Post via Islamic Emirate

KABUL, Apr. 19 – Amid the ongoing ‘Omari’ annual campaign at around 09:00 am local time this morning, a martyrdom seeking unit of Islamic Emirate launched a heavy attack on 10th directorate intelligence building located in PD1 of Kabul city.

The operation began when a martyrdom seeker detonated his explosives laden vehicle at the gate of the building, removing all barriers and killing the guards followed by a number of other martyrdom seekers rushing inside and engaging the remaining enemy targets.

According to initial reports nearly the entire NDS building has collapsed due to the blast and most of the savage intelligence agency workers killed and wounded.

Heavy clashes are still reportedly taking place against the enemy troops, more details about which will be updated later.

Kashmir: The shaming, siege and intimidation of the Handwara family continues JKCCS (press statement)

Concerns raised as minor girl gave statements with a legal representative present (Image, Civil Groups of Kashmir)

On 18th April 2016, Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) released a further press statement in relation to a minor girl allegedly detained following allegations of sexual assault which led to protests and the deaths of 5 people in the region.

Press release
18 April 2016

Yesterday, on 17 April 2016, the legal team of JKCCS, who have been appointed as legal counsels by the family of the minor girl, at the centre of the Handwara sexual assault and killings case were informed about the release of the girl and her family from the illegal police detention. The JKCCS team decided to move to Handwara to meet with the minor girl and her parents. It was discussed with the parents of the minor girl that they will meet with the team at Handwara District Hospital. On reaching the District Hospital, the team was informed by the uncle and the mother of the minor girl that the father and the girl, who from 16 April have been relocated by the police at her maternal uncle’s home at Zachaldara, Handwara, have been stopped by the police on their way to Handwara and sent back. The police are effectively controlling the movement of the minor girl and her family.

Then in consultation with the mother and the uncle of the girl, JKCCS team decided to visit her at Zachaldara, Handwara. At around 9:30 pm the minor girl met the legal team of JKCCS and her mother for the first time after the incident of 12 April 2016. The legal team found on arriving at the residence of minor girl’s maternal uncle that four police personnel, including the Divisional Officer, Police Post Zachaldara, Masroor Ahmad were seated in the room in conversation with the minor girl and family. Following a brief conversation with the police, the team insisted on a private meeting with the family.

In the meeting, the minor girl and family re-affirmed that they wish the legal team to continue to represent them. They stated that they have effectively been kept in illegal police detention and wrongful confinement from 12 April to date. They have been intimidated, abused and kept under constant surveillance. Their phones have been confiscated at the will of the police and access and physical movement has been either completely denied or limited as per the discretion of the police. The minor girl and family have at no point sought police protection. The family and the legal team were discussing the possibility of the family relocating to another location where they could consider and plan their legal strategy moving ahead when they were interrupted by the police.

In the limited meeting that was allowed to take place the following key points emerged from the minor girl and her family:

§ The minor girl has on two occasions – in the video recorded and circulated and in the Section 164-A CrPC statement before the judicial magistrate – been pressurized to testify in a manner as directed by the police. Neither of these statements were made voluntarily.
§ From 12 April to 14 April 2016 the minor girl and family were illegally detained at the Handwara Police Station. From 11 p.m. of 14 April to the morning of 16 April 2016 the minor girl and family were illegally detained at a police personnel’s private residence at Shehlal village who was a complete stranger to the family. On 16 April 2016, the minor girl’s statement under Section164-A CrPC was recorded before the judicial magistrate at Handwara. Her father was not present in court during the recording of the statement. No lawyer was present in court accompanying her. In the courtroom, besides the judge, there were four other persons who the minor girl couldn’t identify. From the night of 16 April 2016 to this morning the family has stayed at Zachaldara under constant police surveillance and control.

Within few minutes of the meeting, the Divisional Officer, Masroor Ahmad visited the house again and asked the JKCCS team to come out for a brief chat. As it was raining outside, the JKCCS team members were asked to sit inside the car. Then without being informed the car was driven to the Police Post Zachaldara. For close to two hours, in a hostile and confrontational atmosphere, Divisional Officer of the Police Post, SHO Police Station Handwara, Ajaz Ahmad and DSP (Operations), and incharge SDPO, Baljeet Singh sought to persuade the legal team to leave the area immediately. The police team denied that the minor girl and family was in “custody” but strongly advised that she and her family not be moved from their present location. DIG, Central Kashmir Range, Ghulam Hassan Bhat, called and also took the position that while the family were not under police custody it would be advisable for the family not to be relocated. The legal team was asked to leave the area. Due to the delay caused by the police, the legal team decided to meet the family, inform them of the meeting with the police officials, and return the following morning to take the necessary steps. While the team again met briefly with the minor girl’s family at their uncle’s residence at 12 in the midnight, the team members witnessed two police personnel sitting inside the room of the girl.

From Zachaldara when the JKCCS team left in their car, it was followed all the way until the team left the Kupwara district. Perhaps this was to ensure that the team doesn’t return to the minor girl’s family.

Today, following last night’s important meeting with the minor girl, her family and the JKCCS legal team, the police have, this morning, told the family to immediately leave the area. The police have confiscated the phone of the family so as to ensure that there can be no contact between the family and legal team. The actions of the police are effectively meant to serve as a message and punishment for the minor girl and family meeting with the JKCCS legal team and deciding to enforce their legal rights. When contacted by a JKCCS representative, and asked why the family is being harassed, DIG, North Kashmir Range, Uttam Chand, challenged the right of JKCCS to question him on behalf of the family. JKCCS also contacted Nayeema Mehjoor, Chairperson of the State Commission for Women, who promised to assist in the appropriate re-location of the family to a private and safe place, away from media and police or other official interference but with unhindered access to the right of the family to lawyers.

