Islamic Emirate: A human error or a war crime?!!! (Strike on Kunduz hospital)

MSF112745-Afghanistan

Post via Islamic Emirate

The brutal attack of American invaders of Saturday 3rd October 2015 on a hospital in Kunduz province – supported and operated by Medicines Sans Frontiers or Doctors Without Borders – in which nearly one hundred patients, their attendants, doctors and other staff members were martyred and injured is an explicit war crime according to all Geneva Conventions and international humanitarian laws but the barefaced American authorities ruled it a mere human error.

In regard to this explicit war crime, the Pentagon said that it was an unintended mistake as the ground operators and the crew aboard an AC-130U gunship were unaware that they were firing on a medical facility therefore it did not amount to a war crime.

But the head of Medicines Sans Frontiers clarified that they had contacted the command center of American forces at the beginning of this half hour attack and informed them that their hospital was under airstrikes.

In response to this briefing of Pentagon officials, the communique of MSF clarified that the American forces attacked their hospital health facility in violation to all international humanitarian laws therefore this brutal attack cannot be considered a mere human error rather it was an explicit war crime and the perpetrators should be trialed as soon as possible.

The puppet regime of Kabul expressed their gratitude by supporting the recent ‘investigation’ of Pentagon regarding the attack on MSF health facility.

General Joseph Votel, the head of US Central Command said – in a mocking justification of their brutal attack on this hospital – that military personnel were exhausted due to incessant fighting and finding accurate ground information was a difficult task in such a situation.

This ridiculous justification of Pentagon insinuates that if exhausted, one can go to any extent and can violate law and it won’t amount to a war crime. Secondly if getting accurate ground information is not possible, then the bombardment and destruction of civilian houses, mosques, hospitals and other public facilities and the indiscriminate killing of innocent people do not mount to war crimes as well!!!

It is only a ridiculous justification by the brutal forces who call themselves modern civilized nations of the world but are actually following the policy of ‘might is right’ in real sense of the word.

Human rights and values are significant for foreign invaders, the stooge Kabul regime and their sponsored media outlets and civic societies when their own military, political or economic interests are at stake; otherwise they do not realize any human right or human dignity rather they approve and support the violators of these values.

Inside Afghanistan, it has been frequently observed that innocent civilian people are killed, injured, incarcerated, their houses and places of worship demolished, large gatherings, funeral processions and wedding ceremonies indiscriminately bombarded but neither has the judicial organs of civilized world raised their voices nor have the cries of these oppressed people been heard by any internal so called independent media resources and civic societies.

The brutal attack on MSF in Kunduz can never be justified or considered a mere human error. It was a clear violation and an explicit war crime as it was a deliberate and planned attack. From the very beginning, both the savage American invaders and their stooge regime in Kabul were defending this ruthless attack as a significant success by saying that injured Mujahidin personnel were the ones targeted and killed in this brutal attack.

In reality they had inflicted irredeemable losses and casualties on helpless civilian people and the devoted doctors and staff members of this hospital which was the only well-equipped health facility in this area!!!

Islamic Emirate: Blathering of figurehead Leader of the fifty-fifty surrogate Kabul administration

FB_IMG_1461823105325

Post via Islamic Emirate

Last Monday, on 25 April 2016, the figurehead leader of the fifty-fifty surrogate Kabul administration delivered hackneyed speech to the national assembly. It mostly focused on 20th April 2016 incident which occurred in one of the important intelligence center of Kabul administration. This speech does not contain anything worthy to analyze except implausible rhetoric but it indicates towards two points:

First: A person who led his life from his childhood to elderliness away from his people and country in the lap of foreign culture and doctrine, trained and brought up by foreigners considers himself sympathizer and representative of the brave and Mujahid nation and considers the Mujahideen as being surrogates of others. Those Mujahideen who have lived their whole life from birth to death among their nation; brought up in the same environ of sufferings and pains of their people and every day and night they give sacrifices to protect and secure the values and belief of their people. True and false is crystal clear.

The second point mentioned in his speech was that the Kabul administration will kill Mujahideen henceforth; the oppressed and hand-cuffed prisoners will have rough and draconian conduct with them to secure the life of the officials of the surrogate administration and their allies (invaders).

