Broadening Political Relations of Islamic Emirate

Post via Islamic Emirate August 5th 2019

About one week earlier, a high-ranking delegation of Islamic Emirate led by the Political Deputy Mullah Baradar Akhund arrived at Indonesia on an official visit where they spent a couple of days holding meetings with government officials and religious leaders.

Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world. On top of such a status, it is among leading countries of the Islamic world with a strong economy and robust industry. It has always played a positive role in critical international issues and Indonesian officials also have a positive outlook about Afghanistan, seeking peace and an end to all sources of conflict in our country.

The delegation of Islamic Emirate received a warm welcome by the host country upon arrival. Over the course of the next few days, they held meetings with the Vice President of the country, the Foreign Minister, a movement of scholars called Nahdlatul Ulama and the country’s top clerical body Majlis Ulama (Ulama Council). These meetings based on the spirit of Islamic brotherhood and solidarity played an important role in strengthening of bilateral relations.

Visits by officials of the Islamic Emirate to Indonesia and successful visits to China and Russia prior to this proves that the Islamic Emirate wants cordial and positive relations with people and countries of the world. But it is extremely unfortunate that extensively negative propaganda has been spread against the Islamic Emirate and it has been introduced as an insurgent and terrorist group to officials of some countries hence they remain wary of interactions. But if they hold direct meetings with the Islamic Emirate, listen to its call and policies and establish direct political relations, surely their doubts and apprehensions shall be removed and they will recognize the Islamic Emirate as a true representative of the Afghan nation.

As the United States is directly interacting with the Islamic Emirate and arrangements for intra-Afghan dialogue to find a peaceful resolution are underway therefore those countries of the region and the world that miscalculated the Islamic Emirate or held unwarranted enmity and some even went as far as viewing them as a terrorist organization and joined international alliances against them, it is high time for them to reassess their policy towards the Islamic Emirate by taking into consideration the prevailing situation. In order to understand the Islamic Emirate and its aims, they must begin direct interactions with their political representatives. It is hoped that through such meetings all their doubts will be removed and no reason shall remain for their unilateral animosity.

Message of Islamic Emirate regarding the Martyrdom of Farah Governor Mullah Fazal Rahman

Post via Islamic Emirate August 3rd 2019

In the series of sacrifices in the cause to Allah, the governor of the Islamic Emirate for Farah province, the martyr Mullah Fazlal Rahman (Mullah Mashar Akhund) attained the lofty status of martyrdom last night in a cowardly airstrike of American invaders, surely to Allah we belong and to Him shall we return.

Allah (SwT) says:

Among the believers are men who have been true to their covenant with Allah [have gone out for Jihad and turned not their backs to the disbelievers], of them some have fulfilled their obligation [been martyred] and some are waiting, but they have never changed in the least. (Al-Ahzab : 23)

Mullah Fazal Rahman was one of the most astute, courageous and valorous leaders of the Islamic Emirate who bore great and unforgettable hardships for the cause of Allah.

Martyrdom is an honor for us. The great foundation of the Islamic Emirate is built upon the blood of such devout and heroic martyrs and it shall continue to be irrigated with their blood, Allah willing.

We extend our heartfelt condolences about the martyrdom of Mullah Fazal Rahman (Mullah Mashar Akhund) to our nation, Mujahidin of Farah province and all his close friends, relatives and family members.

With the blessing of such selfless sacrifices Allah (SwT) shall cleanse Afghanistan from occupation, eliminate corruption and establish Islamic governance upon methodology of the Prophethood.

The Islamic Emirate reminds the cowardly enemy that martyrdom in the path of Allah is one of the greatest aspiration in the lives for every senior and junior member of the Emirate. We shall not tire of sacrificing and martyrdom shall not hinder us from our righteous path. Rather our aspirations shall become even more precious and we shall continue to strive in our Jihad with an even greater fervor and perseverance, Allah willing.