The minor girl has sought, and requires, the time, space and privacy to be able to take part in the important investigations. Presently, every effort is being made by the police to harass and intimidate the family. There is an urgent need for the family to be re-located to a safe place, allowed unhindered access to their legal team and be provided any other support they require. The case is listed before the High Court on 20 April 2016, but the ensuing 48 hours are crucial for the minor girl and family and their safety and JKCCS is making every effort to ensure that the police intimidation is stopped. It appears the Government wants to pressurize the family to discontinue the legal struggle.

In the meantime JKCCS yesterday had formally written to the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti, Director General of J&K Police, IGP Kashmir, DIG North Kashmir, Divisional Commissioner Kashmir and DC Kupwara for unhindered access of the legal counsels to the family. So far, the Government has chosen to not respond. Today, JKCCS has also sought an appointment with the IGP Kashmir to emphasize the need to immediately end the harassment of the minor girl and her family.

Spokesperson,
Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society

The following was posted several hours later…

The Handwara minor girl and her family has again been abducted by the police in the late evening and taken to an undisclosed location. We are concerned about the physical and psychological well being of the girl and her family.

End

One arrest has now been made in relation to the case with another person sought by police, see following link,

Islamic Emirate: Kabul regime testifies to its own Americanism

kirry-kabul

Post via Islamic Emirate

The power struggle between Ghani and Abdullah for the control or leadership of heterogeneous Kabul regime was sorted out by the US secretary of state John Kerry inside the premises of American embassy in Kabul, by equally dividing the governance or power between the two stake holders.

From legal point of view, the executive office is in open conflict with the constitution of the regime. It was perceived that the chief executive office will work for two years then the whole system will be transformed from presidential to parliamentary form of government. Similarly convening of a ‘Loya-Jirga’ (Grand Council) was highly expected which might have resulted in large variations inside the regime.

But a few days earlier John Kerry arrived in Kabul and repudiated the convention of ‘Loya Jirga’ by declaring that both presidency and executive will complete their tenure of five years, as it is. This startling verdict of John Kerry bewildered and contradicted all expectations and estimations of regime as well as its opposition circles.

In the past, unwittingly, this stooge regime was disguised as an elected government. But this bold announcement by John Kerry revealed the bitter reality of this regime being a mere puppet empowered to achieve vested American interests and it holds no legitimacy or legality.

The legislative body (the Parliament) is the illegal joint enterprise of Ghani and Abdullah, which is formed by foreign invaders, working for the preservation of foreign malicious objectives. Therefore the recent decision/verdict of John Kerry was strongly condemned due to it being deeply humiliating and embarrassing for the sovereignty of the state.

It is ironic that the people who supported the ongoing American occupation by considering it beneficial for our homeland and always propagated in favor of stooge regime have eventually realized that in reality the regime is no more than an American puppet. Among these figures, the former communist Latif Pidram, Zahir Qadeer, and Shukiba Hashmi etc. are worth mentioning. After the recent statement of John Kerry, they openly declared to the people that Afghanistan is under the yoke of occupation and resistance against it is our legal, moral and national obligation.

The intervention of John Kerry is not the first occasion which testifies to the dependency of Kabul admin rather there are numerous other examples which leaves no doubt about it being a stooge regime.

For instance:

Who established the Kabul based regime and how was it set up?

Whether it was formed by people’s consent or by dint of chemical weapons, barbarity, tyranny and external force of dollars?

How was the stooge Kabul admin imposed on the Afghan masses against their will?

By whom is the Kabul regime supported and financed?

Who provides them weapons, trains their mercenary forces and plans strategies for them?

Who prepared and approved the so called constitution for Kabul regime and under what circumstances?

The answer for all these questions is one and the same; all these decisions were made and executed by the foreign invaders. The proof is that without foreign support, the Kabul regime cannot survive or defend itself, even after decade and a half of support.

The illegitimate occupation of our beloved homeland is as clear as broad daylight and it bodes as a good omen that eventually the supporters of this invasion will also be compelled to pronounce and confirm the undeniable bitter truth of the Kabul based regime being nothing more than a mere puppet in the deceitful American hands!!!

Post via Islamic Emirate

KUNDUZ, Apr. 17 – Reports arriving from northern Kunduz province say that since the launch of armed attacks by Mujahideen on enemy positions in Kunduz provincial capital and all surrounding districts, the foreign and internal enemy forces have been pounding all these regions with airstrikes as well as artillery and mortar shells.

These indiscriminate bombings have only targeted civilian areas, destroying many homes and fields, the sole source of income for the poor rural population.

Locals say that these deliberate attacks have also left 6 innocent civilians including women and children martyred and caused injuries to over 80 more as well as forcing hundreds of families into displacement.

Islamic Emirate: John Kerry further humiliates the surrogate Kabul administration!!

1-flag

Post via Islamic Emirate

Last Saturday, on 9th April, Secretary of State of the invading America arrived in Kabul on a surprise visit and participated in a number of meetings with officials of the two-headed Kabul administration. At the end of the day, he appeared at a press conference and conceitedly announced that “the tenure of the national unity government was five years”.

Twenty months ago, he invalidated results of the elections contrary to all norms and values to create the controversial two-headed administration under the name of National Unity Government (NUG) and today, once again he implausibly renewed the tenure of this failed administration.