It is ridiculous. Have blind bombardments not been continuing on Mujahid Afghan nation during past fifteen years by Kabul administration!? Have they not imprisoned Mujahideen, compelled them to migrations, their homes raided at nights!!! and ……………

What was the figurehead leader thinking? have the oppressions and brutalities of his foreign allies suppressed the boisterous waves of demands of freedom or contrarily even it has further given an impetus to it and sped it up!! A wise and rational decision would have been to ponder over product produced by the past oppressions and brutalities, the same result would come up in future. Similarly, it should be considered that oppression has a reciprocal response.

Solution for current chaotic situation of Afghanistan cannot be achieved through oppression and brutalities rather it needs paying close consideration to the demands of the Mujahid Afghan nation, realization of the core problems and finding and implementation of the way out.

Islamic Emirate: An Interview with Mulla Aminullah Yousuf, the Jihadi in-charge of Urzgan province

marakalogo

Post via Islamic Emirate

Urzgan province is one of the central provinces of Afghanistan. Its four boundaries are as following:

Ghazni province and a part of Zabul province in the east; Daikundi province in the north; Helmand province in the west; Kandahar and Zabul provinces in the south.

The capital or center of this province is ‘Tarin Kot’ city. Its total area is 12649 km2, and its population is nearly 400,000 people.

Previously, districts of Hazara tribes situated in the north were administered from the center of this province but during the Karzai regime, these districts were separated and rejoined as a new province of ‘Daikundi’.

Besides the central city, Dehrawod, Char-Chino, Kharkhordi, and Chinartu are the main districts of this province.

We have conducted a detailed interview with Mulla Aminullah Yousuf, the Jihadi in-charge of this province. In the following lines, we would like to draw the attention of our esteemed readers towards it.

Question: In the beginning, if you could explain the strategic importance of ‘Urzgan’ province!

Answer: Urzgan province is one of the central provinces of Afghanistan. From administrative point of view, though it is related to the south-western zone, but since it is situated in the central part of the country therefore it is considered the confluence of several provinces.

It is mainly a mountainous region consisting of high peaks, deep and wide valleys and ever flowing rivers. This structure had given it a strategic importance in previous era of Jihad against the Russians by forming a stronghold for regional Mujahidin. Even today, the enemy is quite attentive that if once fallen in the hands of Mujahidin, it would become very difficult for them to re-capture it.

Another important point is that the present stooge setup was inaugurated from this area when puppet Hamid Karzai was brought here by special American forces, he was escorted and supported by capturing Urzgan and Kandahar provinces and then crowning him on the seat of Kabul.

Question: How would you evaluate the position of this province during the previous years of foreign occupation?

Answer: As I said earlier, during the whole era of Holy Jihad against the American invaders, this area had drawn the attention of the enemy. Therefore they had deployed American and Australian invading forces and had built several well-fortified military bases. But contrary to expectations, successful Jihadi attacks were incessant against them in this area in which colossal financial losses and casualties were repeatedly inflicted on both the foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces.

After 2009, with the increase of Mujahidin’s influence due to liberation and control of several areas, the foreign invaders also amplified their forces by building military centers in each village and forming the notorious Arbaki militia. In this way several suburban areas of this province collapsed to these unrestrained Arbaki militiamen resulting in a new dark era of brutality, savagery, looting and plunder for the oppressed people.

Despite all these efforts and conspiracies of the enemy, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate did not sit idle. Unremitting blasts, guerilla attacks and Jihadi operations were proceeding in all districts of this province eventually defeating and compelling the foreign invaders especially the Australian and Dutch forces to evacuate the area. Ultimately the American forces also absconded from the battlefield and left their military bases to the local notorious Arbaki militia and their mercenary army soldiers.

Question: It is said that last year during the ‘Azm’ Jihadi operations, several areas were liberated from the enemy. If you could share their details with our readers!

Answer: As last year was fraught with successes and triumphs in several other areas of Afghanistan, similarly, by the grace of Almighty Allah, Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate successfully managed to emancipate vast areas of this province from the enemy. As I mentioned earlier, several areas of this province fell under enemy control after the formation of Arbaki militia by American invaders but during last year’s ‘Azm’ Jihadi operations, all suburban areas and large valleys of this province, with the exception of district centers, were liberated and captured by Mujahidin.

