Pakistan hangs 351 since 2014, but only 1 in 10 were ‘terrorists’ (Reprieve statement)

images

Hangman’s nose, Pakistan (image Asia Times)

  • 351 hanged between Dec 2014 – Feb 2016
  • Just 39 convicted of terrorist offenses or for links to terrorism
  • Nearly 90% of those executed had no terrorist links

Despite claims by the Pakistan Government that it is targeting terrorists with the death penalty, new research has shown that just one in ten of those executed since 2014 could either be linked to a proscribed terrorist organization or were executed for offenses which fit the definition of ‘terrorism.’

The research, undertaken by international human rights organization Reprieve and Justice Project Pakistan, finds that a total of 351 prisoners have been sent to the gallows since Pakistan lifted a moratorium on executions in December 2014 – overtaking Saudi Arabia to become the world’s third largest executing nation, after China and Iran.

The Government has sought to justify this wave of executions by claiming it is necessary to deter terrorist threats to Pakistan. However, of the total of 351, only 39 appear to have been convicted on the basis of allegations that they were part of a terrorist organization or had committed an offense that could reasonably be seen to constitute terrorism – that is, the illegal use of violence to advance political ends.

The figures show that there were 7 executions in 2014, a total of 324 in 2015, and 20 so far in 2016 (as of 10 February).  This wave of executions is unprecedented in Pakistan’s recent history.  In the years before the moratorium was put in place, the highest annual number of executions which Reprieve has been able to identify was 135 in 2007.

Among those executed have been at least five juveniles, prisoners suffering from mental illness, victims of torture and countless others who have not received a fair trial.

Reprieve’s analysis shows that the proportion of ‘terrorists’ being executed has fallen significantly since summer last year: a study conducted by the Reuters news agency in July 2015 found that, of 180 people hanged since December 2014, fewer than 1 in 6 was connected to terrorism.

Commenting, Maya Foa, director of the death penalty team at Reprieve said:

“These numbers show that the Pakistan Government’s claims do not match reality.  The vast majority of people being hanged – nearly nine out of ten – cannot be linked to any terrorist activity.  Instead, those going to the gallows are too often the poor and the vulnerable, who are unable to pay for an effective lawyer and have often been tortured into making a false ‘confession.’  It is hard to see how hanging people like this will make Pakistan any safer.”

Sarah Belal, director of non-profit human rights law firm Justice Project Pakistan said:

“We need to see more honesty and transparency from the Government.  They claim they are targeting ‘terrorists,’ but these numbers show that at most, barely 10% of those who have been hanged come anywhere near fitting this description.  Worse still, many of those being executed have suffered terrible injustices – for example, being sentenced to death as children, or subjected to brutal torture by the police.  The Government must stay all hangings until these injustices have been addressed – and come clean with the public about who it is they are really hanging.”

Islamic Emirate: The Kabul regime considers Genocide a sign of success

dead_babies

Post via Islamic Emirate

The Kabul Unity regime is under intense pressure from Mujahideen. They are daily losing great swathes of territory. Its security forces are facing a state of imminent collapse. Therefore to vent their anger and frustration, the regime security forces have resorted to the indiscriminate killing of innocent non-combatants.

Almost a month ago the regime security forces and local militias launched an operation in Baghlan’s Dand Ghori, Shahabuddin and the provincial capital districts to clear the area from Mujahideen. These operations continue till now with no visible progress from the regime’s perspective.

Since the operation’s inception the regime’s propaganda apparatus has been making extravagant claims of capturing large parts of the battle theatre all the while the frontline has altered very little. To mask their lack of progress, the regime security forces and local militias have resorted to large scale bombardment of residential areas where each loss of innocent civilian life is marketed as an insurgent kill.

The people of Baghlan, intimidated and indiscriminately targeted, decided last week to hold a sit-in in Kabul to protest the ongoing killing of civilians. During this sit-in the tribal elders, civil activists and ordinary people protested what they termed as genocidal policies towards the civilian populace. They added that the deliberate targeting of civilian areas by the regime forces have resulted in the death of 125 civilians and injuries to another 650 individuals.

The protesters also highlighted the fact that the regime’s indiscriminate ground and aerial bombardment has caused property damage to over 17,000 families and displaced a total of over 30,000 families.

The protesters demanded that the administration cease these operations immediately, compensate the families of those who have suffered as a result of the ongoing operations and bring those responsible for this indiscriminate slaughter to justice.