Your calculation of benefiting or achieving your objectives through the martyrdom of our leaders is wrong. The experience of the past years has proven that the martyrdom of our leaders has failed to weaken our Jihadic ranks. On the contrary, it has become a reason for further divine help from Allah and strengthening our our Jihadi zeal and morale.

Remarks by Spokesman of Islamic Emirate regarding report published by UNAMA

Post via Islamic Emirate July 30th 2019

Today UNAMA published a report in Kabul highlighting civilian casualties in the first six months of this year.

Even thought UNAMA did point out that a large portion of civilian casualties have been caused by American airstrikes and night raids in the first half of this year however they failed to publish the true extent of casualties.

Similarly, the percentage of civilian casualties attributed to the Islamic Emirate is also of full glaring holes and rejected by us.

An active department for the prevention of civilian casualties is operating on behalf of the Islamic Emirate that thoroughly investigates every civilian casualty incident and prevents its reoccurrence. Moreover, no attack has been deliberately or specifically carried out against a civilian target.

Yet the report by UNAMA has still falsely attributed 38% of all civilian casualties to the Islamic Emirate.

UNAMA report has attributed attacks to the Islamic Emirate that have been rejected by us at the time of occurrence.

Additionally, individuals that are working in enemy ranks and actively supporting the enemy in military and intelligence departments have been given a civilian status.

On the other hand, the invaders responsible for 80% of civilian casualties and directly involved in or playing a supporting role in every civilian casualty incident, have only been blamed for 18% of total losses which is clear injustice as witnessed by our entire nation.

The Islamic Emirate advises all humanitarian and right organizations including UNAMA that effective steps for the prevention of civilian casualties can only be taken when a thorough investigation is carried out about each incident, real perpetrators as requirements demand are highlighted and a humanitarian issue such as civilian casualties is kept separate from politics.

Islamic Emirate: Civilian casualty report for the first half of 2019

Post via Islamic Emirate July 30th 2019

Our beloved homeland is facing a plethora of challenges in every field especially killing, injuries and hardships to our fellow civilian countrymen since the launch of invasion by America and its allied NATO forces. Our fellow citizens are continuously killed and injured in deliberate targeted attacks of the Americans and Kabul administration, they are made to suffer, displaced and their valuables looted.

The first six months of 2019 (January, February, March, April, May and June) were again one of the bloodiest months for our civilian compatriots.

The Commission for Prevention of Civilian Casualties and Complaints of the Islamic Emirate has recorded a total of (932) inhumane civilian casualty incidents through its provincial representatives, independent sources, tribal elders and common citizens.

Of the total (852) incidents have been caused by the Americans and Kabul administration army, police and Arbaki militias.

(76) have been caused by Daesh, unknown individuals or due to infighting between people.

In the (932) incidents, a total of (2464) fellow countrymen have been killed or wounded with total (1399) martyred and (1065) others injured.

Of (1399) martyred, a total of (1376) have occurred due to the bombings and attacks by Americans or forces related to them such as the domestic army, police and Arbakis, totaling (92%) of all fatalities.

(123) have been martyred by Daesh, unknown individuals or from infightings, totaling (8%) of all fatalities.

Moreover, of the (923) civilian casualty incidents during the first half of this year, a total of (1065) civilians have been injured with Americans and stooge administration forces causing 88% (953) injuries and Daesh, unknown individuals and infightings causing 12% (112) injuries.

As the world is aware, America and the Kabul administration are trying to hide their defeat and therefore have intensified that savagery to extreme lengths which has broken all previous records and this cycle continues unabated. In contrast with the previous years, the Americans and its associated Kabul administration have also begun a campaign of imprisonments and inflicting material losses. The first half of this year saw a total of (612) innocent countrymen imprisoned during night raids, (47) sacred mosques demolished with explosives or in bombings along with (9) schools, (12) health clinics, (847) homes, (88) small and large vehicles, (789) shops and (731) motorbikes destroyed or torched. On top of this hundreds of livestock(70) unit solar panels and millions of Afghani (currency) has been looted from homes and hundreds of wheat and barley stocks have deliberately been set on fire.

