Statement of Islamic Emirate concerning 97th Anniversary of Independence from the British Empire

flage-only

Post via Islamic Emirate

28th of Asad (Zmarai) is the day Afghanistan commemorates its Independence Day. On this day the Afghan nation gained its independence from the occupation of the British Empire.

About a century ago in 1298 Hijri Solar – when Afghanistan was under the indirect occupation of the British Empire and like today, the British invaders were in control of Afghanistan’s political order, internal and foreign policy as well as other affairs – the Afghan Mujahid nation launched armed Jihad to regain its independence and engaged the English colonialists on four fronts (Kandahar, Paktia, Nangarhar and Kunar-Nuristan). After successful Jihad, the English colonialists were defeated and forced to recognize the independence of Afghanistan. And on 28th of Asad 1298 Hijri Solar, Afghanistan was declared an independent state as it attained freedom from every type of British control.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wholeheartedly congratulates its freedom-loving Mujahid nation on this great day of sacrifice presented for freedom and independence.

Just as we rescued our homeland from the English colonialists and Soviet occupiers with historical sacrifices, we are hopeful to once again attain our freedom from the occupation of America and her allies with the blessing of divine help.

Looking from one angle at the current condition of our country, it is with great regret to be welcoming our Independence Day as our beloved homeland is once under the occupation of colonialist invaders. But looking from another angle, it is a place of thanks and praise to know that the valiant Afghan nation is still the old nation and it still has the same sense of Iman (faith) and love for freedom. And it is the demand and basis of this same unshakable faith and independent nature that they have waged Jihad empty-handed against the international invaders which today has pushed America to the verge of defeat and humiliation just like the occupiers before them. She has lost thousands of soldiers, her economy is faltering and her international standing and prestige is lost.

Utilizing this opportunity of Independence Day Anniversary, the Islamic Emirate calls on the supposed Afghan faces – who have aided the invaders in occupying our Islamic country and are still standing by their side – to end importing anti-Islamic foreign ideologies to Afghanistan, stop aiding the invaders and learn from the defeat and humiliating condition of the communists. Stop betrayal and disloyalty towards your people and religion and instead join hands with your nation in their pursuit of an Islamic system and independence of the country.

India’s checklist for “democracy” in Kashmir incites calls for azadi

India remains a shameless coward, no matter how much it boasts of its military might on its Independence Day. You know it is a failed state when it resorts to all cheap tactics in the bag to kill people and hush up the voices for freedom.

Little does India know that such things would have stopped the people long back, if it were effective really and we wouldn’t be looking at 40+ days of continuous resistance in the face of the dirty Indian occupation of Kashmir.

Pakistan: Omar Khalid Khorasani (TTP JA) clarifies stance of the group in new statement

1661478_1390095414641948_8445270602483346543_n

Omar Khalid Khorasani (Image TTP JA)

My jihadi brothers, mothers, sisters and those young men who are facing cruelty of pakistani army and establishment…… Now a days, as the situation in the world is, fraud and deception is used to defeat the enemies..So like this, Pakistani intelligence agency ISI wants to make us the enemy of the whole world. And it wants to prove us Jamaat ul Ahrar as an international terrorist organization. The purpose of this is to ease the situation for them in pakistan and to make their enemy fight some other country (instead of Pakistan).

American defence ministry has recently included Jamaat ul Ahrar in the blacklist of international terrorism. So brothers! This is the fact that Pakistani ISI has used American intelligence against Pakistani Taliban many times in the past. ISI itself has attacked many foreigners and American targets and later tried to give proof against Taliban to the same country. ISI agents have come numerous times to us while pretending to be Taliban and promised us cooperation in attacking American targets. This has happened so many times. And they haven’t yet succeeded in that, Alhamdulillah.

And now in the scenario, where America has put Jamaat ul Ahrar in the blacklist…. so main shura of Jamaat ul Ahrar and its ulemaa have made clear its policy. And we reject all blames put on us by America.

As it is said that we are linked with Dawlat ul Islamia (Daesh) or Al qaeda. We strongly reject this claim and make it clear that we have no bayah or affiliation to any of these 2 organizations. Although mujahideen of Islamic State and Al qaeda and all the jihadi organizations in the world are our brothers…. But we had no relationship with them in the past and no relationship now.

It is also said in American report that Jamaat ul Ahrar is involved in attacks in europe…. this is also a lie and a deception of ISI. We have no involvement in any attack of Paris , Brussels, Europe. If there is any clear evidence for that, present it to us.