Whenever the foreign occupiers or their internal allies have launched military operations in Afghanistan they have inevitably harmed civilian people and property, bombed ordinary homes, killed women and children, and imprisoned civilians under the guise of collaborating with the insurgents.

Invariably whenever the regime has launched operations such as the current one in Baghlan they have made extravagant claims of successes, fibbing out concocted figures of the numbers of insurgents killed or wounded. They also invariably claim the capture of large parts of territory in spite of what the ground realities dictate.

Islamic Emirate: 30 enemy soldiers killed, 20 injured as enemy operations end in rout

FB_IMG_1453222495466

Post via Islamic Emirate

WARDAK, Feb. 14 – In the deadliest series of attacks, Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate have killed as many as 30 soldiers of so-called Afghan National Army (ANA) and wounded over 20 others in Wardak province of Afghanistan, according to Al-Emarah News reports.

Over the last four days, the enemy supported by aerial power had been locked in the bloody fighting with the Islamic Emirate’s combatants in Nirkh district of Wardak province in an attempt to regain the areas the enemy had lost to Mujahideen in which the enemy was repelled with fatal losses.

A Mujahid fighter embraced martyrdom and three more suffered injuries in the entire operation.

Some 30 enemy soldiers are said to have been killed with 20 others wounded, while three of the enemy armored tanks were destroyed after coming under Mujahideen rocket and heavy weapon attacks.

Six civilians are reported to have been wounded in the enemy blind fire, where 3 shops were also set on fire in the enemy attacks.

Islamic Emirate: An interview with Moulavi Abdul Rahman, the Jihadi in-charge of Jowzjan province

250px-Jowzjan_districts

Post via Islamic Emirate

Shahamat magazine recently conducted an interview with Moulavi Abdul Rahman, the governor and Jihadi in-charge of Jowzjan province. In the following lines, it has been translated into English language for the information of our esteemed readers.

Question: To begin if you could introduce yourself for our respected readers?

Answer:

بسم الله الرحمن الرحیم – الحمدلله رب العلمین و العاقبه للمتقین و الصلواه و السلام علی رسوله الکریم و علی آله و صحبه اجمعین.

My name is Moulavi Abdul Rahman and I actually hail from Faryab province. Since last seven or eight months, I have been appointed by the leadership of the Islamic Emirate and have been working as the Jihadi in-charge of Jowzjan province.

Question: How do you evaluate the ongoing ‘Azm’ (Resolve) Jihadi operations?

Answer: By the grace of Almighty Allah, these Jihadi operations have been quite successful throughout Afghanistan. In the wake of these operations a number of districts were liberated and captured by Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate. Provinces even in the northern areas were on the verge of collapse and the control of strategic Kunduz province is an example. Besides these conquests, large amount of ammunition was seized by Mujahidin including various types of military vehicles, artillery, tanks etc. From military point of view we can confidently say that, by the grace of Almighty Allah, Mujahidin are even stronger than their enemy. In brief the internal stooge forces and their foreign masters have both been stunned by the intensity and subsequent success of these Jihadi operations.

Question: How successful were ‘Azm’ Jihadi operations inside Jowzjan province?

Answer: As you might be aware that Jowzjan is one of the strategic provinces of Afghanistan. It consists of ten districts or administrative units. Like any other province it was also the witness of significant achievements and progress of Mujahidin in several areas. Kham Aab district situated on the border with Turkmenistan was completely liberated and conquered by Mujahidin. In this event five Ford Ranger pickup military vehicles, two cannons and substantial amount of ammunition was seized as booty.

Similarly several areas in Darzab district fell under Mujahidin’s control and like Kham Aab this district was also on the verge of collapse while in Koshtapa district, Mujahidin also made significant progress. In brief the enemy is confined to the centres of districts and the suburban areas are completely under Mujahidin’s control.

I can assure you that nearly eighty percent of Jowzjan province is under the control of Mujahidin. Even Shabarghan, the capital city of this province became the target of Mujahidin’s attacks several times. Mujahidin can easily operate against the mercenary forces even in five kilometre circumference of this city which shows and proves their strength and increased influence. In the recent past, a military commission of the Islamic Emirate visited these areas and they were very pleased with our progress.