This act on the part of John Kerry has clear message to the world that America still does not respect and is not committed to any law. They even discredited the very name of democracy for which they have killed hundreds of thousands of Afghans.

The assertions of John Kerry has thrown the surrogate Kabul Administration into the river of disgrace and shame and provoked a new wave of anger and wrath of the valiant Afghan nation. The people working in Kabul Administration under one pretext or another have also realized that they have no reason left to work in this surrogate Administration henceforth.

The inefficient two-headed Kabul Administration has no legitimacy or chance of survival anymore. This clumsy administration shattered which was standing on the precipice has been crippled because of internal differences while discontent of people has reached its climax. There are rampant unemployment, corruption and rigging. The daily activities of the people have come to a standstill whereas the domineering decision of John Kerry has further dragged the current administration to the edge of collapse to face a general uprising. According to reports, the implausible and arrogant act of Johan Kerry has pushed the country towards crisis, provoking the criticism of different influential and political figures and parties including the common people.

America has not lived up to her promises during the past fifteen years of occupation. She destroyed Afghanistan under the pretext of reconstruction and instead of economic prosperity, dragged the nation to poverty, our youth are facing death in seas and deserts and has turned her favored system “democracy” into anarchy.

These illegitimate actions and oppression of invaders in our beloved country has compelled the Islamic Emirate to continue its sacred Jihadic operations to defend its religion, people and country. Therefore, on 13 April 2016, Islamic Emirate launched new Jihadic operations under the name of Omari Operations to liberate the country and to pave the way for Afghan inclusive Islamic government.

End

Islamic Emirate: Afghanistan in the month of March (2016)

stock-illustration-72917043-march-2016-calendar

Post via Islamic Emirate

(Note: This article comprises of only those incidents and losses which are admitted and confirmed by the enemy too. For detailed information about the real amount of losses and casualties of foreign invaders and their internal mercenary security forces, one is advised to regularly visit ‘Alemara’, the official website of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.)

As usually, in March 2016, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate, had several significant achievements and conquests in various parts of the country, in which, heavy casualties and financial losses were inflicted on the enemy. Some implicit and explicit admissions of the foreign crusade invaders about the failure and inefficiency of their own established stooge admin and the ever increasing strength and influence of Mujahidin, including various other issues have been discussed under the following captions.

Losses and casualties of foreign invaders:

It is evident from the following incidents, elaborated in details, that severe losses and casualties were inflicted on the criminal foreign invaders, especially in the collapse of their planes and helicopters, in which, the individual incidents changed into collateral losses. To deceive their own people as well as the Afghan masses, the devious and lying enemy remained consistent to their principles i.e. not to admit or, at least, to remain silent about these incidents; therefore, we would also remain confined to the casualties of those three American soldiers who were killed in the beginning of this month.

Casualties of internal mercenary forces:

Due to substantial advances of Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate and their increased and well-calculated attacks in various parts of the country, losses and casualties of internal stooge soldiers have definitely and considerably increased. Hundreds of these enemy soldiers are killed on the monthly basis. Though, the exact number of these losses and casualties is very difficult if not impossible; because of the expansion of Jihadi activities in various parts of the country; in the following lines, only those incidents are mentioned which are quite crucial for the stooge enemy.

The enemy suffered severe losses not only in face to face to fighting with the courageous Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate, but the infiltrated people inside the enemy ranks inflicted even heavier casualties on them; by realizing the bitter consequences of working and serving under the yoke of foreign invaders.

On Tuesday 1st March, an infiltrated policeman killed and then successfully managed to escape in ‘Shah Wali Kot’ district of ‘Kandahar’ province. Similarly, on Thursday 24th March, another infiltrated person killed seven Arbaki militiamen in ‘Arghandab’ district of ‘Kandahar’ province.

On Wednesday 2nd March, 32 Arbaki militiamen were killed in ‘Baharak’ district of ‘Badakhshan’ province. And, two days later, an official of interior ministry inside Kabul was stabbed to death by some unknown people.

On Sunday 6th March, the representative of twelfth zone inside Kandahar city, simultaneously serving in intelligence security, was killed in the center of the same city.

On Monday 7th March, four notorious Arbaki commanders were killed in ‘Andar’ district of ‘Ghazni’ province.

On Thursday 10th March, five police commanders including tens of other policemen were killed in ‘Grishk’ district of ‘Helmand’ province.

On Tuesday 15th March, the chief security commander of ‘Dawab’ district in ‘Nooristan’ province was killed.

On Sunday 20th March, the chief security commander of ‘Jalraize’ district in ‘Maidan Wardak’ province was assassinated.

On Monday 21st March, another notorious commander of unrestrained Arbaki militiamen was killed in ‘Andar’ district of ‘Ghazni’ province.

On Friday 25th March, the deputy commander of 205 army corps was killed in a martyrdom seeking attack along with the soldiers around him in ‘Daman’ district of ‘Kandahar’ province.

On Saturday 26th March, a judge and an attorney of ‘Ghazni’ provincial courts were killed during fighting in the area.

On Sunday 27th March, a high ranking commander of mercenary army was killed in ‘Mohammad Agha’ district in ‘Logar’ province.

On Monday 28th March, another high ranking military commander was killed in ‘Dasht-i-Archi’ district of ‘Kunduz’ province.

Financial losses of the enemy:

On one side, the internal stooge enemy is incessantly suffering from colossal financial losses which is beyond their limits, by losing their military bases, districts and various types of military equipment and ammunitions; as expressed and admitted by their generals who were trained merely on using rubber bullets.