For instance Shali gorge and Sultan Muhammad gorge of ‘Khas Urzgan’ district were liberated by Mujahidin and the enemy besieged in the center of this district. Kharkhordi district of ‘Char Chino’ region which is currently divided into two separate administrative units – one called ‘Kharkhordi’ and the other ‘Shaheed Hassas’ – was completely conquered by Mujahidin. In the remaining part, the minor bazaar of ‘Hoshi’ is under the enemy control however it is under our incessant attacks and is on the verge of collapse.

Warjan, Shorji, Sang-Salakh, Bazgir, Dahzak, Siasang, Shangholi and Ghara areas of ‘Dehrawod’ district, which is strategically even more important than the capital of this province for the puppet regime, were conquered by Mujahidin. By losing the gorge, the enemy is besieged in the center of this district. To defend the district center, a large army unit was sent from the capital city of this province which was thoroughly defeated by Mujahidin. Later special or commando force were dispatched from Kandahar province who are still under incessant attacks of Mujahidin.

Vast areas in ‘Chora’ and ‘Chinartu’ districts have been liberated and captured by Mujahidin as well. Moreover significant progresses has also been made in ‘Darveshan’, ‘Murad Abad’ and ‘Pai-Nava’ areas of this province.

Question: If you could explain the details of last year ‘Azm’ Jihadi operations in this province!

Answer: In the following lines instances of huge Jihadi operations undertaken and broadcasted in the media during the past year will be specified.

On Sunday 26th April, Gulab Khan, the acting police chief of ‘Urzgan’ province was killed in a successful attack of Mujahidin.

On Friday 22nd May, ten military posts were conquered by Mujahidin in which 40 soldiers of mercenary army surrendered.

Similarly successful attacks were carried out against the enemy in ‘Char Chino’ and ‘Dehrawod’ districts.

On Saturday 23rd May, commander Ismaeel, the security chief of ‘Char Chino’ district was killed in a blast.

On Wednesday 27th May, 37 Arbaki militiamen and policemen surrendered to Mujahidin in ‘Khas Urzgan’ district.

In the beginning of July, large scale attacks were launched by Mujahidin against the mercenary army and police force in Zamburi, Hoshi and Raigaki areas of ‘Char Chino’ district in which several areas were liberated from the enemy.

On Friday 17th July, the notorious former warlord and the security chief of ‘Dehrawod’ district, named Haji Talib and his deputy named Jan Agha Nanai, including four of their colleagues were killed in a successful attack of Mujahidin.

In the beginning of August, Mujahidin gradually advanced inside ‘Sultan Muhammad Gorge’. Eventually, on Sunday 23rd August, this wide and long gorge was completely conquered and liberated by Mujahidin in which tens of enemy soldiers were killed, several of them surrendered and the remaining ones absconded from the area.

In January 2016, fresh Jihadi operations were launched in ‘Dehrawod’ and ‘Char Chino’ districts in which four military posts inside ‘Dehrawod’ were captured by Mujahidin on Saturday 30th of January. Mujahidin’s progress was incessant until vast areas, with the exception of district center, were cleared from the enemy.

On Tuesday 1st March 2016, ‘Kharkhordi’ district was completely conquered and liberated by Mujahidin.

On Friday 11th March 2016, more than sixty soldiers of mercenary army surrendered to Mujahidin in ‘Ghas Urzgan’ district along with their light and heavy weapons.

In the closing days of March 2016, once again, well-planned attacks were launched by Mujahidin on ‘Char Chino’ district in which more than ten military posts were captured by Mujahidin and the enemy is completely besieged in the area.

Question: If the district centers are also conquered by Mujahidin, how would it affect the overall combat situation?

Answer: With the benevolence and grace of Almighty Allah, as anticipated and planned, if the centers of districts are also conquered and liberated by the courageous Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate then the capital city of this province cannot resist anymore. And if the provincial center is captured and liberated, it will inevitably be a huge blow for the enemy as they will lose their only toehold in the province.

As you might be aware, the Mujahidin are progressing by leaps and bounds in the adjacent ‘Helmand’ province. On the other side, significant advances have been made by Mujahidin in ‘Kandahar’ and ‘Zabul’ provinces as well.