There are three main roads stretching out from the capital city of Shabarghan; one leads to Faryab province, the second to Saripul province and the third to Mazar-i-Sharif, the capital city of Balkh province. Military check posts of the stooge enemy can only be found on the main roads while Mujahidin are present at the short distance of a few hundred meters in the suburbs of all these main roads. Whenever a military convoy of the stooge enemy tries to pass on these roads towards the neighbouring provinces, they can be easily attacked and their supply lines cut off. In the past they suffered heavy financial losses and casualties in such attacks.

Question: During military operations the biased media reported the presence of general Dostam in the battlefields showing that he is himself commanding the mercenary forces in the northern areas and thus depicting him as a hero. How do you evaluate it?

Answer: This notorious general has been inflated by media channels which are funded by them and thus are impartial. The reality is that they seek to boost the morale of their already disheartened stooge soldiers therefore they depict general Dostam as a war hero. Mujahidin have executed numerous minor and major Jihadi operations in various parts of Jowzjan province and general Dostam failed to prevent them. During fighting in Kham Aab district, he participated along with his well-equipped army but by the grace of Almighty Allah he was badly defeated losing some forty to forty five of his fighters. Several of his generals including general Kamal and seven of his bodyguards were also killed in this fighting. When general Dostam intensified his attacks on Kham Aab district our courageous Mujahidin attacked the central city of Shabarghan. This tactic proved effective as general Dostam and his militia was trapped. They had to forget Kham Aab district and think about the safety and security of the capital city.

The perception that Mujahidin influence in Jowzjan is minor and general Dostam is heavily supported by the masses in the northern areas is not true. The reality is that Mujahidin are overwhelmingly present in these areas and the pious people of north prefer them over general Dostam and his band of notorious militia.

The sole mission of propaganda of the biased media is to encourage the demoralized and defeated enemy mercenary forces and it is completely in conflict with the prevailing ground realities. We expect the noble and pious people of Jowzjan province in particular and all Muslim masses in general to not be deceived by these rumors. As far as the heroism of general Dostam is concerned it was on full display in fighting in Faryab province. He went there with great force but took to his heels when his mercenary militia was utterly defeated by Mujahidin. Now he is left with mere propaganda and a few fighter jets though one of his fighter planes was hit and destroyed by Mujahidin in Aaqcha district.

General Dostam is known as the head of notorious savage Gilam Jam militia whose brutal past will never be forgotten by the noble people of north. A large number of innocent people were martyred by his militiamen and houses of numerous pious people were demolished. Now he is depicted as a hero by some media outlets for the sake of their vested interests but we are sure that it can neither deceive the Muslim masses of north nor can the courageous Mujahidin be dispirited by this biased coverage.

Question: If you could brief us about the conduct of Mujahidin with ordinary people and vice versa?

Answer: As far as I know, by the grace of Almighty Allah, the noble people of Jowzjan province fully support Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate and provide them with all necessities without any force or compulsion. They are very satisfied with the conduct and behavior of Mujahidin who are ever ready to sacrifice their lives for the protection and defence of their life, honor and wealth. This is the reason why even the local dwellers fight side by side with Mujahidin against the mercenary forces of the stooge regime.

On the other side, our constant advice to Mujahidin is that they fully respect the local people, deal with them in an honorable manner and should not be given any chance of complaint. This is the reason why the ordinary people are supportive of Mujahidin and have no respect either for general Dostam or for his unrestrained militiamen.

There are four main ethnic groups living inside Jowzjan province; Uzbeks, Turkmens, Arabs and Pashtuns. Most of our Mujahidin hail from these four ethnicities therefore we enjoy very close and cordial relations with local people.

Another proof of Mujahidin’s popularity and trust among the people is that all law-suits both from suburban and central areas are referred by the local people to the courts of the Islamic Emirate as they are assured that they will find a swift and just solution for all their disputes.

Question: What is the situation of Arbaki (ALP) militiamen in your province?

Answer: [Smiling] By the grace of Almighty Allah, the presence of Arbaki militiamen has substantially decreased in Jowzjan province as most of their notorious group leaders have either been killed or have surrendered to Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate. For the time being we have no concern about them and this conspiracy of the brutal enemy has utterly failed in northern areas.

Question: Besides the Jihadi operations, how do you assess other activities like education, courts, invitation and amalgamation etc.?

Answer: In all these essential walks of life, we have assigned duties to our reliable associates. Since they are fully devoted to their mission therefore they are quite successful in discharging their responsibilities and we are satisfied with their progress.