On the other side, huge financial losses were also inflicted on foreign invaders.

On Friday 18th March, a helicopter of the enemy was hit and brought down by Mujahidin in ‘Naad Ali’ district of ‘Helmand’ province.

On Tuesday 29th March, another helicopter of the enemy was targeted and destroyed in ‘Nari’ district of ‘Konar’ province. In both of these incidents, the enemy suffered heavy casualties, too.

On Wednesday 30th March, an F-16 Jet-fighter of the enemy collapsed in ‘Bagram’ air base. Though the enemy confirmed this incident, but claimed that the pilot was rescued and is under intensive treatment. It is worth mentioning that this jet fighter costed round about $100 million.

Amalgamation of security forces and officials with Mujahidin:

The available reports show that three hundred and forty three (343) officials from different organs of the stooge setup united with Mujahidin in March. Full details can be found in the monthly reports of ‘Invitation and Amalgamation Commission’ of the Islamic Emirate on its official website. In the following lines, only few incidents are elaborated:

On Friday 11th March, 65 policemen along with all their weapons and ammunitions joined Mujahidin in ‘Khass Urzgan’ district of ‘Urzgan’ province.

On Sunday 13th March, 5 Arbaki militiamen left the enemy ranks and united with Mujahidin in ‘Baraki Barak’ district of ‘Logar’ province, having realized the malicious conspiracies of the internal stooge enemy as well as the foreign invaders, and the sincerity of Mujahidin and their devotion and commitment to their creed, country and its pious masses.

On Saturday 26th March, ten soldiers of the mercenary army surrendered to Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in ‘Shairzad’ district of ‘Nangarhar’ province.

‘Azm’ Jihadi operations:

The ‘Azm’ Jihadi operations were incessant throughout March, by gaining significant achievements.

On Tuesday 1st March, ‘Kharkhori’ district of ‘Urzgan’ district, which was besieged for long, was eventually liberated and captured by Mujahidin.

On Wednesday 2nd March, in the wake of severe fighting with the unrestrained ‘Gilam-Jam’ militia, headed by the notorious warlord and the deputy of stooge admin, ‘Khawaja Musa’ district of ‘Faryab’ province was re-captured by Mujahidin and the mercenary militiamen were pushed back and expelled from the area.

On Thursday 3rd March, the strategic area of ‘Tarbalaq’ also came under Mujahidin’s control.

Advance of Mujahidin in the western parts of the country was in no way less significant.

On Saturday 5th March, a strategic post of stooge in-security forces was captured by Mujahidin and white flag of Islamic Emirate was hoisted there. In this fighting, which lasted for two days, five commanders of the enemy including tens of other mercenary soldiers were killed.

On Tuesday 15th March, ‘Khanashin’ district, which fell in the enemy’s hands for a short time, was re-controlled by courageous Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate.

On the same day, ‘Charchino’ district of ‘Urzgan’ province and ‘Deh-Rawoot’ district of ‘Helmand’ province were under the severe attacks of Mujahidin, in which, thirty soldiers of the stooge enemy were killed.

On Saturday 26th March, the stooge officials of puppet regime reported that ‘Khulm’ district of ‘Balkh’ province was under the severe attacks of Mujahidin, in which, heavy casualties and financial losses were inflicted on them.

On the other hand, the enemy was not neglected and spared in the capital city Kabul.

On Monday 28th March, the new building of Parliament came under rocket attacks of Mujahidin.

On Wednesday 30th March, a convoy of a former Senator came under attack, in the heart of the city, in which, his body guards were killed and wounded.

On the same day, severe fighting erupted between Mujahidin and the stooge forces in ‘Dehrawoot’ district of ‘Helmand’ province, in which, 15 soldiers were killed and 8 others were badly injured.

The inefficiency of stooge admin and confirmation of increasing Mujahidin’s strength:

On one side, Mujahidin are incessantly progressing and gaining new territories, and on the other side, the internal power struggle and crumbling situation of the stooge admin has inevitably resulted in the frustration and disappointment of its foreign coalition masters as well as its internal supporters.

On Monday 7th March, the Afghan National Party, which widely supported the head of the stooge admin, has now announced its disgust and aversion from the puppet regime. It repented on its previous support for this heterogeneous setup.

Simultaneously, the European Community, which provided extravagant financial support for all the previous elections, has announced that if the Kabul based admin fails in bringing adequate reforms in general elections system, this community will not support it in the future, because of its utter disappointment from this stooge admin.

On Saturday 5th March, the ex-American defense secretary, in a discussion with ‘Al-Jazeera Television Channel’ termed the demand of stooge Kabul admin as a ridiculous one which asked for further support and funding of its air forces with advanced and sophisticated equipment and warfare. He added that billions of dollars have been spent on training, equipping and arming the stooge admin of Kabul but still, they are inefficient and cannot combat Taliban.

The foreign occupying invaders tried their utmost to force Mujahidin to participate in the quadripartite negotiations. But the leadership of the Islamic Emirate rejected this deceitful and misleading process. On Tuesday 8th March, the American authorities admitted that no participation of Mujahidin in negotiations means that the following year will be a difficult one for the already crumbling stooge admin of Kabul. This admission reveals that if Mujahidin do not give up their armed struggle for some more time, the inefficient admin of Kabul, which is already on the verge of collapse, will face even much more challenges.

On Saturday 12th March, the chief security head of ‘Ghazni’ province told that if they were not supported on the urgent basis, this province is on the verge of collapse.

