Islamic Emirate: 6773 enemy personnel joined Mujahideen in 2016

Post via Islamic Emirate

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan – as a well-organized and effective administration – has set up Commissions and Departments for all military, civilian and welfare needs. As the highest objective of the Islamic Emirate is the reform of servants of Allah, call them towards good and deliver them from evil therefore it has setup an independent body called Preaching and Guidance – Recruitment Commission tasked with calling the people towards noble Shariah, rescuing them from evil, opposing the Mujahideen or aiding the infidels via propagation conferences, fiqhi (jurisprudence) seminars and other wide-ranging preaching activities.

Preaching and Guidance – Recruitment Commission was first established by the order of the late Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Muhammad Umar Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) in the year 2011 and initially began work under the supervision of the current Amir ul Mumineen Sheikhul Hadith Mawlawi Hibatullah Akhundzada (may Allah protect him). It is now carrying out its activities under the supervision of Al-Haj Mullah Abdul Manan (Umari), the brother of the late Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Muhammad Umar Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) and member of the Leadership Council.

Recruitment Department

Preaching and Guidance – Recruitment Commission has a separate department for recruitment within its setup tasked with peeling off people working for the stooge Kabul administration. Due to the hard work of this particular department, thousands of youth have so far been taken out of the enemy military and civilian jobs, given safety guarantees and assimilated into ordinary lives.

In the year 2016, the Recruitment Department has managed to detach 6773 individuals from the stooge administration. They have also brought in 2145 difference type weapons, 14 pickup trucks, 36 APCs, 84 assorted vehicles, 2116 RPG rounds, 300 boxes of rifle and machine gun rounds as well as large amount of other equipment.

It must be mentioned that from the time this Commission began its work until this very day (four and half years), a total of 23509 stooge administration personnel with 5350 items of weaponry have left the enemy ranks due to the efforts of this department.

Preaching and Guidance Department

The Preaching and Guidance Department convenes propagation seminars throughout the country and holds active meetings with local scholars, tribal elders and Mujahideen officials.

This Department in cooperation with mosque Imams and scholars works to reform the youth ideologically, teaches basic Islamic issues, dispatches groups of scholars to villages and mosques for propagation purposes and convenes invitational programs.

Just as ‘Commanding Good and Forbidding Evil’ is a paramount Islamic obligation, this duty has also been assigned to this department by the Islamic Emirate. For this purpose the department has setup a special branch and embedded it in all Mujahideen groups and fronts as well as all the districts around the country.

The detailed list (in Pashto) of the number of Kabul administration personnel that left their duties and brought in weapons during the year 2016 can be downloaded from the link provided below

Islamic Emirate: Enemy’s Foiled Intelligence Ploys

cc-410x330

Post via Islamic Emirate

The recent publication of some fake leaflets by the intelligence agency of the Kabul Administration and their distribution in different parts of the provinces, ostensibly in the name of the Mujahideen; the attempts of character assassination and the concurrent announcement by the invaders to increase their number of troops are efforts which were repeatedly carried out in the past and failed. These kinds of cunning efforts and intelligence conspiracies could not weaken the Islamic resistance which has cropped up amongst the people and has been hardened, reared and mellowed in the furnace of circumstances. If it was possible for them to have achievements, then forty one districts of the country would not have come under the control of the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate. These are the ground realities. We believe that apparent materialistic factors are not the sole and ultimate result determinant of a conflict. The history of struggles between the truth and falsehood show that this is the divine law that often small groups overcome large ones:

“But those of them who believed that they would meet Allah (on Judgement Day) replied: How often a small force has, by Allah’s grace, overcome a big one? Allah is with the steadfast”. (Chapter: 2, Verse: 249)