Third important thing is that Jamaat ul Ahrar doesn’t attack any country or its interests other than Pakistan. And we have no intentions of doing that. We are not terrorists on global level and we have no involvement in any militant activity on global level . We are only fighting in Pakistan and we have clear goals for that, which the world can clearly see. That pakistan was founded for islam. But establisHment has snatched this right away from us. So we have no option left other than fighting. We want our rights, We want to defend our brothers and every law in this world gives us that right. Likewise in FATA and Malakand area, we have legal right to impose the law of our own choice, but this right of ours has been taken away from us.

Islamic Emirate of afghanistan are our teachers and role models. We want to follow them in everything they do and we feel honoured by that. So we want to establish law of sharia, free the prisoners and to defend ourselves in the manner they do it.

One more important thing . It is repeatedly said that people of Deash and Al Qaeda are present in such and such area…. but this is wrong. Wherever Jamaat ul Ahrar muhajireen are present, there is no presence of Daesh or Al Qaeda in such areas. And this is the black propaganda of ISI and their Afghan agents. They want to portray us as a terrorist group. So that their enemy is beaten by someone else. We won’t ask America to take us out of blacklist, because American army has harmed us enough before .. even before they put us in blacklist…. to please ISI. Many of our brothers were killed by US. Many are still in US prisons and many are handed to pakistan. We don’t trust anyone but Allah. But we need to clarify our policy.

One more thing,  Pakistani ISI is spreading propaganda that we are taking aid from other country. That’s a clear lie, although we are allowed by sharia to do this but we don’t want anyone’s help other than Allah’s help. This is just an effort to put hate in people’s hearts against us but it wont be successful, inshaAllah.

One more thing, that we want to put the world’s attention on. Pakistani army is being cruel to prisoners in its own country. 1000s of people have disappeared from Balochistan and FATA and they are killed in fake encounters daily. No health facilities are available for them and no one is allowed to meet them. Pak army is violating every law in the world mercilessly and deceptively. World must do something about it.

We want to remind this again…that this is our policy and these are our rights and we will continue to fight until we take what is ours..

Islamic Emirate: Miscalculations of American Generals Regarding the Current Jihadic Resistance in Afghanistan.

taliban-logo

Post via Islamic Emirate

American policy verses the current Jihadic Resistance is based on miscalculations and guesswork from the very beginning. During the last 15 years, these calculations have proved to be hollowed and futile but the American generals do not seem to learn from their blunders.

Sometimes ago, US Chairman of the Joint Chief of Staff said that Taliban had been weakened, being slow to ramp up attacks. Still more, Commander of the invading forces in Afghanistan, John Nicholson, went a step further saying Taliban have lost their chance of success. Colloquially speaking, the ink of the words of his predictions in the media had not yet dried up, that Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate liberated vast areas and districts in Badakhshan, Baghlan, Kunduz, Helmand, the greater Paktya……. still they have been advancing. Even if we take his statement for granted, then why did they need to send 800 more troops?

In 2009, when Generals McChrystal was nominated as commander of the American forces in Afghanistan, he predicted that with a surge of 30-40 thousand troops to Afghanistan, Taliban will face defeat. On the basis of this calculations, American troop’s level reached 100,000 in December 2009. This was in addition to the 50,000 allied troops already there but contrary to his prediction and calculations, they could not turn the tide of the Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate. The result was that General McChrystal fell out with the White House, even finding its way to media until he was finally sacked. The more the still is hammered, the more it hardens.

General David Petraeus who had achievements in Iraq as he put it, boasted in front of media in 2010 following his nomination as Commander-in-Chief in Afghanistan that he would quash the current Jihadic resistance in Afghanistan on the basis of experiences obtained in Iraq. Thereby he ramped up blind bombardments and night raids in an unprecedented manner, forming militias, arbakis and killing many innocent Afghans in the courtyard of their houses and in the front of their families but gained no achievements apart from committing civilian massacres. On the ground all his predictions and analysis came to nothing. Then there was a time when he appeared before the Armed Services Committee of the American Senate– held about the military situation in Afghanistan –to question him in the light of his previous calculations and predictions but he passed out as about to be asked questions by Senator John McCain. Thus he saved himself from exasperating questions. This and many other practical examples show the flawed and misleading analysis and calculations of the Americans generals about Afghanistan. It is to be said that either the American generals want to keep the American public and the world misinformed about the real situation in Afghanistan; prolong the war and sustain their privileges, or America and other invading countries of Afghanistan think that they are fighting a faction which they will uproot.