On Wednesday 17th March, the security chief of ‘Urzgan’ province raised his voice and told that the collapse of ‘Deh-Rawut’ district of this province is the matter of days or even hours.

Moreover, some former officials and workers of the stooge admin, who were strong supporters of puppet regime, have now joined those who bitterly criticize the policies of this admin.

On Saturday 12th March, the ex-interior minister ‘Umar Dawoodzai’ told in a press conference in Kabul that the stooge admin has strayed from the right path and will not achieve its goal or destiny.

The European Union which was one of the chief supports of the stooge admin, expressed in a statement released on Sunday 13th March that due to wide spread corruption, the Kabul based admin is near to collapse.

On Tuesday 22nd March, eventually the head of the stooge admin, Ashraf Ghani, while addressing the inaugural ceremony of new solar year, dared to admit that he had not been successful in fulfilling most of those pledges, vowed by him during his election campaign.

Due to the above mentioned facts, the general public is also frustrated and has expressed their anger and annoyance against the stooge admin. In a survey conducted by BBG (The Broadcasting Board of Governors) research center and published on Thursday 24th March, it is said that more than 80% Afghan masses are discontented and disappointed from the inefficient admin, imposed over them and supported by foreign crusade invaders.

Torture and vexing of civilian people by the enemy:

The torture and killing of innocent Afghan masses remained incessant in March, both by brutal foreign invaders as well as their internal mercenary forces, as their regular duties or obligations. In the previous monthly report, the sufferings and vexations of oppressed people of ‘Dand-i-Ghori’ in ‘Baghlan’ province by the enemy forces were elaborated; similarly, on Saturday 5th March, media reported about another felony of the mercenary forces of stooge admin and told that even drinking water has been closed by the authorities which has resulted in severe sufferings for the local people.

On Tuesday 8th March, a video recorded by some puppet policeman had wide circulation, in which, a young man was tied behind a police vehicle and was dragged on the main road. He was forced to confess his alliance with Mujahidin. In that awful video, another savage and brutal policeman was bitterly biting the young man to snatch his flesh.

On Saturday 12th March, the amateurish policemen opened indiscriminate fire on a public transport vehicle in Helmand province, in which, several people on the board were martyred and wounded.

Subsequently, an innocent youth was martyred in ‘Qara Bagh’ district of ‘Ghazni’ province, which proved the determination of the stooge admin that they were devoted to the ferocity of their own defenseless people.

On Wednesday 16th March, five innocent women were martyred when a house was hit by mortar shelling, indiscriminately fired by the mercenary army in ‘Ghazi Abad’ district of ‘Konar’ province.

On Monday 21st March, an ordinary youth was martyred by stooge policemen in ‘Waghaz’ district of ‘Ghazni’ province.

In addition to the above, the foreign invaders once again provided a brutal training ceremony to their stooge forces by indiscriminately bombing ‘Marja’ district of ‘Helmand’ province on Saturday 26th March, in which, tens of ordinary civilians were martyred and injured.

On Tuesday 29th March, a lass was martyred by policemen in ‘Almar’ district of ‘Faryab’ province who had just come out of her home and finding way via a cell phone torch.

The innocent masses of Afghanistan have frequently protested against these brutalities and barbarities of both foreign invaders and their stooge mercenary forces. On Tuesday 29th March, a young gardener was martyred by foreign invading soldiers in ‘Bagram’ district of ‘Parwan’ province, which resulted in large scale demonstrations of the people in this district, demanding the urgent and complete withdrawal of American and other foreign forces from Afghanistan.

For more details about civilian tortures and vexations, one can visit the special reports of these incidents, regularly published on the official website of the Islamic Emirate.

On diplomatic front:

Besides the colossal military achievements of Mujahidin, the envoys of Islamic Emirate have been quite successful on diplomatic front, which has been acknowledged by the enemy too. In March, a quadripartite meeting was to be hosted and held in Islamabad. The devious enemies had a mind that the Islamic Emirate will be deceived and convinced or compelled to participate in these negotiations. But to their dismay, on Saturday 5th March, the Islamic Emirate expressed its detachment from any such process. In retaliation, the occupying Americans warned that Taliban should either set for negotiations or accept another surge of fighting. The Islamic Emirate issued a statement that its loyal Mujahidin would not be undermined by these proud but shallow threats of wicked occupying forces. The statement added that after fourteen years of occupation, having used all its might and mind, the American and other foreign forces are doomed to defeat; and the only way or option left for them is to confess their felony, give up war, and quit Afghanistan as soon as possible.

This standpoint of the Islamic Emirate not only resulted in failure of this meeting; but it convinced some political supporters of the stooge regime that Taliban cannot be pressurized by Pakistan or by any other regional or international power to deviate from their chosen path.

On Sunday 13th March, the ex-finance minister of the stooge regime of Kabul, Anwar-ul-Haq Ahadi, while criticizing the policies of the stooge admin, told that though the Islamic Emirate was a crucial part of this gathering but it (the meeting) could not succeed when they denied their participation in it.

On the other side, but on the same day, ‘Hizb-i-Islamic’, another political front, announced its readiness to participate in these negotiations on the invitation of Ashraf Ghani, though this fiction was never invited to do so by the actual conveners of the meeting.

The stooge admin and women rights:

The puppet regime of Kabul is fully supported by American and several European powers. These self-conceited champions of women rights thought that by deploying their self-made stooges, they would bring some apparent changes regarding the status of women in Afghanistan. But, contrary to all their expectations and estimations, the women rights are severely violated in most of the areas under the control of stooge admin, on the regular basis.