The Commission for Prevention of Civilian Casualties and Complaints on behalf of the Islamic Emirate strongly condemns these crimes against humanity by the invaders and clarifies that all of the mentioned crimes are perpetrated by the Americans and its allies. This Commission calls on all independent institutions and humanitarian organizations to question, investigate and condemn these crimes against our defenseless compatriots.

We firmly believe that America and her allies can never attain their objectives by carrying out and increasing such crimes but they will only expose their true nature with such actions.

Islamic Emirate: Inhumanity that knows no bounds

Post via Islamic Emirate July 22nd 2019

Lately both the invaders and puppet forces have taken to increasing airstrikes and raids on sacred and public places. Savage methods are being introduced to murder women and children; destroy their homes and thus deprive them of shelter; loot their valuables; and even target cattle and livestock. Ashraf Ghani recently addressed his forces as soldiers of democracy and accurately so, for the soldiers of democracy are infamous around the world for their careless violence on the oppressed. Unable to defeat their opponent, they then extend their barbarity to women, children, the elderly and even animals, as is the case in Afghanistan. Schools, clinics and marketplaces too are burned down by these soldiers, all in the pursuit of bringing democracy to Afghanistan.

Recently the soldiers of democracy carried out a raid on Chopan, as well as surrounding areas, in Maidan Wardak’s Jaghatu district. According to initial reports, sixteen civilians were martyred in this brutal operation. This comes at a time when the enemy had already conducted fresh operations in provinces such as Maidan Wardak, Helmand, Farah, Faryab and Paktia in which dozens of civilians were martyred and wounded and many shops were looted and then burned down. The cowardly enemy seems to assume that such acts of barbarity will conceal its failures in the war or that perhaps its soldiers who suffer from low morale will be motivated thereby. This is wishful thinking; success cannot be secured through inflicting oppression on the weak. If this was possible, the invading and quisling forces whom refused to shy away from even the most extreme forms of violence throughout the war would not take to retreating today.

History is but repeating itself. Almost two decades ago when CIA official Cofer Black was reminded by Russian diplomats in Moscow of the Soviet defeat he responded with, “We’re going to kill them…We’re going to rock their world.” Quite the reverse took place and today both the American invaders and Kabul quislings can be seen walking the path of the communists in Afghanistan. When the Soviet Union and Afghan communists became certain of their defeat, they increased in oppression thinking it a way to secure some success. Failure of course resulted and their dominance over our country was uprooted by the storm of blood and tears of the Afghan people. The Afghan people are therefore aware that this present wave of oppression will only serve to destroy both the invaders and their puppets.

The Islamic Emirate is determined to protect the wealth and lives of their people and, as opposed to the enemy, exercises strict caution against civilian killing in its operations. Many a time, operations were discarded for no other reason than there being present the possibility of civilian casualties. In the case of civilians facing damage as a result of Mujahideen operations, relevant persons have been punished. Contrast this with the enemy who has adopted an inhumane policy of targeting civilians and their facilities because of which the Afghan people continue to heavily suffer. The Islamic Emirate acts as a protecting force for the Afghan people and therefore has and will continue to seek revenge on behalf of its people for the injustice inflicted on them. The Mujahideen will not allow the enemies of Islam and Afghanistan to live peacefully as occupiers and the Afghan people will most certainly be avenged and freed from both foreign and domestic oppression, Allah Willing.

Islamic Emirate: War criminals must be prosecuted

Post via Islamic Emirate July 17th 2019

There has recently been a sharp increase in the attacks bu both the occupying army and Kabul quisling administration on civilian targets and buildings of public use. In the previous week alone women, children and students, among dozens of others, have been martyred and wounded in enemy operations. Religious madrassas and hospitals have also been destroyed because of which we face a large-scale humanitarian crisis. Let us take the example of Bakwa district of Farah where on 10 July the merciless enemy raided a clinic, burned all medical supplies therein and further looted expensive products from surrounding shops.