But they have forgotten or ignore the fact that they are fighting against the people of Afghanistan who have girded up their loins in defense of their faith and country, using their very chests as shield, bearing the brunt of the most sophisticated weapons of our time. The American rulers and generals should bear in mind that they are facing a populous uprising which has Islamic, humane and legitimate objectives. Don’t tie this sacred uprising with (your slogan of) the so-called terrorism nor will you be able to hamper this uprising by miscalculation and futile predictions. Instead, if the aim is to end the war, think over the practical solution of the issue of Afghanistan and come with a rational peaceful way of exit for your troops. We believe well-being and rationality lie in this.

Afghanistan: Doctor and his family allegedly killed in US night raid in Paktika province

Islamic Emirate (Afghan Taliban) claim a doctor and his children were killed in an alleged US airstrike which hit their home in Paktika province, Afghanistan.

Mirwais Afghan a freelance reporter posted three pictures of children on 12th August tweeting,

These three children are the latest (yesterday) victims of night raids in Afghanistan.

Pajhwok reported Taliban spokesmen, Zabihullah Mujahid who said “the doctor was a common man who was killed along with his several family members.” However Paktika police chief Brig. Gen. Khalilullah Ziaee told the news outlet, “the compound targeted was a centre of the Taliban and the airstrikes were precise and conducted after accurate information.”

Mujid Mashal, journalist tweeted,

US strikes in Menaray, Paktika province killed civilians including a child & a woman, district of gov Khoshamand says. ?

Former president Hamid Karzai’s office confirmed an incident in a statement from Kabul which said an airstrike by American forces had resulted in civilian casualties in Minar village of Khoshamd district of southeastern Paktika province. Karzai condemned the attack, saying that it would “produce no good results” and would “face strong reaction from Afghans” see following link,

http://www.pajhwok.com/en/2016/08/13/karzai-condemns-%E2%80%98irresponsible%E2%80%99-us-airstrike-paktika

US have repeatedly been accused of targeting civilians, including weddings, funerals and a Doctors Without Borders/MSF hospital in Kunduz in 2015 where staff had shared the coordinates of the compound with all sides to avoid being hit, see following link,

The incident drew international outrage and little accountability.

Post by Abdul Hamid Faruki

Former Ex-Vice President of America, Dick Cheney, labelled them as the “worst of the worst”. They were detained without charge and trial in one of today’s most notorious prisons. The prison guards of Guantanamo believed they were guarding the most dangerous terrorists. This evening, three of those “terrorists” sat with one of those guards, enjoying a mixed grill platter and chips. If that wasn’t radical enough, we were in a Muslim area at a halal restaurant. How extreme is that!!

Honestly, if you just turn off the TV, think for yourselves, stop listening and falling for career politicians, ignore the bigoted, racist, Islamophobic and xenophobic leaders, then maybe you will see things clearly. Respect and unity is such a powerful thing. I couldn’t imagine Albert (prison guard) thinking that years down the line he would be chilling with Moazzam Begg and other prisoners having steak and chips. And vice versa. It was great seeing these guys having a good time. May Allah bless them all.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan: Realities a year later

taleb-1-480x330

Post via Islamic Emirate

It was the same days last year when the Islamic Emirate broke the news about the passing away of the founder and leader of this movement, the late Mullah Muhammad Omar Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him). The monumental moment shocked many ordinary Tulaab (students of knowledge) who had never imagined such a day but had to grapple with divine predestination.

The news was revealed at a time when the Taliban movement was being tested from many sides; international pressure seeking to force Taliban to the negotiation table, scourge of Baghdadi’s Daesh who unleashed their Takfiri (excommunication) ideology and began stabbing the Emirate from behind, split from the movement by some members who had launched an all-out propaganda war as well as the media war waged by the international enemy spurring doubts and confusion.

And as the news of the passing away of the founder of Islamic Emirate came to surface, it opened the flood gates for people to begin their analysis and debates about future course the Taliban movement with each individual foreseeing Taliban demise and becoming part of history books.

From the TV channels of Kabul to the Wall Street Journal and New York Times, everyone was predicting that the coming year shall see the weakening the Taliban and its eventual disintegration into tiny armed factions, each vowing for power and credibility in remote corners of the country.

