideen fighters have been martyred in the operation is false and groundless.

Islamic Emirate: Who are the True Enemies of Education?

enemy-of-education

Post via Islamic Emirate

Approximately three months from today Bashir Ahmad Rayyan – a student of languages and literature in Kandahar University – was busy completing his semester exams in the University compound when he was inexplicably arrested by the Kandahar security forces, handcuffed and blindfolded, he was taken to a black prison site. For three months he was held in custody without any charges and without a trial. During this time he was subjected to unspeakable forms of torture. Three days ago his body was found in a desert in Boldak district of Kandahar. His body showed marks of torture and deprivation, to Allah we belong and to Him we must return.

Unfortunately this is not the first time that the barbaric officials and forces of Kabul regime have mercilessly targeted the innocent civilians of Afghanistan so as to please their foreign bank-rollers. Especially the militias of the knave Raziq, who controls Kandahar city, and knows no limits of cruelty and barbarity, and has perpetuated hundreds of tortures and extra judicial killings against the innocent civilians of Afghanistan. Their brutality exceeds the proverbial barbarity of Genghis Khan. A few days ago a video was leaked that showed a member of this militia biting a morsel of meat off the arm of a civilian with his bare teeth. This video has been widely shared online and testifies to the cruelty of this militia.

Similarly this militia maintains its own prisons across Afghanistan and with the blessing of the Kabul regime they perpetuate all kinds of inhumane treatment of prisoners in these institutions. The Kabul regime which is daily losing territory foresees the coming doom and have now resorted to genocidal policies of indiscriminate killings and torture in order to forestall its fate.

Their hatred and insanity knows no bounds and now has reached the sacred halls of education institutions. Daily the mercenary militias of Kabul regime abduct students from across educational institutions and send them off to the darkness of the unknown. The daily disappearances of the students of Kandahar and Nangarhar Universities are clear examples of this conduct. All this while the officials of Kabul regime purport to be the champions of education and liberty of ideas while they accuse the Taliban of being the enemies of education.

Can anyone produce a single example over the course of the past twenty years where the Mujahideen have perpetrated a similar act against the seekers of knowledge? Can anyone produce a single example where the Mujahideen have mistreated a student without due Islamic judicial process?

Yet the American educated Kabul regime, along with their criminal officials and brutal militias regularly perpetuate human rights breaches against the locals and even against students in the educational sector.

The recent incident in Kandahar where the security forces forcefully abducted a University student and inhumanely tortured him to death, or the recorded video clip where the militias stop a bystander and under the pretext of being a Taliban drag him behind a Ford Ranger pickup truck and bite into his arm are clear examples of human rights breaches by the American-backed strongman of Kandahar. Yet the crippled Kabul regime failed to take any action against the perpetrators. So now we ask the world, who are the real enemies of education in Afghanistan?

Islamic Emirate: The implosion of Kabul regime in guise of resignations

election-major-teams

Post via Islamic Emirate

Observers and analysts from the very beginning, had no expectation of success and proficiency from the dependent and heterogeneous coalition regime of Kabul which was installed by John Kerry under the auspicious of American embassy herein.

The head of presidential palace, Ashraf Ghani, assured the people of establishing a more active and transparent administration as compared to the previous regime. That they would enjoy significant progress in political, economic, security and business sectors. He asked for a chance of one hundred days and said that if tangible improvements were not achieved then the people could complain and protest against him!

Now as over two years have elapsed, not only has no improvement or progress been achieved by this stooge regime rather it is deteriorating by the day.

The puppet regime of Ghani failed to comply with any of its promises made to the masses of our country. Forget about meeting the demands and expectations of ordinary people, it has even yet to complete its own setup.

On one hand, the stooge admin is suffering from scarcity of proficient and skilled officials. With some exceptions, most of its members are the tested and rejected figures of the previous regime as the authorities are not independent in selecting or appointing talented people for vital posts.

On the other hand, it took way too long for the stakeholders of this heterogeneous regime to proportionally divide the admin portfolios, for instance the crucial defense ministry is still being run by a caretaker.

In addition to the above discrepancies, a new wave of successive resignations has paralyzed the puppet regime of Kabul and is truly considered a final blow for this decaying heterogeneous setup.

Sequence of resignations:

  • Zia-ul-Haq, the secretary of ‘Election Commission’ resigned from his post.
  • Noor-ul-Haq Olumi, the interior minister not only resigned from his post but he chose to flee instead of stay inside the country.
  • Yousuf Nooristani, the head of ‘Election Commission’ was forced to resign from his post.
  • Daud Shah Saba, the minister of petroleum and mineral resources quit his job.

Reports say that even more high ranking officials are vying to their posts.

So what is the reason behind these resignations?

One could conclude it as political piety or commitment to national interests by those who have already resigned or those who want to follow suit but the reality is otherwise. Had these figures any commitment to national interests they wouldn’t have participated in the stooge regime formed and directed by John Kerry. A regime which was inaugurated by signing the disgraceful ‘Bilateral Security Agreement’ with Americans aimed at enslaving our beloved homeland Afghanistan!

Actually the dawn of Ghani regime was the beginning of new era of extraordinary and unprecedented miseries for our helpless masses which inevitably undermined the popularity of this puppet regime among the people. And the ministers are well-aware that the regime is on the verge of an implosion therefore they are competing with one another in resigning from their posts.

An even greater menace for the Kabul based stooge regime is the incessant and spectacular advances of Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in various parts of the country. The timid enemy feels itself insecure even in major cities. The recent achievements of Mujahidin in Helmand province is a signal of even greater advances in other parts of the country during this year Jihadi operations. The high ranking officials and ministers of Kabul regime who are most conscious about their vested personal interests have been quite vigilant in departing the stooge regime in its declining phase.

The ongoing scenario of Ghani regime can be compared with the collapse of ‘Najeeb’ government in the early nineties; i.e. it is under the increasing pressure of Mujahidin’s incessant attacks and is also internally decaying from suffocation, resulting in an inevitable and imminent disintegration and collapse, In-sha Allah (God willing)!!
