Remarks by spokesman of Islamic Emirate concerning propaganda efforts of some media outlets

1-flag

Post via Islamic Emirate

Today once again Pajhwok and other media outlets fraudulently misused the name of the former Minister of Information and Culture of the Islamic Emirate, the respected Mullah Amir Khan Muttaqqi, to falsely claim that Mr. Mansur Sahib has been injured and even killed.

We consider this the failed attempts of intelligence agencies who want to confuse the ordinary people with such fabricated reports despite repeated denials by us.

We encourage media outlets to consider their reputations and be very careful when releasing reports about such sensitive matters. Do not become part of the wider malicious intelligence plans with the publication of such reports.

Amir Khan Muttaqqi has not been in contact with any media outlet over the course of the past 14 years and neither are rumors about injury of Mr. Mansur Sahib true.

Pakistan: Lal Masjid (Red Mosque) issues statement denying links to San Bernardino attackers

_87049265_couple

Tashfeen Malik and Syed Rizwan Farook (Image, ABC News AP)

Mufti Tahseen Ullah, a spokesperson for Maulana Abdul Aziz Gazi, cleric at Lal Masjid, (Red Mosque) Islamabad, Pakistan has issued a statement denying Tashfeen Malik (27) and her American-born husband, Syed Rizwan Farook (28) responsible for carrying out a massacre in San Bernardino, California, US on Wednesday had any links to their establishment.

Mufti Ullah warned media (which included UK, Daily Mail, see “Links” section) against “maligning of Pakistan” and reporting “propaganda” calling the claims “baseless”. The message appeared on a Facebook page linked to the mosque. In 2007 Lal Masjid, viewed as having pro-Taliban sympathies, was at the centre of a government crackdown. This resulted in a bloody eight-day siege in which 58 Pakistani troops and seminary students lost their lives, see article,

“Q&A: Pakistan mosque siege”

http://www.theguardian.com/world/2007/jul/11/pakistan.qanda

In the San Bernardino attack, Farook and Malik opened fire at a year-end party at the Inland Regional Centre where Farook worked as an inspector and which provided services for people with developmental disabilities. Police were trying to establish whether he had been involved in an earlier dispute with a co-worker. Farook left the event and later returned with his wife to carry out the shootings killing 14 people and wounding a further 21. Referring to reports of the incident in which the name of Lal Masjid appeared, Mufti Ullah said, “in this critical situation, it is necessary to remain cautious of such conspiracies and media outlets.”

The involvement of Farook and his wife in the San Bernardino shootings shocked family and friends, Washington Post reported,

“the killers were a young husband and wife who welcomed the birth of a daughter just six months ago and showed no outward sign of Islamist radicalization, psychological distress or a desire for mayhem. The couple were slain in a wild police shootout on a residential street four hours after the massacre.”

See following link, NBC San Bernardino shootings and chronology for more information,

http://www.nbcnews.com/storyline/san-bernardino-shooting

ABC reported that the incident is being treated as “an act of terrorism” according to FBI Assistant Director David Bowdich who stated there was “extensive planning” involved with the attack. The couple wore dark military -style clothing during the assault and were equipped with assault weapons and semi-automatic handguns which had been legally purchased according to police. Their victims were 6 women and 8 men aged 26 to 60. Lawyers David Chesley and Mohammed Abuershaid acting for the family of Farook said that there was “no evidence” the attacks are linked to terror groups such as Islamic State (IS).

Investigators were however checking out a statement on Facebook which may have been made by Malik under an alias allegedly declaring support for IS leader, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. Malik was born in Pakistan but later relocated to Saudi Arabia. Farook was born in Illinois and grew up in California. He was known to have visited Saudi Arabia on two occasions, for Hajj, the annual pilgrimage to Mecca (required once of Muslims during their lifetime) and later to marry Malik. No motive has been established for the massacre.

Some media reported that US officials had delivered a message to Pakistan’s Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in relation to alleged links between Malik and Lal Masjid. However, Dawn media claimed, “a statement released by the Prime Minister’s House said news reports regarding the meeting of a special US envoy with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in London to discuss the California tragedy are ‘baseless’ and ‘incorrect.'”