Question: If you could elaborate on the pledges of allegiance with the new Amir-ul-Momineen (may Allah safeguard him).

Answer: By the grace of Almighty Allah, this ceremony took place in a peaceful and serene atmosphere. When we received the sad news of passing away of late Amir-ul-Momineen (leader of the pious believers) Mullah Mohammad Umar Mujahid (may his soul rest in peace) and the appointment of the newly selected Amir-ul-Momineen Mulla Akhtar Mohammad Mansoor (may Allah protect him), we immediately informed and sent for our group leaders and other concerned Mujahidin from all districts to share and discuss the new situation. Condolences were offered to the late Amir-ul-Momineen and simultaneously oath of allegiance was taken for the newly selected Amir-ul-Momineen which was published, as you might be aware, on Alemarah, the official website of the Islamic Emirate. Later on a separate prestigious ceremony of recitation of the Holy Quran was held to condole the soul of his Excellency late Amir-ul-Momineen Mullah Mohammad Umar Mujahid (may Allah be pleased with him).

Question: Could you explain your own record in the Islamic Emirate and narrate any memorable event about late Amir-ul-Momineen?

Answer: Fortunately I joined this movement in the early days of its inauguration even before liberating the city of Kandahar. During the reign of the Islamic Emirate, I first worked as the deputy governor of Dand district in Kandahar province. When the major western province of Herat was conquered, I was appointed in the third regiment of military base of this city. Then I worked as the director of power supply in Herat city. I also worked as the director of chamber of commerce, the director of planning department and eventually as the director of Hajj and Trusts department.

I had frequently met and seen the late Amir-ul-Momineen. He was a really pious and righteous person and had a charismatic personality. He led a very simple life. Once I was invited as the director of chamber of commerce of Herat province to partake in an economic meeting held in Kandahar city. His Excellency was sitting on a simple plastic sheet spread on the ground and advised us to be very kind and cooperative to the business community of our country and provide them all kind of facilities as they are the backbone of our economy.

Question: To end if you have any message for the masses especially for the people of Jowzjan province which you would like us to convey?

Answer: My sincere message to the all the Muslim masses particularly to noble people of Jowzjan province is to whole heartedly support Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate and to remain steadfast in the path of Jihad. They should rest assured that our pious struggle in not for any worldly benefits or merely for gaining power. The sole aim of our Holy Jihad is to liberate our beloved homeland and to restore Islamic Sharia. They should not forget that our dignity and sovereignty is integrated with Jihad and sacrifices.

The foreign invading forces have been badly defeated on various fronts and most of them have already absconded our beloved homeland. As far as their internal mercenary forces are concerned, they are also on the verge of collapse. Therefor our valiant masses should not lose heart, youth people should join Mujahidin practically in their struggle against the remaining foreign invaders, the business community should financially support Mujahidin and the aged ones should pray to Almighty Allah for our steadfastness and eventual success!!!

Jeremy Hunt’s bizarre proposals could “financially rape” contaminated blood victims

jeremy1

Hunt failing haemophiliacs, unanimous winner of the “Dick of the year” poll

(Image, Mirror)

Secretary of State for Health Jeremy Hunt, now appears to have given himself extraordinary powers which could enforce a change of Trust deeds that came about as a result of a legal dispute with haemophiliacs infected with HIV through contaminated NHS plasma. Factor concentrates were manufactured using the plasma of virally “high-risk” prisoners in the US. They were given to haemophiliacs that have a bleeding disorder which affects the blood clotting and required blood products as part of their treatment.

In 1991 haemophiliacs signed up to an ex-gratia out of court settlement on the advice of their lawyers. At that time “the worst medical treatment disaster in the history of the NHS” was portrayed as an “unavoidable accident” in an attempt to con victims and the general public. Documents were trashed, key evidence hidden and positive HIV and hepatitis C results withheld for years in an attempt to prevent litigation and deny full compensation. Labour has since changed the narrative and admitted this tragedy was due to “negligence of public bodies”.

The Macfarlane Trust was set up to care for haemophiliacs and their families under the following Trust deeds,

“To relieve those persons… who are in need of assistance, or the needy spouses, parents, children, or other dependents of such persons, and the needy, spouses, parents, children, or other dependents of such persons, who have died.”

