Islamic Emirate: Sending more troops to Afghanistan is idiocy

امریکايي-تلفات

Post via Islamic Emirate

Pentagon announced that it has decided on sending additional troops to Afghanistan and these forces will be deployed to the embattled province of Helmand. The idea behind the deployment of these additional forces is to support the internal stooge forces and prevent the collapse of this province to the Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate.

Over the last decade Helmand saw more foreign invading troops than any other province therefore the number of raids, bombardments and missile attacks were also much higher than any other place and consequently countless civilians were martyred, residential areas were demolished and agricultural lands were destroyed. On the other hand it is also an irrefutable fact that the number of foreign invaders killed and crippled in this province was a lot greater than any other area.

From 2002 to 2014, the foreign invaders failed in pacifying the Mujahidin despite the presence of thousands of their brutal forces in this province. As the number of foreign forces has decreased substantially and Mujahidin are rejuvenated, how is it plausible now that they can achieve their malicious objectives?

Verily sending hundreds or even thousands of additional troops will never undermine Mujahidin’s influence and strength as they are united and determined and likewise by the grace of Almighty Allah the strategies and plans of the brutal occupying forces have been constantly whitewashed in the recent and remote past.

Had Mujahidin any fear of military or economic strength of the enemy surely they would not have resorted to resistance and struggle against them. We have successfully covered several excruciating stages of our ongoing Jihadi resistance and now it is on the threshold of a great victory. When there were hundreds of thousands foreign troops stationed inside Afghanistan, our holy struggle continued with great enthusiasm and commitment. Inevitably it will remain incessant with even greater fervor and dedication till the complete withdrawal of foreign invading forces and the eventual restoration of Islamic Sharia which is the ultimate aspiration of the pious and freedom loving Afghan people.

Sending more troops to Afghanistan at this stage reveals the idiocy of the humiliated American authorities. Their internal mercenary forces have been demoralized and the dispatch of additional forces will not help them regain the lost areas due to the deep abhorrence found among the pious masses for these stooge forces. On the contrary, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate enjoy the unconditional and full support of these freedom loving people and they are struggling hand in hand in liberating and regaining the sovereignty of their beloved homeland.

Both the American authorities and people should realize that in sending their brutal forces for prolonging the illegitimate occupation of Afghanistan, they will never see them return safe. Our history is fraught with instances where foreign invaders who once entered our country failed to return unscathed. The Americans should learn a lesson from those who previously invaded Afghanistan and should avoid joining the list of countries who once invaded but are still suffering from their incorrigible blunder!!!

High praise for caring BMA champion Dr Johann Malawana who has taken on Jeremy Hunt over enforced contracts for junior doctors

Ca2VfFfWwAApqMZ

Dr Johann Malawana, Northwick Park Junior Doctors’s Strike

Dr Johann Malawana is the man with his finger on the pulse fighting for Junior Doctors challenging Health Secretary Jeremy Hunt on “enforced” contracts which would change doctors working hours putting patients at risk and alter rates of pay. He is an NHS Obstetric Registrar who chairs the British Medical Association’s (BMA) Junior Doctors Committee (JDC) and is on the frontline of campaigning, protecting their rights.

See earlier article,

“Junior doctors chant ‘Hunt Must Go’ and ‘Not Hunt’s Slaves’ as masked protest takes to the streets of London”

https://activist1.wordpress.com/2016/02/07/junior-doctors-chant-hunt-must-go-and-not-hunts-slaves-as-masked-protest-takes-to-the-streets-of-london/

Recently some media have gone on the attack highlighting that aside from his medical profession Malawana also has a business and photographs weddings at week-ends. The BMA states (according to the Daily Mail) it is a “‘a small company’ and only takes on a handful of small jobs each year.” Part of the doctors’ dispute relates to conditions for those working week-ends. As the Mail states, “under the proposed contract weekday evenings and Saturdays will be reclassified as part of the normal working week.” See following for Daily Mail article,

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3308843/What-want-No-work-Saturdays-m-weekend-wedding-photographer-says-leader-junior-doctors.html

How a person spends their time off is up to individual choice and should not concern others unless it is illegal. Maligning someone for their hard work says much about the publication which often maligns those not in a position to work.