Two days before this on 8 July another clinic was raided in Maidan Wardak’s Chak district. Four people were martyred including two doctors, while another doctor was taken into custody. Again, all equipment of this clinic too was burned. It is worth mentioning that on the same day the invaders droned a home in Baghlan resulting in the martyrdom of seven household members, while in Ghazni’s Shalgar district, the enemy martyred the director of Emergency Clinic, Gul Ahmed, and his companion. Consider that the individuals involved in such criminal activity are supposed to be a morally superior force engaged in bringing peace and security to Afghanistan. Over almost two decades of trying, this is the peace they have made rife across our country.

Apart from the above mentioned crimes, the occupying army has conducted many recent attacks on mosques, schools, homes, markets and other public places The greatest damage in such attacks is caused invariably to the civilian population who suffer heavy losses as a result. The Health Commission of the Islamic Emirate released a statement regarding inhumane enemy attacks on medical centers, making absolutely clear its intolerance toward these intentional acts. The Islamic Emirate considers these acts as war crimes, a violation of all human values and further calls upon humanitarian and human rights organizations to be consistent in their statements by condemning the occupying American army’s crimes in Afghanistan. Immediate and transparent investigations into the matter ought to be carried out and efforts made to prevent such war crimes taking place in the future.

The Islamic Emirate condemns all enemy attacks on educational institutes, health centers and buildings of public use. It is only unfortunate that while the enemy is increasing in such attacks, the media and human rights organizations have adopted a hypocritical silence on the matter, thereby allowing the enemy to continue its oppression unhindered. As is known, the Afghan people are already deprived of basic medical facilities and attacks of this like only worsen their plight. That the enemy is aware of their condition yet continuation of such attacks demonstrates its moral standing in the war. The Islamic Emirate, on the other hand, is determined to provide health and educational institutes the required protection and has indeed already carried out such responsibilities under extremely difficult circumstances too.

In conclusion, the civilian population and buildings of public benefit must not be targeted. If the enemy mistakenly considers this inhumane method as advancing its efforts, it ought to look no further than and take lesson from the Islamic Emirate who while exercising strict caution against civilian killing still retains the upper hand in the war. Targeting civilians can only be a demonstration of weakness and whoever does so must be punished.

Islamic Emirate: Kabul approval for Black Water genocide

Post via Islamic Emirate July 15th 2019

There were some reports that American Black Water mercenary company was fighting against the Afghan nation but authentic evidence was lacking. Recently some indication proves the presence of Black Water criminals embedded with Kabul regime troops.

On August 26th, a clash between Mujahideen and enemy troops took place in Nasiro Killi area of Surobi district, Kabul province, during which 18 combined enemy personnel were killed with military uniform, helmets and other equipment emblazoned with Black Water markings were left behind.

Sometimes ago, western media outlets published reports that the Trump administration was entertaining the possibly of handing over the Afghan war to Black Water and other mercenary companies to which Kabul regime responded that it would never allow contractors to take over the Afghan war. But now the same Black Water embedded with Kabul regime troops raid Afghan compounds, steal valuables, martyr women and children for sports, destroy Madrasas, mosques, schools and clinics and harass Afghan public in various ways.

The spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate, Zabihullah Mujahid, declared in his statement about activities of Black Water embedded alongside Kabul regime troops “International Human Right organizations and war crime tribunals must also understand that transferring war duties to notorious Black Water mercenaries by the Kabul administration and Americans is a deliberate act of opening the doors for atrocities and supporting mass murder”.

Inhuman Black Water mercenaries were also seen in battles with Mujahideen in Farah and Helmand provinces. The foolish enemy assumes that the war which could not be won by hundreds of thousand trained troops can be won with the use of Black Water mercenaries. The enemy must realize that war against Afghan nation can never by won since the enemy has ample resources and weapons but has been punished and seen defeat at the hands of the Afghans.