Under a recent so called Consultation process which the haemophilia community was led to believe would improve their situation, Hunt plans to reduce payments to sick and dying haemophiliacs and strip away key allowances such as a winter fuel payment, support for children and pre-paid prescriptions. Many rely on monthly allowances and beneficiaries of the MacFarlane Trust could now lose as much as £6,244 a year as their health worsens.

Haemophiliacs are expected to fill in a questionnaire which in many cases gives a choice of options which only lead to poverty. The Haemophilia Society which represents those with bleeding disorders wrote to members saying,

“The Department of Health in England has launched a consultation on the support for people with contaminated blood. The Haemophilia Society  has deep concerns about this and has prepared information  for our community to help them campaign  for it to be withdrawn.”

Several years ago the Department of Health tried sneakily to change the Deeds of the MacFarlane Trust to incorporate a new financial scheme for haemophiliacs infected with hepatitis C through NHS blood products. However when this was challenged following legal advice, the move was deemed to be illegal. In a positive move the Skipton and Caxton were set up to help those infected with HCV but done so in a way that could not affect the MacFarlane Trust Deeds.

In a plot that is both devastating and confusing to victims, Hunt now wants to amalgamate different trusts under one body and alter allowances which would very likely affect the deeds. The payment scheme is already described as “woefully inadequate”. Many see Hunt’s actions as simply a cost cutting exercise at the expense of those already severely harmed by the state. Although payments are discretionary and vary, it would be cruel and bizarre to suddenly strip haemophiliacs “primary beneficiaries” and widows/partners of much needed allowances that they have relied on for years when their need remains the same and often greater as time passes.

It appears haemophiliacs did not die quickly enough for Hunt and the introduction of such a scheme seems set to hasten their decline.

The Haemophilia Society issued the following letter to members to forward to their MPs and other interested parties,

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to you regarding the Department of Health’s Infected blood: reform of financial and other support consultation.

As a member of The Haemophilia Society and of the affected community, I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with the proposals contained in the consultation. I believe that, far from delivering the vital reforms needed by those affected, the majority of people who currently receive support will be financially worse off under the new scheme.

Despite the announcement of additional funding of £125 million, the proposal to remove discretionary payments such as winter fuel allowance, child supplements and low income top ups mean that many people will lose out, potentially by thousands of pounds a year.

The Haemophilia Society has serious concerns on other aspects of the proposals, including:

  • The potential impact on financial certainty for those affected, through the introduction of individual assessments
  • The removal of Consumer Price Index linking to annual benefits
  • The lack of support within the proposals for partners, carers and dependents of those infected
  • That a considerable percentage of the available budget for financial support has been allocated for enhanced access to hep C treatment, when NHS England will be required to provide treatment to everyone with early stage hep C (where appropriate) from February 2016  These concerns are compounded by the fact that similar proposals in Scotland offer more generous payments to its affected community. There is a risk that, if both sets of proposals are accepted (as they currently stand) that affected people in England will receive much lower incomes that those in Scotland. [Insert any details you would like to share on how the proposals would affect you.]   It is imperative that the full impact of these reforms is understood before any changes to the scheme are finalised, to prevent the most disadvantaged people losing out on the support they rely on. Therefore, The Haemophilia Society and its members believe that the consultation should be withdrawn and a further period of consultation with key interested partners (including The Haemophilia Society) should be undertaken, before any further proposals for reform are made.  Yours faithfully,

———————-

Neil Bateman, who specialise in welfare rights and social policy issues including solving benefit problems stated,

“I am concerned that proposals to effectively end regular support for survivors after one year fail to appreciate the financial and emotional impact of a partner’s death. Again these are extremely harsh.

Also, non means-tested financial support plays a key role in enabling bereaved people to return to paid work or retrain if they have been out of the labour market because of being carers.”

Campaigners have written to the Haemophilia Society and to MPs to highlight that the Consultation process is extremely flawed. Key campaigners were discriminated against and excluded from an initial meeting with a DOH appointed facilitator. They were furious that they did not hear about the meeting until AFTER the event.

A DOH questionnaire (which as usual does not have a named author) was sent out to haemophiliacs and families  The forms delivered to a very vulnerable community would be very unlikely to pass an ethics committee. The questionnaire was immediately identified as gender biased against women, a matter taken up several years ago with Anne Milton (former DOH). Promises were made to tackle this problem. The process contains no safeguards should those receiving such a document have a severe reaction and become suicidal. There are already suicides linked to the general benefit assessment system where allowances have been reduced.