Marion Gillivray Harrison who worked at Get A Life charity, which promotes well being and adapting life skills after becoming disabled” leapt to Malawana’s defence. She posted the following statement on social media praising the skills and care shown by the doctor stating,

“Dr Johann Malawana has been on the news a lot today. He’s the chair of the Junior Doctor’s Committee at the BMA. I’ve seen some despicable things written about him in the right wing media and I take it very personally. You see, he’s the man who delivered my distressed baby into this world, who’d already paged a paediatric team to check him over straight away. He’s the same doctor who stemmed the substantial haemorrhage I suffered directly after giving birth, hitting the emergency alarm but still keeping me calm as the room filled with people. The same man who, ten hours after delivering my son and many more after beginning his shift, came to see me in HDU, just to check how me and James were doing before he went home to try to catch Usain Bolt in the 100M final, a race I know he’ll have missed because he stayed to chat with us. Until today, we’d all just assumed he was a consultant. But he isn’t. He’s a registrar. A junior doctor. The most incredible, talented, hard working, empathetic, reassuring, passionate doctor you could ever wish to meet. ‪#‎saveournhs‬ “

Johann Malawana made the following comments on Twitter in relation to the junior doctors’ contact

14 chief execs have distanced themselves from yesterday’s statement. Interesting how much government commands the confidence of the NHS

Time for leaders across the medical profession to stand up for their junior doctors.

U.K. has 2 choices. 1. Cut services in healthcare to fit budget. 2. Provide the budget to fit healthcare we want. Honest debate is needed

“Obviously, none of the current Doctors are going to sign Jeremy Hunt’s new contract of employment. But it will be very hard for the new intake of junior doctors to refuse to sign this new contract. They have just spent years training and desperately want to make their way in the medical world, and gain experience. It is shameful of this government to put these new recruits under this kind of pressure at this most stressful and vulnerable of times.”

Andy Halfajob Cowley

“From this August a junior Doctor earning £23000 a year, equates to £442.30 a week. if they manage to stick to 56 hours (highly unlikely) that’s just £7.89 an hour. As of April next year Ikea staff paid £7.85/hr, Aldi £8.40/hr, Lidl and Morrisons £8.20/hr. This really brings it home how much our Health Secretary values Junior Doctors, when they can quit and go earn more per hour stacking tins of beans at their local Aldi and only have to work 52hrs to earn the same yearly salary and saving themselves 4 hrs a week, not pay £420/- to the GMC, save money on paying the professional indemnity insurance and BMA fees. Why stay a doctor in the NHS?”

“First thought is “Is he taking the p**s?”.

But of course he’s much, much more manipulative than that-he’s just trying to disguise and minimise the true intent behind the junior doctors contract by immersing it under the umbrella of “genuine” concerns and worries about the state of the NHS. You’re not that bright Hunt! (That’s my take on it anyway.)”

Donna Whaley

“Very sad that things have deteriorated to this level. Perhaps Hunt and his government ostriches will wake up when we have no doctors left in the country.”

Pamela Coles

“It amazes me that he can be so brazen about his lies – why arent MP’s wages, benefits like 2nd homes & expenses being reviewed and if we need 24 hour cover for main services why do MP ‘s not work 7 days.”

Islamic Emirate: Civilian massacre in Khakrez district

shaheeeedan

Post via Islamic Emirate

On Monday 8th February, ‘Chinar’ and ‘Tambail’ villages of Khakrez district in Kandahar province were raided by the brutal foreign invaders in collaboration with their internal stooge forces. According to the local eye-witnesses, no sooner had the savage foreign troops entered the houses when they opened indiscriminate fire on the civilian people in which several people were martyred and injured. Some people who fled their homes in panic to save their lives were targeted by drones in which many more people were martyred and injured.

In this catastrophe 16 ordinary countrymen were martyred, 8 others were injured and colossal financial losses were inflicted on the local dwellers.

Local people and members of the bereaved families wanted to shift some corpses, martyred in this massacre, to the central city of Kandahar to protest against the internal stooge regime and their brutal foreign masters but they were halted by the internal mercenary forces in ‘Sozniyan Manda’ area of Arghandab district and were not allowed to enter the city.

In the past the foreign invading forces used to justify such brutalities as retaliation against the Taliban attacks from residential areas. But in this case even this lame excuse was not applicable as neither was there any fighting nor was any fire opened on foreign forces. There was complete calm and the local people were deeply asleep when they became the victims of this carnage.

With the inauguration of (dis)Unity regime, on one hand, the day and night military operations of foreign occupying forces have increased in number and subsequent civilian losses and on the other hand, numerous civilian people were martyred and injured in the indiscriminate use of heavy artillery provided to the amateurish internal (in)security forces. Moreover many more civilian people were incarcerated, their houses were destroyed and their crops devastated.

In the beginning of this heterogeneous stooge regime, more than fifty ordinary civilians mostly women and children were martyred when a house, where the innocent people were enjoying a wedding ceremony, was hit by mortar shelling indiscriminately fired by the internal stooge forces in Sangin district of Helmand province.

Similarly thirty six ordinary countrymen were martyred and several others were injured in Ali Shair district of Khost province when a funeral ceremony was targeted and hit in an indiscriminate drone strike of the savage foreign invaders.