In the statement issued by the United Nations on Tuesday 8th March, on the occasion of woman day, this bitter reality was revealed that violence against women had been increase by 37% during last year in the stooge admin held areas.

Simultaneous with this revelation, the head of the stooge admin told in a ceremony held for commemorating this day that sexual violence against women in government offices and universities has largely increased and has become the order of the day.

Prior to this, authentic reports against several directors of stooge setup were published who were involved in sexual abuse of their subordinate female officials. Similarly, in various educational institutions, female students were solicited to fulfil the sexual lust and demands of their instructors.

Returning of Foreign Invaders:

On one side the foreign invaders are practically acknowledging their defeat by absconding the battle field due to incessant and vigorous Mujahidin’s attacks, in which vast areas were captured and liberated from the enemy.

On the other side, on Wednesday 3rd March, the occupying Americans announced that one thousand fresh soldiers are being sent to Afghanistan.

The former American commander, General Campbell, told on Tuesday 15th March, that they were thinking of renewed fighting and bombardment in this war stricken country.

On the other hand, the Secretary General of NATO, told on Wednesday 16th March, that they are ready to work together and support the crumbling stooge admin against Taliban; but adding that they would never indulge in direct fighting with Taliban.

Prior to this, on Wednesday 2nd March, General Nicolson, an American, was appointed as the general commander of American and other occupying forces in Afghanistan.

Though some of the invading countries, like America, are telling about sending more troops to Afghanistan, while on the other side, on Monday 14th March, Ireland announced that they are going to withdraw the very last contingent of their troops which was involved in fighting under the command of NATO coalition forces.

Re-involvement of the Bear in Afghanistan:

While the freedom loving people of Afghanistan are trying to liberated their beloved homeland from the western occupying forces, the bear of north, instead of learning any lesson from her previous invasion and admonitory defeat, re-involved herself in Afghan dilemma.

In this regard, on Tuesday 1st March, ten thousand ‘Kalashnikovs’ were handed over to the puppet regime, already fully supported by the crusade alliance, for renewed fighting against Mujahidin. It is worth-mentioning that the former northern alliance has been regularly funded and supported by Russia during the whole era of western occupation of our beloved homeland.

Cleavages and ruptures inside the stooge admin:

With the passage of time, the bitter differences among the heterogeneous setup established by ‘John Kerry’ and nourished by NATO alliance, were revealed when they crossed the red line.

On Thursday 17th March, six persons including a prominent militia commander were killed in internal skirmishes which erupted in the wake of fighting which took place in ‘Faize Abad’ district of ‘Jozejan’ province, between forces loyal to Commander Atta Mohammad and those loyal to general Dostam.

Similarly, in another incident, on Thursday 24th March, in the center of ‘Faryab’ province, several people were killed and injured from both warring fictions. Though these differences and skirmishes are not something new; but, in the past, their foreign master were controlling the situation by intervening between them. And now, as the foreign supervisors have refrained from middling, the already cold-war like situation erupted and turned into bloody fighting and chaos between various fictions of the heterogeneous set up.

Khurram Parvez Programme Coordinator Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) and Chairperson of Asian Federation Against Involuntary Disappearances (AFAD) said,  “we recorded this video of the Mother of the Handwara sexual assault victim after the Government banned the press conference and kept all of us in preventive custody.”

English translation of the testimony of the mother of the girl who is at the center of these latest killings by the Indian forces in Kashmir posted by Khurram Parvez

“Our youth’s have been martyred. My daughter left for school early morning. The school closed at 3:30. She is 16 years old. She went to washroom on the way home. An India army man entered the bathroom. She screamed and the people and shopkeepers crowded around the place. The army man ran away. The youth reacted to this attack and police also came. My daughter was arrested. We knew nothing of this till then. The youth started pelting stones at the army and the police. Their Muslim sister was attacked, would they not do it? This is why the pelted stone. And the army fired and martyred the protestors.

Are they not my sons? I am devastated by their killings. My daughter was arrested and the army man escaped. We know nothing since 5 days about our daughter. The army called us at 1 a.m. in the night of 12 April. They asked us to come and take our daughter home. Our daughter was alone when she was made to give testimony under force. There was no one with her, no family. You see she has been exposed in the video. Her face is there for all to see. Her testimony has been given under duress.

We, her parents were called and asked to take her home. I sent my sister and her father but instead of releasing my daughter they were also detained. My daughter is under duress; she is innocent, only 16. She is just a child, and under custody. I want my daughter, my husband and my sister back.

I have only received one phone call since they have been detained. I am on bed rest and cannot move around too much. I have back problems. It’s the 5th day today [of their detainment]. I am thankful to my Kashmiri community who protested to save my daughter. This should not happen to any other woman tomorrow.

We have filed a case in court. Those who committed these murders should not investigate this case. How can murderers investigate? My daughter has been brought into disrepute by using her this way. They have maligned her. My daughter’s honor should be resurrected, she is everyone’s daughter, and our boys who have been martyred; their cases should be investigated. They are responsible for killing them.”

Another video posted was disputed as having incorrect subtitles.

In a further twist to the story Indian Express reports,

“The girl, who is at the centre of the Handwara molestation storm, has recorded her statement before the Chief Judicial Magistrate in which she stood by her earlier statement that she was not molested by any army soldier on Tuesday.

The girl along with her father was presented before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Handwara last evening and her statement was recorded, police said in a statement.”

