Today (Tuesday 27th October 2015) at around 07:30 am local time, Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansur (HA) gave a speech to Mujahideen throughout the country via a communication radio.

He begins his speech with praising Allah followed by passing his Salams to the Mujahideen and congratulates them on the latest victories.

The respected Mansur Sahib then prays for the victory of Mujahideen and asks Allah to reward them for their troubles and also prays for the souls of the martyrs and shows his sympathy with all those affected by this war all the while asking for Allah to reward them abundantly.

The respected Amir ul Mumineen calls Mujahideen towards having good conduct with the people. He says: “This is a valiant, Mujahid and pious nation who have sacrificed immensely for their religion. This nation has rights over you and us and in reality all of our victories are due to the support of this Mujahid nation. We must show deep respect to the elders, advanced aged, scholars and eminent personalities, must always thank them and ask them for advice.”

The esteemed Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansur Sahib calls on the Mujahideen avoid harming all public facilities like dams, religious seminaries, schools, bridges, clinics and other such buildings rather they should exert efforts for their protection. Every place which is beneficial for the nation should be protected and every person that wants to tarnish the image of Mujahideen with such harmful actions should be stopped.

Mr. Mansur Sahib asks the Mujahideen to continue their victorious operations. He says that the enemy is nervous, its ranks disjointed and has lost all morale and belief in itself. The Mujahideen should utilize these moments to deliver heavy blows to the enemy in order to achieve further victories in the Jihadi fields and wrestle free our country from the menace of occupation and corruption.

He especially cautioned Mujahid leaders such as commanders, sub-group commanders and group leaders to give immediate attention to the actions of fighters and junior Mujahideen. They must focus on their daily activities and worship, conduct with the people and their ethics so that they can continue their Jihad in the framework of sublime Shariah law.

The respected leader of Islamic Emirate ends his speech by assuring Mujahideen about the unity in the ranks of Islamic Emirate and thanks Almighty Allah for keeping the ranks of Islamic Emirate united. He adds that enemy propaganda in this regards is baseless, all praise belong to Allah, the Islamic Emirate is united and efforts are underway to further solidify its ranks.