Past one and a half decade was enough time for the invaders to consider their mistakes, not repeat them in future and try to amend them. But the enemy is still not giving up its failed espionage efforts. They are spreading false and futile rumors in one way or the other. They even blew bridges, burn schools, kill innocent countrymen and so on……… with a hope of obtaining something but they do not realize that in this graveyard of the empires. All the previous invaders and their domestic stooges have tried these failed efforts but ultimately disintegrated and collapsed.  The current Islamic resistance against foreign occupation in the beloved country has emerged from the core of the people and Islamic Emirate leads it as a true representative of the people. If the invaders and their domestic and foreign supporters put any label on this blessed Islamic movement and uprising, people will not be convinced because the people know them better than anyone else. Similarly, if success was to be achieved through lies and negative propaganda then it would have been achieved by the invaders and their domestic allies over the past one and a half decade. But we have seen that with the passage of time, their cunning slogans and futile assertions have been exposed in front of the Afghan Muslim nation as well as other nations of the world.

Therefore, we would like to tell the leaders of the invading countries; put an end to your colonialist and intelligence ploys in our beloved country. Instead come with a plausible solution of the issue. The sooner you accept the legitimate right of independence of the freedom-loving Afghans the better it will be for your own peace and stability as well as the region and the country.

Court stays execution of mentally ill ex-policeman in Pakistan (Reprieve)

3c0b887600000578-4108788-khizar_hayat-m-18_1484132534245

A Pakistani court has stayed the execution of a severely mentally ill man, who had been due to be hanged next week.

At a hearing in Lahore today, the court granted a stay of execution for Khizar Hayat – a former policeman who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia – until January 30th. Mr Hayat’s lawyers at the Justice Project Pakistan (JPP) had argued that his hanging would be illegal.

Mr Hayat’s execution had been set for Tuesday (17th), even though proceedings in his case are still pending before the Lahore High Court. Presiding today, Justice Shahid Hameed Dar reportedly said it would be “unjust” if the Court did not wait for an upcoming Supreme Court judgment in a similar case – that of mentally ill prisoner Imdad Ali – to determine how to proceed with Mr Hayat.

Mr Hayat is detained in isolation in a prison hospital ward. In 2015, the courts halted an initial government plan to execute him after seeing jail records documenting his severe mental illness. The documents include comments from doctors that Mr Hayat “is suffering from active symptoms of severe psychosis”.

The execution of mentally ill people is prohibited under Pakistani and international law. Pakistan has faced criticism from the UN, and from countries including the UK, over its plans to hang mentally ill prisoners such as Mr Ali and Mr Hayat.

Concerns have also been raised over wrongful executions in Pakistan, after two brothers who had already been hanged were found to be innocent by the Supreme Court. As in Mr Hayat’s case, a warrant was issued for their execution by the lower courts, despite the pending proceedings in a higher court.

Pakistan’s 8,000-strong death row is the largest in the world, and the government has hanged over 421 prisoners since resuming executions in December 2014.

Commenting, Maya Foa, a director of Reprieve – which is assisting Mr Hayat – said:

“The court’s decision to stay the execution of Khizar Hayat is extremely welcome. However, Khizar’s case – like that of Imdad Ali – is yet another example of how Pakistan’s death penalty system is broken. Since the authorities’ execution spree began two years ago, there have been disastrous miscarriages of justice – including the hanging of juveniles and innocent people. The Pakistani government has issued execution warrants for Khizar three times despite ongoing legal proceedings, in clear breach of international law. The authorities should establish a moratorium on executions, and stop any further injustices from being carried out their name.”

Islamic Emirate: Video of American and Australian nationals detained in Kabul

c155w_lxgaa9vvs

Post via Islamic Emirate

Last year on 7th August 2016, two professors of a university of American invaders – Kevin King an American and Timothy Weeks an Australian – were captured by the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate in Kabul and later moved to a secure location.

The Islamic Emirate wants to deliver the videos of these detained invaders to their respective countries so their people understand that their governments will not listen to the reasonable and easy demands of the Mujahideen for the release of their citizens, will not take steps regarding the release of our helpless detainees and seeks to use force to attain their objectives. However everyone must understand that the use of force can throw their prisoners into extreme danger. If the opposing side solves this issue rationally, there would have been no reason for the publication of a video.