If liberated, it will not be an easy task for the enemy to regain ‘Urzgan’ province as general masses of this area are Jihad and freedom loving people. Similarly they have become vigilant and cannot be taken in or intimidated any more by the false and deceiving propaganda or hollow threats of foreign invaders as well as their internal stooges and mercenary forces.

Question: Is there any other faction or group apart from Mujahidin which could either confront or resist Jihadi operations of the Islamic Emirate?

Answer: By the grace of Almighty Allah, all the people of ‘Urzgan’ province are loyal to the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and they have pledged their allegiance to His Excellency Amir-ul-Momineen, Mulla Akhtar Mohammad Mansoor (may Allah protect him). They are involved in the Holy Jihad against the foreign invaders as well as their internal mercenary forces under one flag. Like all other provinces of Afghanistan, there is no obstacle or issue in this province too. In all 34 provinces of our country, there are only two provinces, where a small group of people are working outside the framework of the Islamic Emirate. In the remaining 32 provinces, there is no problem at all. The leadership of the Islamic Emirate has taken practical and sound steps to tackle the issue even in these two provinces which have proven beneficial.

Question: Thank you for all the above information. At the end, if you have any message for Mujahidin, kindly share it with us!

Answer: My message to our Mujahidin brothers is that the new year has set in and our fresh Jihadi operations have already been launched. So first and foremost we must correct our intentions or the objective in our mind. We should check our deeds and actions. Then we should turn our attention towards the annihilation of profanity and infidelity from our beloved homeland and the restoration of Islamic Sharia in it. Mujahidin should not be deceived by the devious propaganda of the external and internal enemy and should fully concentrate on their Holy Jihad as this is the only way of defeating the foreign invaders and expelling them from our beloved homeland.

We have deep trust in Almighty Allah and we are optimistic of victory as the glad tidings of liberation of vast areas across the country pour in on the daily basis. Therefore I ask the masses to unite and stand shoulder to shoulder with Mujahidin to intensify the ongoing Jihadi operations against the foreign invaders and the internal stooge enemy. It is our religious obligation to leave no stone unturned for the restoration of our sovereignty and the implementation of a pure Islamic Sharia in our beloved homeland. And the day is not far off when the infidel forces will be defeated and we will enjoy freedom and prosperity in a peaceful and serene atmosphere under the white flag of the Islamic Emirate!!                    Insha-Allah!!

It is never difficult for Almighty Allah!!!

Kashmir: Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor must be investigated for her prejudicial role in Handwara minor girl case

QKCCBxnPCttKCjO-800x450-noPad

Minor girl cannot be identified, Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor allegedly misrepresented the family

Press Release

1 May 2016

Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor, Chairperson, State Commission for Women (SCW), has been seized of the case of the Handwara minor girl since 17 April 2016 when a member of the SCW met the girl and father at their location of custody, and 22 April when she herself met the minor girl and her father at the SCW office in Srinagar.

The legal team of the minor girl, representing her before the High Court through her mother, had advised the girl and her family to seek the assistance of the SCW as the priority was the immediate release of the girl from oppressive and debilitating police custody.

The role of the SCW, and particularly Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor, over the last fourteen days has been partisan, deceptive, against her mandate and extremely insensitive to the extraordinary circumstances in which the 16 year old girl finds herself. The SCW is an autonomous statutory body but Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor has conducted herself as an arm of the government and police. Today, Greater Kashmir carried inaccurate and prejudicial quotes of Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor regarding the minor girl and the case yet again.

The minor girl and family in all interactions with Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor, including in two written applications, have consistently maintained that: 1) they are under police custody against their will and they want to be immediately released, and 2) the statements made by the minor girl in the illegal video recording, and before the judicial magistrate, were under duress and do not reflect the real testimony of the minor girl. Despite this clarity from the minor girl, Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor has repeatedly been quoted in the media as stating that the girl is under “police protection” and today’s Greater Kashmir quotes her as stating “So far the girl did not change her statement. She repeated what she has deposed before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Handwara”. This is a complete misrepresentation of what the girl in fact told Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor. Further, Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor is prejudging and taking sides on the issue of whether the girl is under “protection” or “custody” when, in fact, this is the entire dispute before the High Court between the police on one hand and the girl and family on the other.