Hunt is now viewed by many as a danger to the nation’s health. He has already angered the medical profession with an enforced contract for junior doctors that would put patient safety at risk and place an increased strain on doctors with changes to working hours and pay.

See following link for Hunt’s conflict with Junior Doctors and the British Medical Association.

Petition

The public are so disillusioned with Hunt, many have now signed a petition set up 2 days ago calling for a vote of “no confidence” which may force a debate in parliament,

https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/121152

Haemophiliacs may be in poor health but as many have already showed they will die fighting. Instead of being able to live out the rest of their lives in peace, those given “bad blood” will have little choice but to battle on for justice. Hunt has been described in the Guardian as an “ethical columnists nightmare” such is his behaviour. He has also been unanimously named “Dick of the Year” by viewers of Channel 4’s comedy current affairs show The Last Leg according to Huffington Post.

Any change to the MacFarlane Deeds will be challenged strongly by haemophilia activists along with the Consultation proposals that are a disgrace to the Tory government. The Department of Health has become the new radicalizing arm of the state through its repeated financial rape of the sick and vulnerable. It has turned mild mannered patients into fierce warriors gunning for government.

Islamic Emirate: Implausible Demands of General John Campbell

کیمپل

Post via Islamic Emirate

The recent assertions by war-mongering commander John Campbell is the latest effort to derail peace, exposing the conspiracy which America wants to bring into play under the name of peace. This time, he tried to put forward a ridiculous interpretation to realize the dream of prolongation of occupation. He advised Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate:” lay down your weapons and be part of Afghanistan and your country…..”

First of all, Islamic Emirate not only considers peace essential for the country rather it is the responsibility of every individual of the Afghan nation and a Divine obligation. Islamic Emirate has emphasized in every diplomatic and non-diplomatic meetings and even in private meetings that the prosperity and well-being of Afghanistan is associated with overall peace. Economical, educational and social progress and infrastructural re-habilitation of the country is inter-related with the unity of the Afghans, peace and self-reformation. During recent Pagwash conference held in Doha, the Capital city of Qatar on 23-24 January, all participants appreciated the just stance of the Islamic Emirate regarding lasting peace in the country and considered the demands of the Islamic Emirate essential for true peace.

The sentence, “be a part of Afghanistan and your country….” shows intentional ignorance of the said General because he knows well that Islamic Emirate has emerged from among the Afghan nation. He knows better that vast areas are under the control of Islamic Emirate. He, his troops and officials of the surrogate Administration do not have the courage to go there. So it shows that Islamic Emirate is and will be a part of its country. Furthermore, who has been facing up to the invaders for the past 14 years without let-up? Who defeated the modern military of forty countries? But if by referring to Afghanistan, the General means surrogate Kabul Administration and because of shame he could not utter its name then it is another enigma.

The retiring commander of invaders is using American interpretation to an American-led peace. Firstly he warns and arrogantly says: “Taliban has no other choice except to join peace process…” Then advises:” they should lay down their weapons and should stop their terrorist activities”.

They are well-versed in implicit and irrational rhetoric. Generally they use difficult and contradictory expressions for their irrational and illogical demands. They interpret corruption as justice and truth while sell oppression in the garb of justice. To them killing of hundreds of thousand Afghans, brutalities, barbarism, entering the houses of innocent people in the middle of night, burying alive children and women in rubble and soil inside houses, massacre of the people, usurping independence of the country and other terrorist activities seem justice rather in their view it is progress. On the other hand they consider sacred Jihad of the Islamic Emirate which is aimed at ending atrocities and barbarism of invaders, protecting Islamic and national values and restoring independence of the country as terrorism!!?

The American nation should not be deceived by futile assertions of arrogant Generals. They should reject decisions contrary to intellect and justice and should comprehensively study the stance of the Islamic Emirate. Instead of giving advice to others, the US General should examine their own deeds; withdraw their troops from our country, put an end to occupation and stop atrocities and killing of innocent Afghans. They should listen very attentively that the sacred Jihad will continue till the end of oppression and occupation. It is not only the demand of Islamic Emirate rather it is the commandment of Almighty Allah and an obligation upon Muslims.

Permission (to take up arms) is hereby given to those who are fought against, because they have been oppressed. (Verse: 39, Surah:22)

End