The following statement was released in Urdu by Lal Masjid to clarify their position (an English translation follows)

Important Announcement
12/05/2015

Yesterday’s incident which took place in America being linked to Lal Masjid and Maulana Abdul Aziz without any evidence is baseless as well as sad. National media way of dealing thing without any solid evidence and maligning of Pakistan on international level is very sorrowful.

I as a spokesperson of Lal Masjid would like to elaborate that characters linked to the incident Rizwan Farooq and Tashfeen Malik or any other character has no link with us. Despite several repeated explanation, linking Lal Masjid to Daesh etc. without any evidence is against journalistic standards. We have concerns that all this can be used by some evil elements for their own goals.

We have strong evidences to claim that behind this is the firm named PR, that has support of some NGOs, that is doing propaganda against Lal Masjid for a long time now. In this critical situation, it is necessary to remain cautious of such conspiracies and media outlets.

America’s gun laws are once again under question. According to the BBC, “the incident in San Bernardino was the 353rd mass shooting this year. A mass shooting is defined as a single shooting, which kills or injures four or more people, including the assailant.” The attack by Malik and Farook follows on closely from a mass shooting at the Planned Parenthood clinic in Colorado Springs in which three people were killed and nine others were injured. See following article,

President Barack Obama condemned the latest attack saying that the US “will not be terrorised” by the San Bernardino shootings. He emphasised, “we are strong. And we are resilient.”

Islamic Emirate: Russia’s reengagement in our beloved country not in the interest of anyone

logox2

Post via Islamic Emirate

Recently, the surrogate Kabul administration has been trying to involve (an important country like) Russia in Afghanistan under the pretext of threat posed by ISIS. They are cashing in on the name of ISIS and showing their strength many folds greater than what it actually is. They consider them a serious threat to entire region especially to our northern neighboring countries. Hence, they want to garner Russia’s military and logistical assistance for their personal and party interests. But, in fact to a great extent ISIS is merely propaganda project in Afghanistan.

It is an open fact that the emergence of ISIS in our country is a joint project of Kabul administration and other foreign intelligence agencies. Similarly, some high ranking officials of Kabul administration have also repeatedly exposed these secrets. For example, few months ago, the then governor of Paktika province asserted that: “the National Security Council of Afghanistan has given two hundred thousand dollars in assistance to the families of ISIS fighters in Barmal district of that province”. On 23 November 2015, the so called deputy speaker of Wolasi Jirga (national assembly) publicly stated in open session of the assembly that: “our government, military institutions and security council are supporting ISIS (Daesh). I swear by God, the commanders of ISIS are living in Kabul. They go to embassies and our offices…….”

Likewise, Russia which is an important country at international level knows that the two-headed Kabul administration has no power nor the ability to rescue our country from this chaotic situation because they are installed by foreigners and working for the interests of foreigners only. They are not committed to their country and to the security, prosperity and development of the region. Bilateral visits, promises of cooperation and political engagements of Russia with unpopular officials of Kabul administration have led to resentment among the Afghan people.

In our view, Russian involvement and their military, logistical and economical assistance with the Kabul administration is neither in the interest of Russia nor the Afghan people and Mujahideen because our country is under occupation of foreigners and the Afghan people are physically fighting against them in the strongholds of Jihad. Therefore, assistance in the present situation amounts to cooperation to prolong the occupation. In other words, it is cooperation with the enemy of the Afghan nation and is a beginning of another cold war.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan wants cordial relation with all regional countries including Russia. Our struggle is for the obtainment of independence and for the establishment of an Islamic system in the country. In light of the following sayings of the holy Prophet (peace be upon him), the Islamic Emirate declares to all its commitment of having no intention to harm anyone.

لا ضرر ولا ضرار في الاسلام

“There should be neither harming nor reciprocating harm in Islam”

Similarly, the esteemed new leader of Islamic Emirate has repeatedly stated in his messages that: “we want cordial, constructive and legitimate relations with neighboring, regional and other countries of the world”.