Sexual assault cases, particularly involving minors, require of all persons a great deal of sensitivity and restraint. This is particularly important for individuals in public positions such as the Chairperson of SCW. Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor has repeatedly misrepresented the girl and family, and effectively toyed with them over the last fourteen days.

Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor’s statements and interventions are, and necessarily must be, subject to investigations especially as the case is also before the High Court.

Spokesperson,

Jammu Kashmir Coalition of Civil Society

Statement of Islamic Emirate regarding intent of executing prisoners by the Ghani administration

alemarah-flag

Post via Islamic Emirate

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Ashraf Ghani – the head of one segment of the Kabul administration – announced in his speech to the parliament about his intention of applying the capital punishment ruling on Mujahideen prisoners. Following the announcement, there are once again reports about reassessment of Mujahideen cases sentenced with the death penalty.

This announcement by Ashraf Ghani clearly demonstrates his frailty due to him testing his strength against defenseless prisoners while at the same time, it holds no legal basis because these political prisoners are handed the death penalty by the most corrupt and incompetent judicial body in the world. The prisoners sentenced to death are mostly poor individuals who could not afford bribing the regime prosecutors and judges due to the economic conditions and are therefore witnessing the result of their destitution. Such actions by the Kabul administration will amount to nothing more than a war crime carried out against freedom seeking oppressed and defenseless prisoners. The execution of inmates currently imprisoned can have no positive outcome for the crumbling Kabul administration but will naturally have serious repercussions.

If the enemy decides to commit such a felony then the Islamic Emirate will respond with everything within its power to defend its oppressed nation. The enemy’s supposed judicial bodies could possibly once again pay a hefty price for their crimes. Mujahideen shall also not remain idle towards known individuals or unions and their workers advocating implementation of such crimes and all of them shall categorically be classified as legitimate military targets. With this action, the Kabul regime shall only provoke the sensitivities of the ordinary people and Mujahideen which shall in turn prove critically dangerous for the lives of foreign nationals and soldiers of the stooge regime being held in the prisons of Islamic Emirate from Faryab to Helmand and Badakhshan to Khost. The Islamic Emirate has always treated prisoners with utmost ease in judicial affairs in accordance with Islamic principles. If the enemy decides to follow through with its announced intent and fails  to restrain itself, then our judicial bodies could also contemplate over handing ultimate penalties in accordance with Islamic principles.

The Islamic Emirate also calls upon international human right organizations, independent media outlets, ICRC and other free impartial committees to not remain indifferent in using their influence concerning matter of prisoner execution.

Islamic Emirate: Awful silence of media over civilian casualties (Afghanistan)

mulki-talafat

Post via Islamic Emirate

Regrettably the broadcastings of even those home based media outlets which proclaim impartiality and independence are inclined towards a specific side. The defects and faults of Mujahidin are painstakingly explored and exaggerated by making mountains out of molehills. On the contrary, the shocking crimes and felonies of mercenary forces of puppet Kabul regime as well as those of foreign invaders are intentionally concealed and buried in the sand.

In the recent past, tens of innocent ordinary civilians were brutally martyred and injured in the blind aerial bombardment and indiscriminate gunfire and mortar shelling of foreign invaders and their mercenary forces in various parts of the country. Hundreds more were ruthlessly tortured, intimidated and their houses looted however most of the media channels adopted an awful silence and have not aired anything in this regard.

On Tuesday 5th April, ‘The Afghan Islamic News Agency’ reported that a civilian house was raided in Matun area of Khost province by a notorious commander of special forces named Marwat in which two innocent women were martyred while two other women and a man were severely injured. The assassin (Marwat) is the commander of the unrestrained militiamen who are known as ‘Campaign Force’. This force was set up and funded by the brutal foreign invaders. The above incident was also confirmed by Faiz Ghairat, the general security commander of Khost.

On Thursday 7th April, nineteen innocent civilians including local chieftains were brutally martyred in an indiscriminate drone strike of savage foreign invaders. The targeted people were travelling in three separate vehicles. They were on the way to solve a dispute between two local tribes when they became the victims of this brutality.