If the enemy continues their crimes against Afghan public by any name or in any uniform, the result will not only be inefficient but will also upsurge opposition that will lead to their ultimate defeat.

The Islamic Emirate vows to protect its homeland along with the life and honor of its people. It will continue its struggle for sovereignty and establishment of an Islamic system and will eliminate whoever becomes an obstacle for the best interests of the nation, whether it is invaders, Kabul regime troops or Black Water.

Islamic Emirate: This opportunity should not be squandered

Post via Islamic Emirate July 13th 2019

Afghanistan has been mired in a crisis over the past few decades and the United States has been also been drawn into this conflict for 18 years now. America and her allies attacked Afghanistan and sent a large number of troops to our homeland.

To find a solution to the issue to Afghanistan, American officials along with their Afghan and international partners employed a plethora of strategies. From armed operations to military pressure, alteration of generals, troop surges, espionage, propaganda and a slew of other efforts yet none proved effective because they lacked any sound logic and proper accounting behind it therefore a solution to the crisis remained elusive and the longest war in the history of America continues to drag on, causing material and human losses to all sides involved.

Historic experiences show that conflicts are never resolved with more conflict but only through dialogue and reaching an understanding. The past eighteen years have been a living proof of this fact hence the launch of the negotiations process and the continual progress witnessed in it.

Two important advances in resolving the Afghan issue were observed since the start of the current month in Doha, the capital of Qatar. Firstly, a new round of negotiations between the representatives of the Islamic Emirate Afghanistan and the United States of America and secondly, a two-day intra-Afghan conference, both of which proved more fruitful than ever before.

Both of these sittings showed that all sides of the Afghan conflict are currently committed to finding a solution to issues at hand and consider dialogue and negotiations as the only path forward. This multi-faceted consensus about a peaceful resolution is a historic opportunity and if utilized correctly, can find a solution to the current crisis that is acceptable to all sides and can safeguard both sides from the toll of war.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan calls on all sides to give importance to the opportunity at hand and just as is vital, to treat this matter with utmost seriousness and trust. To enter the peace process with complete sincerity and courage so that true and effective steps can be taken towards a final solution. We must remember that the nations effected by this war expect nothing less from all involved parties.

Islamic Emirate: Positive step towards peace

Post via Islamic Emirate

Negotiations with America were paused for two days due to the intra-Afghan dialogue and resumed on Tuesday. It is hoped that these negotiations will prove helpful in bringing an end to foreign aggression, liberating our beloved homeland and implementing therein an Islamic system, as are the wishes of the Afghan Mujahid nation.

The Islamic Emirate considers it important that there exist an agreement and mutual understanding between Afghans for achieving a joint objective. For this reason, it sat around one table with elements whose oppression had reached to the extent of Islamic and national treachery. The Islamic Emirate proceeded with prudence and foresightedness so that through mutual understanding all can play a role in eliminating the ongoing crisis in Afghanistan and saving the jihadi sacrifices from going in vain.

It is a good sign that the whole nation supports the Islamic Emirate’s stance, elimination of American aggression and the implementation of an Islamic system. At the closing of the intra-Afghan conference in Qatar, a statement was released in which all have agreed upon certain demands that were an important desire of both the Islamic Emirate and the Afghan people.

The Afghan conflict begun when some people gave support to American aggression and opposed the Islamic system. They ensured American occupation be prolonged in order to safeguard their own personal interests while they remained fully aware that this was equivalent to the destruction of Afghanistan. However, since they now express hatred for American aggression and are content with the establishment of an Islamic system, it is evident that positive steps are being taken toward peace and this is the direction in which we are heading.

The participants of this conference ought to begin trying to implement the agreement of the conference, according to which prisoners must be freed, poisonous propaganda in the media be stopped, buildings of public use and the civilian population mustn’t be targeted, and so forth. If this agreement is implemented with responsibility and seriousness, then all hurdles in the path of freedom will certainly be removed, Allah Willing.