Regretfully saying the supporters of human rights and so called claimers of freedom of speech are utterly silent on this recent felony of Khakrez district. They have not been slightly moved by this brutal slaughter of their own people to condole the bereaved families or at least to condemn this felonious act of the foreign invaders.

If the claimants of freedom of speech want to prove their impartiality and the human rights supporters are truly committed to their cause they should break their silent on this recent as well as all previous offences of both the foreign invades and their internal stooge forces. It is their responsibility to raise the voice of the oppressed Afghan masses in national and international forums against the barbarity and brutality of foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenary forces!!!

DOH Duck n Dive on ContaminatedBlood : Hunt refuses to compensate for “negligence of public bodies”

image

Steve Sillett, one of the many haemophiliacs given contaminated NHS blood that destroyed his life (Image Eastern Daily Press)

February 12th 2016

We are murdered.
We are soft killed, first by disease, and then when we are not all dead, by economics.
We are ignored. We are deceived.
We are turned on one another.
We are taunted. We are tainted.
We are annoyances. Flies to be swatted.
We are fading.
We are bereaved.
We are forgotten.
We are frightened.
We are cornered.

How will the future see us? What will history say? Will the truth out, once we’re dead? When it matters only to the archivists? Will they talk of eugenics, or of unavoidable mistakes? Will they speak of benevolence and generosity in office, or of finishing the job through poverty? How will our children, and our children’s children remember us?

Are we defeated? Or are we still strong enough to out the truth before history has its chance, and save those who remain?

We must not let this destroy us.
We must not let THEM destroy us.

We ARE.

(Written by Andy Evans, a haemophiliac, given contaminated NHS blood, infected with HIV/hepatitis C, waiting for justice)

Where is the compensation for “negligence of public bodies”?

The government has repeatedly refused to compensate haemophiliacs for what Andrew Gwynne, the current Shadow Secretary of State for Health terms “negligence of public bodies” a tragedy which crossed successive governments. The legally PROVEN sourcing of “high-risk” virally infected plasma from prisoners (including drug addicts and those practising unprotected sex that were often beaten and tortured) violated the Nuremberg Code. This is a code of Ethics that came into being after the Second World War following the Nazis unethical experimentation on Jews, gypsies, disabled and homosexuals. The Code formed the principles of modern medical practice in the UK. The treatment of haemophiliacs with “bad blood” also violated points 1 to 10 of the Nuremberg Code leading to long term illness and death.

Lawyers for haemophiliacs advised that “negligence” means haemophiliacs must be compensated. After all haemophiliacs and their families have suffered, the Department of Health under Jeremy Hunt is now set to cut allowances to the community. The majority of haemophiliacs will see a significant reduction in their income, support and additional grants. Widows will be left virtually destitute. In Ireland where haemophilia cases are no different as proven through a Judicial Review won by haemophiliac Andrew March in 2010, haemophiliacs, widows and other family members were compensated fairly through a Tribunal based on loss and need. The British government refuses to address this anomaly. The fight of the sick, dying and bereaved continues…

Islamic Emirate: The Juvenile Politics of the Unity Regime

ab-ash

Post via Islamic Emirate

The Unity Regime of Kabul has stumbled so often in the past year and a half that even many failed states will be startled by such a feat. The diplomacy of the regime shuns ground realities and national interests for policies driven by propaganda, emotions and hyper-optimism. If the regime doesn’t change its approach, it will soon crumble on its own rotten self.
On the second day of the Unity regime’s inauguration, it signed a Security Pact with the foreign forces which many have classified as the ‘sell out protocol’ of Afghanistan. All the while the regime leaders flaunted their independence publicly. They placed tremendous faith in the Security Agreement and failed to foresee the dismal failures of this Agreement.
They shamelessly and vigorously campaigned for the Security Agreement and coupled its signing with the existence of Afghanistan as a successful state. They asserted that this Agreement would transform Afghanistan into a regional trade hub akin to Dubai and Singapore. They argued that Afghanistan (secured by the Agreement) would revive the old Silk Road and thrive from it becoming a pivot between Central and South Asia.
They went so far as to attribute the natural resources of Afghanistan and its successful extraction to the signing of this Agreement. Without a doubt Afghanistan enjoys an enviable strategic location and potentially can link the markets of Central and South Asia. But our national interests demand that we adopt a policy that avoids compromising our sovereignty while exploiting the geopolitics of Asia.
The Unity regime fails to admit that the presence of foreign troops represents a grave threat to the territorial integrity of our nation. That this presence compromises our national sovereignty. The longer foreign forces stay in our land the weaker and more colonized we become.
America’s ultimate objective is to use Afghanistan as a base to control and subdue the region, encircle and isolate their rivals and threaten ‘rogue’ or non-compliant states. Under such circumstances Afghanistan will become the Germany of Cold War – a land where regional and world adversaries play out their rivalries. The ultimate victims of their proxy wars will inevitably be the Afghan nation.
The Unity government has taken a dangerously partisan stance in the delicate balance of power and their intransigence endangers the entire nation. Their relations with regional and world powers such as China, India, Pakistan, Iran, Saudi Arabia and Russia are not based on rational calculations but rather on emotional and eccentric policies.
The regime’s Security Agreements with America and NATO are foreign imposed and opposed by the large majority of Afghans. The regime’s eccentric and irrational behavior is akin to that of a disabled adolescent whose legal agreements have no force of law and are thus null and void.