Islamic Emirate: “The use of child-soldiers by the Kabul regime”… Human rights groups must investigate alleged abuses

images-131

Post via Islamic Emirate

Recently the spokesman for the Independent Commission for Human Rights in Afghanistan expressed concerns regarding the presence of child-soldiers in the ranks of the Islamic Emirate. The spokesman – Rafiullah Baydar – added that the use of child soldiers for military purposes is against international conventions relating to international humanitarian law and such breaches should be prevented. He also stated that the ‘opposition’ should adhere to international protocols and prevent the use of children in military affairs.

The Human Rights Commission did not present any evidence to support its charge. They merely relied on the accusations brought forth by the Kabul regime’s authorities for propaganda purposes. Relying on such accusations they brought forward their charge regarding the presence of child soldiers in the ranks of Mujahideen.

For years now the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has enforced a strict ban on the presence of children in the Jihadi ranks. In its operational manuals and principles it has expressly banned the presence of children amongst the ranks of Mujahideen.

Last month, during the Amir ul Mumineen’s (May Allah SWT protect him) speech – broadcast through the military radio communications – the leader of the Mujahideen inter alia also stated that “do not allow children and young teenagers within your ranks. Those youth members whose beards have not grown fully and who wish to join the Jihadists ranks should [instead] continue their education and serve their parents”.

In contrast with the Islamic Emirate’s Shariah-compliant policies, the Kabul Administration’s military, police and local militias are staffed with children as young as ten, twelve and fourteen years of age. This epidemic is so widespread that we can hardly find a single military base, road block, or check-post that do not have any under-age children in their ranks.

Media reports and website archives abound with video records showing that the majority of Kabul regime’s local militia commanders use under-age children for military purposes in addition to fulfill their twisted desires. Numerous times local people have complained to authorities that these local militias keep under-age boys in their bases for immoral purposes.

In similar vein we have witnessed the widespread use of drugs within Kabul’s security forces. The abuse of drugs is so widespread in their ranks that often they extort these products from farmers to meet their ever increasing demands.

Unfortunately the said Human Rights Commission as well as a number of other civil society associations and the media have turned a blind eye to these abuses and are only interested in spread such reports – no matter how unfounded – that would discredit our scholars and soldiers.

We view this recent accusation of the Human Rights Commission as nothing more than a claim forwarded at the request of other agencies. Previously too we witnessed such baseless reports that accused the Mujahideen in Konduz of looting and raping. Later investigations exempted the Mujahideen of any such doings and only highlighted the exaggerations of the enemy in this regard.

Civil societies and independent commissions can only achieve their objectives of serving mankind if they adopt an independent and impartial approach. If they give up these valuable qualities then they  become nothing more than tools in the hands of belligerents in a conflict.

Yemen: Nine wounded in Saudi-led coalition airstrike on MSF clinic in Taiz (Statement, Medecins Sans Frontieres)

An airstrike carried out by the Saudi-led coalition has hit a clinic in southern Yemen run by MSF, wounding nine people, including two MSF staff.

According to local sources, at 11:20 on 2 December, three airstrikes targeted a park in Taiz city’s Al Houban district, 2 km from MSF’s clinic. The MSF team immediately evacuated the clinic and informed the Saudi-led coalition that their jet planes were mounting an attack nearby. The clinic itself came under attack. The wounded, two of them with critical injuries, were transferred to Al Qaidah and Al Resalah hospitals. MSF supports both hospitals in treating war-wounded patients.

“I was in MSF’s mother and child hospital in Taiz, just 1 km away from Al Houban clinic, when we heard the airstrikes,” says Nora Echaibi, MSF’s medical team leader in Taiz. “Everyone was scared. We evacuated the teams as soon as possible.”

MSF’s team in Taiz is currently supporting Yemeni medical staff in providing emergency treatment to people wounded in the airstrikes.

At MSF’s tented clinic in Al Houban, staff provided urgent medical care to people displaced from their homes by the recent conflict. The Saudi-led coalition had been informed about the precise location and the activities carried out by MSF in Al Houban.

“The health structure’s GPS coordinates were regularly shared with the Saudi-led coalition, most recently on 29 November, when we informed them about this specific activity in Al Houban,” says Jerome Alin, MSF’s head of mission in Yemen. “There is no way that the Saudi-led coalition could have been unaware of the presence of MSF activities in this location.”