Islamic Emirate: What will America achieve with 300 extra troops?

u-s-soldiers-620x330

Post via Islamic Emirate

Kabul’s declining and rotten regime has stated that their foreign master (America) is sending 300 extra troops to Helmand to prevent its fall to the Mujahideen.

Ever since the day American President – Obama – admitted that America was unable to defeat the Afghan insurgency, the Kabul regime has gone into panic mode and they are desperately scrambling to prevent the further demoralization of their troops and politicians.

The regime has desperately contacted their superiors in Washington and conveyed to them that unless America takes mitigating steps it is very likely that 2017 will be the last year for the regime’s semblance of control and political unity.

Thus the Pentagon – in a comical gesture – has recently tried to reassure the regime supporters that America will not completely abandon their protégés in Kabul but will continue to support the regime and as a sign of their commitment send a whole 300 extra troops to Afghanistan.

We say to the regime that your benefactors – supported by 49 states and a half a million strong Afghan mercenary army – exhausted the prime of its youth, expended 2 trillion dollars, convened countless international conferences and tried dozens of military strategies, yet in the end they failed and ultimately Obama had to admit that they can never defeat the freedom fighters of Afghanistan.

If the Americans and NATO – despite 15 years of occupation – failed to defeat the Taliban and couldn’t even fully secure Kabul let alone the outlying provinces then exactly what do you expect the 300 extra troops to achieve? At the height of the U.S. troop surge the Americans had up to 60,000 foreign troops in Command Region South (Kandahar, Uruzgan, Helmand) and at least 15,000 were stationed in Helmand. Yet despite these numbers they could not secure this historical land.

If you now think that the Americans will achieve with 300 troops what they failed to do with 150,000 then your situation is even more dire than we had imagined.

The White Flag of Islamic Emirate raised over 41 Districts and Vast Regions

img-20161013-wa0005-1-620x330

Post via Islamic Emirate

During the previous year the Mujahideen cleared vast areas from the menace of foreigners and their internal puppets. The Kabul regime – despite foreign air and ground support – failed to seize the initiative from the soldiers of Islamic Emirate.

During that auspicious year the Mujahideen captured Konduz city for a second time, they pushed their frontline to the suburbs of Lashkar Gah, the virtually captured all of Helmand province, they entered the center of Uruzgan province, and they laid siege to the center of Farah province.

Vast areas were liberated in Baghlan. In Faryab, Jowzjan, and Suripul provinces the regime’s second man – Dostum – was repeatedly routed. In Ghazni, Paktika, Laghman, Kunar, Badakhshan and Kandahar the Mujahideen liberated vast territories from the claws of the regime.

In the liberated areas the criminal and exploitative practices have been abolished, schools and religious seminaries established, judicial and social development organs have intensified their work, reconstruction projects have been re-launched, and social justice is once more thriving.

Last year the White flag – embodying the hopes and aspirations of Afghans – flew triumphantly over 41 district in their totality. The Kabul regime – with the assistance of their foreign benefactors – expended all efforts to slow the momentum of the Islamic soldiers but failed, suffering immense human and material losses in the process.

The foreign occupiers of Afghanistan spent immense treasures over the past 15 years, including propping up a compliant regime and training a supposed national mercenary force to fight their battles. Yet despite these expenditures they have failed to extinguish the flame of freedom radiantly burning in the chests of ordinary Afghans. The freedom fighters of Afghanistan daily gain momentum over their enemies and their ranks are swelling with fresh recruits. The regime – demoralized and dazzled – is only thinking of filling up their coffers one last time with foreign ‘aid’ before fleeing the battlefield. The foreign forces would be well advised to utilize this opportunity and seek an honorable exit to their occupation lest the day soon arrives when they will leave Afghanistan as dramatically as they left Vietnam.