Afghans looking to the Islamic Emirate with hope!!

PASSPORT

Post via Islamic Emirate

Afghan migrants living in Saudi Arabia have asked the Islamic Emirate to help them resolve their passports issues. These Afghans say that the Kabul administration which claims legitimacy and warm relations with the international community has failed to solve and address these passport issues with the government of Saudi Arabia and therefore the Afghans are still using Pakistani passports and travel documents to travel to and from Saudi Arabia for work.

As is known the Islamic Emirate lost political relations with the world at the onset of the illegitimate American invasion of Afghanistan and due to American pressure and egoism, Saudi Arabia along with all other Islamic and non-Islamic countries also completely severed contact with the Islamic Emirate.

However ground realities as known to everyone speak differently. Although America along with 49 nations invaded Afghanistan and pledged to eradicate the Islamic Emirate, she along with her allies failed and were humiliated because their excuses for their aggression were void, hollow and in conflict with every international law. On the other hand the Islamic Emirate was and is part of the fabric of Afghan society and draws its power from therein. So long as the Afghan Mujahid nation exists on the soil of Afghanistan, the Islamic Emirate will also endure and continue to rule over their hearts.

The Afghan migrants living in Saudi Arabia are well acquainted with the fact that the Islamic Emirate has no diplomatic ties or relations with the government of Saudi Arabia and neither does it have the capacity to solve their issues through its own initiative. However this astute diaspora seeks to remind the world and its pious nation that were the Islamic Emirate in power instead of the corrupt Kabul regime, surely they would have helped and resolved their issues immediately.

We pray to the Exalted Lord Almighty to have mercy upon the situation of the oppressed Afghan nation, to free the valiant Afghans from the oppression of America and her corrupt regime through His grace and victory, to spread the rays of light of an Islamic government and to rekindle the lost hopes of the Afghans, Ameen.

UK Govt fights disclosure of involvement in Pakistan death penalty (Reprieve statement)

54183c9dd17f6

What is UK’s connection to the death penalty in Pakistan?

(Image Pakistan Today)

A tribunal is tomorrow (Thursday 11 Feb) due to hear arguments on whether the UK Government should be allowed to withhold information which could show it has provided support for the death penalty in Pakistan.

Ministers have so far refused to publish documents assessing the risk that financial support provided to Pakistan’s Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) could lead to the handing down of death sentences to alleged drug offenders.

The ANF, which is known to have received millions of pounds’ worth of UK taxpayers’ money, has openly boasted about securing death sentences for non-violent alleged drug offenders.  Despite the UK’s official policy of opposition to the death penalty, it has funded the ANF from the 1990s to the present day, but refuses to say what steps it has taken to prevent that funding from contributing to increased numbers of death sentences.

In December 2014, Pakistan lifted an unofficial moratorium on executions, and the country has made clear that it intends to execute its entire death row population – estimated at up to 8000 people, over a hundred of whom are thought to be alleged drug offenders.

International human rights organisation Reprieve is challenging the British Government in the Information Rights Tribunal (IRT) over its refusal to disclose a range of information relating to the Pakistan deal, including: assessments of the human rights and death penalty risks involved; steps taken to mitigate these risks; and whether ministerial approval was either sought or received for the programme.

Tomorrow’s hearing is expected to be the final one before the Tribunal comes to a decision.  Much of the previous hearing in February 2014 took place in secret, at the request of the Government, with neither Reprieve nor its lawyers allowed to be present during the closed sessions.  At the centre of the case is the Government’s Overseas Justice and Security Assistance (OSJA) guidance, which was introduced by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) in the wake of the ‘Arab Spring’ in order to “ensur[e] that the human rights implications of our security and justice assistance work overseas are fully considered.”

However, since the OSJA was implemented, ministers have consistently refused to disclose information regarding what assessments have been undertaken and who has signed off on them.

Maya Foa, director of the death penalty team at Reprieve said: “The FCO is falling over itself to prevent information about how it ensures its overseas activities align with basic British human rights principles from coming to light. Yet if the measures taken were sufficient, why would there be any need to keep them secret? The British public has a right to know if their taxes are funding death sentences and executions in countries like Pakistan and Iran, where juveniles and exploited drug mules are sent to the gallows on a daily basis. Ministers need to come clean.”