The statement appears to relate back to an earlier statement alleging a different version of events where the claim according to police is that as the girl came out of the lavatory she “was confronted, assaulted and dragged by two boys and her bag was snatched among whom one boy was in school uniform.”

http://indianexpress.com/article/india/india-news-india/handwara-molestation-killing-girl-records-statement-before-chief-judicial-magistrate/

There are differing versions of events. How can the facts be verified? What process is there that can be seen as independent and where those involved can speak freely without feeling under duress? Human rights activists do not know is what is going on behind the scenes. The girl appears to have given an initial statement unsupervised without a lawyer present to represent her.

Amnesty India (a Amnesty International India is a national office of Amnesty Online) tweeted the following,

J&K authorities must immediately release a teenage girl and her father and aunt detained in ‘protective custody’ by the police in Handwara

Pending their release, they must be granted prompt access to their family and lawyers.

“A teenage girl who has been allegedly sexually assaulted needs to receive sensitive and respectful treatment from the authorities”

“The girl should not be herself detained in police custody”

“If the family needs protection, they should receive it at a location of their choosing” –

A senior state police official told the media that the family had asked for police protection, but the girl’s mother has denied this claim.

JKCCS said that it was denied permission by the state police to hold a press conference with the mother of the teenage girl.

The mother has said that family members have not been allowed to meet the three detainees.

“The police has not given us any valid reason for keeping these three people in protective custody.” – Khurram Pervez of the JKCCS.

“The act of recording a video statement of a minor girl in the absence of her family violates a minor on multiple counts”- Pervez

J&K High Court has asked state govt to respond to allegations of illegal detention. The case will next be heard on 20 April.

Questions must be asked and satisfactory answers given regarding concerns. Without credible witnesses present this is a human rights nightmare… Did the girl speak freely or was she coerced into changing her story? Khurram Parvez posted on his Facebook page, “the statement of the Handwara sexual assault victim recorded yesterday at CJM Handwara court according to Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society is a result of continuous illegal detention of the girl and her father. We will respond formally tomorrow after acquiring the copy of her statement.”

Islamic Emirate: ‘Omari Operation’ has left the enemy reeling

Omari_Operation

Post via Islamic Emirate

The ‘Omari’ Jihadi operations are in full swing throughout the country in which both the foreign brutal invaders and their internal stooge forces have been left reeling by stunning blows of Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate. Though the enemy – to boast and sustain the morale of its nervous forces – labeled these operations as mere propaganda but in reality, they have lost large areas in the starting days of these operations which are now under the strict control of Mujahidin.

Vast areas in ‘Dand-i-Ghori’ district of ‘Baghlan’ province have been liberated by ‘Omari’ Mujahidin and the enemy expelled. This is a strategic area which the enemy tried tooth and nail to capture for an entire month; several villages were indiscriminately bombed, hundreds of houses were demolished, nearly one thousand ordinary civilians were brutally martyred and injured, mosques and places of public welfare were destroyed. Despite all the brutalities of the mercenary forces, Mujahidin easily got the control of all area and restored law and order.

On another front, a huge supply convoy of foreign invaders and their internal stooge forces was brought under attack by courageous ‘Omari’ Mujahidin in ‘Farah Rod’ district of ‘Farah’ province, destroying twenty seven large and small vehicles of the joint enemy and killing seventeen soldiers.

Mujahidin had significant success in ‘Faryab’. In ‘Badghis’ the enemy was also routed and in ‘Jowzjan’ heavy casualties and financial losses were inflicted on them. The stooge enemy was crushed in ‘Dasht-i-Archi’ and ‘Imam Sahib’ districts of ‘Kunduz’ province. In ‘Takhar’ and ‘Badakhshan’ provinces it was proved that mercenary forces serving for malicious objective of brutal foreign invaders cannot survive in front of the heroic Mujahidin of the righteous cause.

In the inaugural days of ‘Omari’ operations, heavy losses were inflicted on the enemy in Kandahar, Helmand, Uruzgan, Daikundi, Zabul, Ghazni and Maidan-Wardak provinces too.

The strategic ‘Bagram’ airbase was brought four times under successful rocket attacks, causing heavy financial losses and casualties.

The enemy was confounded in ‘Paktia’ and ‘Paktika’ provinces. Large areas were cleansed in ‘Konar’ province. In ‘Nooristan’ province, they were brought under deadly attacks by Mujahidin. In ‘Laghman’ and ‘Nangarhar’ provinces, they enemy was crushed as they called for immediate external support.

The puppet regime in Kabul, which is completely paralyzed, is left with no other alternative but to boast and sustain the morale of its embarrassed mercenary forces by hook or by crook. These shallow and unrealistic consolation of stooge authorities have even deteriorated the situation for already demoralized mercenary forces. While eagerly awaiting external support and re-enforcement, when they are encircled by the high-spirited Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in fighting, then the only option left for them is either to surrender or to abandon the battlefield.

In reality the stooge enemy is completely perplexed with the inauguration of ‘Omari’ Jihadi operations which are beyond their expectations and preparations. Their perplexity can be easily discerned in the inconsistent announcements of armed forces spokesmen contradicting the statements of their own so called interior ministry!!!

Kashmir: Police “lays siege” to JKCCS office, press conference with family of alleged sexual assault victim banned

Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society (JKCCS) were able to overcome an internet block in Indian Occupied Kashmir today with the support of author Essar Batool, one of five women who wrote the recently released book “Do you remember Kunan Poshpora?” (The publication tells the story of an incident of alleged mass rape by 4th Rajputana Rifles in the two villages in Kupwara district during a cordon and search operation and the victims fight for truth and justice). Batool released a statement on Saturday on behalf of JKCCS claiming their office was under siege after they had highlighted a recent case of alleged sexual abuse of a minor girl in Handwara.