On the same day, a civilian vehicle near Pachir market of Pachir Agam district in Nangarhar province was hit by a drone strike in which a religious scholars, Moulavi Abdul Salam and Pir Qamaruddin, were martyred and three other civilians seriously injured.

On Saturday 16th April, ten innocent countrymen were martyred and two others were incarcerated in Kharwar district of Logar province during the savage night operations by foreign invaders collaborated by their internal mercenary forces. According to the local eye-witnesses, seven civilians including women and children were initially awakened then ruthlessly martyred. In these operations, three more innocent persons of two separate families were also martyred.

On Sunday 17th April, civilian houses in Viyani and Landi Karaize areas of Shah Wali Kot district in Kandahar province were raided by foreign invaders in the series of their brutal night operations, in which several vehicles of local people were burnt and a number of innocent people were forced out of their homes and taken away as prisoners.

On Wednesday 20th April, two innocent women were martyred and six children and women were seriously injured in the indiscriminate shelling of internal amateurish soldiers in Dast-i-Archi district of Kunduz province.

On Thursday 21st April, the houses of local people were searched by the savage internal mercenary forces during a raid in Sabari district of Khost province, in which innocent civilians were terribly beaten while an infant and his parents were ruthlessly martyred.

On the same day, civilian houses in Yamgan district of Badakhshan province were indiscriminately bombed by puppet regime forces, in which five civilians including women and children were martyred and wounded.

The above mentioned civilian losses and casualties were never even alluded to by world media nor by home based media outlets. Now the question is, were the victims of these brutal incidents not Afghans or human beings!!? Undoubtedly all these civilian casualties were innocent Afghans however the main difference is that they were killed and wounded in the attacks of foreign invaders and the mercenary forces of stooge Kabul regime therefore their blood was not thick enough to draw to have warranted any airtime by the supposed impartial or independent media channels!!!

The behavior and conduct of most media outlets reveal as if – according to their self-made rules and regulations – all the people living in the areas controlled by Mujahidin are terrorists whose killing, injuring and incarceration is not a crime and their losses draw no condemnations.

In reality it only reveals the self-contradictory character and dualistic behavior of western slogans of freedom of press and speech. It means that mocking religious rites, abusing national values, deviating from creed, provocation of ideological are branded as freedom of speech while defending one’s legitimate rights of freedom, dignity and sacred values, which are in conflict with their vested interests and malicious objectives, is labelled as Terrorism!!!

Kashmir: No relief from CJM Handwara minor girl looks towards High Court

srinagar-girl-video_650x400_51460545966

Minor girl who can’t be named remains in police custody

Press release

30 April 2016

On 28 April 2016, after receiving a second written application from the minor girl and family seeking the immediate end of police custody / police “protection”, Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor, State Commission for Women (SCW), ordered the police to end the custody / “protection” of the girl. After the SCW order was disregarded by the police, on 29 April 2016 the Chairperson, SCW, and Handwara police asked the girl to submit the same application in writing to the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM), Handwara. Ms. Nayeema Mehjoor initially expressed confidence that her order would help in ending the police custody and also she did inform the JKCCS legal team after examining the documents provided to her by Police that the protection had never been ordered by the CJM in the first place.

On 29 April 2016, the father of the girl submitted an application before CJM, Handwara, explicitly seeking the end of police custody immediately. But, SHO, Handwara Police Station [also a respondent in the High Court petition] submitted a status report before the CJM informing the court of the litigation pending in the High Court and stated that one of the relief sought in the family’s High Court petition was in fact police protection. The SHO Handwara submission is a complete misrepresentation as the entire case before the High Court is that at no point has the minor girl and family voluntarily sought any protection from the police and that they are in fact under police custody against their will. The CJM dismissed the application, as the case was sub-judice before the High Court.

The Handwara police have consistently from 12 April 2016 itself used misrepresentations and deception, combined with intimidation and harassment, to conceal their criminal conduct in this case. SHO Handwara in the status report before CJM, Handwara has once again used the same tactic to ensure the continued unlawful police custody of the minor girl.

The minor girl and family have now spent 18 days in police custody. As the family struggles in confinement, the minor girl’s expectations from the High Court increase as the matter is to be heard on 2 May.