MSF has been providing those hospitals in Taiz that are still functioning with emergency medications, surgical supplies and practical support since May 2015. An MSF team has been providing urgent medical care at its clinic in Al Houban for the past two months. In the past two days, the team treated 480 patients in Al Houban.

“The bombing of civilians and hospitals is a violation of international humanitarian law,” says Alin. “Civilians seeking healthcare and medical facilities must be respected.” Alin added “An MSF supported hospital was as well hit by airstrikes in Haydan District in Saada Province and completely destroyed last month.”

MSF teams are working in eight Yemeni governorates (Sana’a, Sa’ada, Aden, Taiz, Amran, Al Dhale, Ibb, and Hajja). Since the start of the current crisis in March 2015, MSF teams have treated more than 16,000 war-wounded patients. With the healthcare system barely functioning, MSF is also providing non-emergency health services. MSF provides impartial and free of charge health services to those in need in more than 70 countries around the world.

Islamic Emirate: Rumor about leader of Islamic Emirate being wounded is absolutely baseless

images

Some media outlets published reports today from the mouths of Kabul intelligence circles that the leader of Islamic Emirate, Amir ul Mumineen Mullah Akhtar Muhammad Mansur (may Allah safeguard him), was attacked and wounded in Kuchlak region of Quetta city yesterday. We categorically reject this fabricated claim of the enemy intelligence apparatus…

Our credible sources state that Amir ul Mumineen has no presence in the stated area and neither has a security incident occurred their. The enemy falsely claimed that the incident took place in the home of a commander named Mullah Abdullah Sarhadi, that despite the fact that his home is not even based in Kuchlak region.

Mujahideen have made many advances inside the country recently. The enemy merely wants to draw attention away from their failures with such fabricated rumors.

We request all independent and unbiased media outlets to stop damaging their reputations with the publication of such unfounded reports. They should always contact and turn towards the spokespersons and official sources of Islamic Emirate in such matters.

Reaction of Spokesman of Islamic Emirate regarding the latest decision by NATO

1-flag

NATO member countries once again made clear their spiteful plans concerning Afghanistan and declared that their troops will remain in Afghanistan till the end of the year 2016, will continue funding the imposed upon Kabul administration and will carry out so called ‘civilian projects’ with the aim of deceiving the Afghan people.

The Islamic Emirate strongly condemns this decision by NATO. Prolonging the occupation of Afghanistan and keeping the fire on this war alive does not only plunge the Afghans into more difficulties but it creates unrest in the wider region, wastes opportunities and further degenerates the prestige of NATO itself.

Just as the hundreds of thousands of invading troops from NATO member countries and billions of dollars failed to dent the will and determination of the Afghan nation therefore the few thousand troops restricted to fortified bases will similarly fail in achieving the colonialist goals of NATO.

History has proven that the valiant Afghan nation is not a nation which cowers rather they shall continue their sacred Jihad until the expulsion of the last remaining invader and will utilize their legal right and all means at their disposal for the liberation of their country under the leadership of the Islamic Emirate.

Remarks by spokesman of Islamic Emirate concerning use of children in the Jihadi ranks of Islamic Emirate

1-flag

Post via Islamic Emirate

Enemy circles have recently begun publishing fabricated reports claiming that children are being taken advantage of in the Jihadi ranks of Islamic Emirate, that they are being used in the battlefields and most importantly that they are being employed in martyrdom operations.

To give credibility to the enemy propaganda some organizations have made similar claims without ever carrying out an independent investigation.

We strongly reject all such claims. The Islamic Emirate does not permit the use of children in the Jihadi ranks and neither does it see any need for it.

Employing children in Jihadi ranks is forbidden by Shariah. The military code of conduct book of the Islamic Emirate also prohibits the use of children and most importantly children do not have the capability of achieving military objectives.

We have hundreds of pre-trained adult martyrdom seekers patiently waiting for years for their respected turns so why would their ever be a thought or a need to train children and then use them in operations in their childhood?

Such propaganda is solely employed in an attempt to disrepute the name of Jihad and such fake scenes are also frequently prepared and broadcasted by the notorious Kabul regime intelligence agency.

Contrarily the enemy ranks especially those of the Arbaki militia groups are filled with children regarding which a lot of evidence has been published and the nation is a witness to it as well.