But as they say, the person whom the Lord Almighty has not finished cannot be eliminated by humans. Last year was without a doubt an extremely testing year but all praise belong solely to Allah, the Lord Almighty blessed the leadership of the Islamic Emirate especially the late Amir Mansoor Sahib (may Allah have mercy on him) with such strength that they not only kept the ranks united but also managed to achieve unprecedented internal reform.

The Emirate not only achieved internal unity over the past year but also put out the fire of Daesh and other rebels such that never shall they raise their heads ever again. Over this tumultuous period, the Emirate also practically trained its upcoming generation in the art of passing future tests and the manner of warfare to be waged against any type of Fitnah (sedition).

Now that a year has passed since that time, let’s glance over exactly how the predictions of the analysts turned out. Did they hold any weight or were they mere wishful thoughts?

If we were to open the Op-Eds of these newspapers today, all of them would admit their wrong analysis and throw the entire paper away. Wall Street Journal in fact published a piece stating that the new leader of the Taliban, Sheikh Haibatullah Akhundzada, has successfully managed to heal all rifts within the movement and strengthened its foundations.

The World Post published an article stating that the Taliban area stronger than they ever were, they have recently taken over areas in Nad Ali of Helmand and are still advancing.

The article further says that the US has spent $650 billion and its coalition over $150 billion as well as sacrificing thousands of lives to pacify the Taliban. However the Taliban have become even bolder and are gaining new ground every day.

Moreover the Taliban have created a headache for America such as that created by the Vietcong during the 20th century. American officials have lost their way in this war and are gambling away all their assets for a mirage.

The successes of Taliban – if compared to the analysis and predictions of the past year – truly strengthen one’s belief in predestination and divine victory, making it clear that the human mind is incapable of predicting future course because all world affairs move in accordance to what is written for it and only that occurs which has already been ordained by Allah Almighty.

The current state of affairs gives further hope to us that Almighty Allah will successfully pass us through these trials just as we witnessed the affairs unfold over the past year.

Yemen: Days after targeting civilians in a factory, US backed Saudi coalition strikes school in Saada

Only days after US-backed Saudi coalition air strikes bombed the Akel food factory in the Yemeni capital of Sanaa, killing at least 16 workers, a school has allegedly been hit in Haydan, northwestern Saada province. The attack on an area considered a Houthi stronghold resulted in multiple deaths and injuries.

President, Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi was forced to resign along with his government in January 2015 after the Houthis, Zaidi Shia rebels allied with former president Ali Abdullah Saleh moved in on Sanaa. The aim of Saudi Arabia’s intervention which began in the same year is to oust the pro-Iranian Houthi militias from the capital allowing Hadi back in control. The Kingdom spearheads a coalition of nine Arab states which has launched a series of attacks on Yemen.

Doctor Without Borders (MSF) whose hospitals in Yemen have also been hit, tweeted,

Hassan Boucenine, the MSF head of mission in Yemen, told ABC, “the children who were killed died of multiple trauma and head injuries” and called on all warring parties to respect the lives of civilians. He stated, “civilian infrastructure, such as schools and hospitals, must be respected. This war is now claiming a greater number of civilian lives and it must stop.”

“One bombardment in the village of Birken in the Razih District, near Yemen’s northern border with Saudi Arabia, struck the home of Ali Okri, a school principal, killing his wife and four of their children.

Then, in what has become known in the war here as a double tap, a second airstrike killed four more of Mr. Okri’s relatives as rescuers were trying to free them from the rubble.”

US-backed Saudi coalition air strikes coalition jets bombed the Akel food factory in the Nahda district of the Yemeni capital of Sanaa on Monday, killing at least 16 workers. The deceased included women and children who suffered horrific burns.

The conflict in Yemen is mainly between Zaidi Shia rebels (Houthi) allied with former president Ali Abdullah Saleh (in charge of the country from 1990 to 2012) and forces loyal to President, Abdrabbuh Mansour Hadi who was forced to resign along with his government in January 2015 after the Houthis moved in on Sanaa. Hadi was replaced by an internationally unrecognized transitional revolutionary council, headed by Mohammed Ali al-Houthi. The air strikes ceased on 11th April but resumed following the suspension of inconclusive peace talks in Kuwait.

The Guardian reported ,

“The factory targeted was situated inside an army maintenance camp. Firefighters scrambled to control the resulting blaze but were unable to rescue people inside the building. More than half of those killed are believed to be women. Abdullah al-Aqel, the factory director, said the death toll stood at 16, with more than 10 people injured.”