Funerals of those killed during protests a common sight in Kashmir

(Images via Srinagar Times Online)

Background

Tensions have arisen between locals and the Indian army after a young girl described as a “minor” alleged sexual assault by army personnel. Five people including a woman were killed in the protests that followed. The Hindu reported, “on Tuesday, after the alleged molestation bid sparked protests in Handwara, two youths died in firing by security forces. Later, a woman and a youth were killed in Langate and Kupwara. The death toll of civilians has risen to five with the death of Dar on Friday.”

The deceased are named as Nayeem Qadir Bhat, Muhammad Iqbal, Jehangir Ahmad Wani, Arif Hussain Dar and a woman Raja Begum.

JKCCS were able to post an initial press release on the 14th April after it emerged that the girl was said to have changed her statement and questions arose from the girl’s mother whether this was carried out under duress. An urgent appeal was made for the release of the girl and her father stating,

“A video was released of the minor girl exonerating the armed forces of sexual assault. The identity of the victim is revealed through this video that appears to have been recorded by the police and then widely circulated by army and Indian media. The family of the girl state that she has been kept in police custody from 12 April to date. Last night, around 1 am, the father of the victim was called to the Handwara police station. He was accompanied by his brother. Since then his whereabouts are not known. The family has been denied access to both the minor girl and her father.”

Jammu and Kashmir Law and Rural Development Minister Abdul Haq Khan was reported in Indian Express claiming the girl was “under police protection” and “the girl and her father are at the home of their relatives under police protection. The father had approached police seeking protection.’’ He also stated,

“For three days, I monitored the situation closely while camping here (Kupwara) And I can say without any doubt that the J&K Police did not commit excesses. There are 90 policemen who have been injured in stone-pelting. There are policemen with teeth broken by the stones. But they showed restraint and did not open fire.”

JKCCS put out a second press release on 15th April as follows,

“Blood of Nayeem Qadir & Mohd.iqbal martyred by Indian army”

(Posted by Srinagar Times Online)

By Friday the Hindu was reporting that protests “had spread to most districts of north and south Kashmir. At least five towns in south Kashmir witnessed violent clashes between protesters and security forces. In north Kashmir, Handwara, Langate, Kupwara, Bandipora, Kangan and Baramulla towns remained on the boil.” Separatist leaders Syed Ali Geelani, Yasin Malik and Mirwaiz Umar Farooq called for a shutdown. Geelani alleged on Twitter, “Puppet administration in collaboration with occupational forces has foiled the press conference of JKCCS . the conference was scheduled to be addressed by the mother and uncle of the girl who was sexually assaulted by army but was forced to change her statement under pressure.”

“Earlier today when my colleagues and the family members of Handwara sexual assault victim were detained by Police at our office (Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society) for barring us from holding a press conference, in which the mother of the victim wanted to prick the bubble of government lies…” (Posted by Khurram Parvez)

On Saturday 16th April, Essar Batool posted a message on her Facebook stating, “I am posting this press release on JKCCS since the internet is blocked and they have been made prisoners in their own office.” She tweeted, “Police won’t let the family speak. Why are they so scared of the truth coming out? Points towards the fact that truth will harm them.”

According to NDTV, “Chief minister Mehbooba Mufti is expected to visit Kupwara later this afternoon, where curfew is still in place. The ruling PDP has appealed for calm. ‘Forces should exercise restraint. Killings are unacceptable. We will ensure guilty are punished and justice is delivered.'” It is unlikely that this will reassure protesters and human rights activists that have witnessed decades of violence in the region and little accountability. Batool said earlier, “we have now been reduced to counting the dead! What could be more cruel a gift from the oppressor! Kashmir bleeds again.”

Protest in Delhi today against the killings in Kashmir

(Image via Mohit K Pandey)

A protest is being held in Delhi today in protest at treatment of Kashmiris hosted by Sucheta De, AISA, All India Students Association and Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) New Delhi, the following statement was released on Facebook,

“Firing at every instance is the way the Indian Government deals with protests on basic issues of rights and dignity in Kashmir. In a shocking incident, on 12th April, armed forces personnel and Jammu and Kashmir police killed three persons – two young boys and an old woman – in Handwara, Kupwara District, and injured 24 civilians. The next day, a teenage boy, who was brutally hit by a tear gas shell in nearby Drugmula, succumbed to death in hospital. Initial reports have suggested that the armed forces fired at civilians protesting against sexual violence directed at a minor girl in Handwara town by army personnel.

Even after two days have passed these horrific killings, the army spokesperson and the Chief Minister of the state have only made tokenist statements. The army spokesperson even shamelessly stated that it would need to be ascertained if the “standard operating procedures” have been followed! On the other hand, the J&K police went on circulating a video of the molestation victim exonerating the Army and saying the molestation was by two civilian men. This is absolutely illegal and unethical.

First, the police has no right to make public the identity or the statement of the victim in a molestation case, that too of a minor girl. Uploading and circulating her video is another level of brazen illegality. Second, we don’t know if the young girl has given the statement under any duress or not. Third, EVEN if her statement is true, the Army still had no right to fire at and murder unarmed civilians expressing outrage. As protests continue in Handwara town today, the mobile internet service is suspended in several areas and curfew-like restrictions are also imposed in different parts of the state. Since Army deployment in civilian areas in the Valley, shielded by the draconian AFSPA, thousands of such killings, as well as forced disappearance and rapes have taken place.”
