Statement of Islamic Emirate regarding resumption of activities by ICRC in Afghanistan

Post via Islamic Emirate September 15th 2019

The Islamic Emirate had a number of issues with the quality and quantity of activities being carried out by the International Committee of the Red Cross in Afghanistan which forced the Islamic Emirate to suspend their activities and scrap the security guarantees which the Islamic Emirate has given to all committed NGOs in Afghanistan.

Following continuous contacts and discussions between officials of the Islamic Emirate and heads of ICRC in the capital of Qatar, Doha, both parties consented to following the old agreement on top of new promises in humanitarian aid leading to the Islamic Emirate granting ICRC permission of resuming their activities.

With publication of this statement, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan restores the former security guarantees to ICRC in Afghanistan and instructs all Mujahideen to pave the way for ICRC activities and be mindful of security to this committee’s workers and equipment.

Islamic Emirate: Who is responsible for the continuation of war?

Post via Islamic Emirate September 13th 2009

The American invasion of Afghanistan and the imposed war upon our believing nation has completed its eighteenth year. Over the course of this period, three successive US presidents (Bush, Obama and Trump) have employed various military strategies – from changing generals to altering troop numbers, intelligence and propaganda techniques and exerting political and religious pressure, nothing has been left untouched. Yet, the efforts of these eighteen years have proven futile and on the contrary, the Afghan resistance has only grown fiercer, the human and economical toll of US has grown larger and their political prestige has taken an irreversible hit.

When a formula consistently fails for eighteen years, it means that it is wrong and another method must be undertaken. The political leadership of the United States had recently keyed in on this point and Trump began giving precedence to dialogue and understanding after the failure of his military strategy. The Islamic Emirate – who have always given precedence to peaceful resolution and even showed readiness to negotiate with US prior to the invasion – entered dialogue and negotiations with utmost seriousness by assigning a notable and influential delegation and following through with this process for the past nine months.

After the text of the agreement was finalized during nine rounds of talks over this nine-month period, the US president Donald Trump announced that this agreement was unacceptable to him and suspended the negotiations process.

As the Islamic Emirate followed through with this process with utmost seriousness and used all its power for its success in order to bring an end to this war, this only serves as proof that the Islamic Emirate is sincerely committed to peace. On the other hand America – already shouldering the burden of igniting this war with a military invasion – has also shown that she and specifically Donald Trump are the ones who are now responsible for the continuation of war and bloodshed.

Those organizations, individuals and media outlets that treat the issue of war sentimentally, support slogans of humanitarianism and always proclaim the Islamic Emirate responsible for war and civilian casualties, hereafter they must place the entire blame for the tragedies and losses of this war on Donald Trump because all nations and the international community observed how he carelessly shattered the hopes of peace of the Afghan and American people and authorized the prolongation of the longest war in American history.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan exerted all efforts for the security and prosperity of its nation and gave everything at its disposal for the success of the negotiations process. But as the opposite side unilaterally cancelled this process without a clear reason, it only shows that those who began this war do not wish to see it end therefore they now bear the responsibility of continuing this war just as they started it.

Islamic Emirate: Afghanistan in the month of August 2019

Post via Islamic Emirate September 13th 2019

N.B. This article consists of only those incidents which are admitted and confirmed by the enemy too. But it is worth mentioning that the real amount of losses and casualties suffered by the foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenaries are several times higher than those admitted by them. These and other related developments can be read on the official website of the Islamic Emirate on regular basis.

In August 2019, Mujahidin launched their attacks in various parts of the country especially in the southern areas, in which several districts and enemy bases were liberated and conquered. During this month, a significant number of foreign occupying forces were killed and wounded. In addition, two rounds of peace talks were also held by members of the Political Office of the Islamic Emirate and the American representatives in Qatar. These and some other related topics are discussed under the following captions:

Losses and casualties of the foreign occupying forces:

During August, the foreign occupying forces suffered heavy losses and casualties, though only two or three incidents were admitted and confirmed by them, but in reality more than twenty foreign invaders were killed and wounded in this month.

On Wednesday 7th August, a military convoy of the foreign occupying forces became the victim and target of a huge blast in ‘Dand’ district of Kandahar province, in which, a number of enemy forces were killed and wounded.

On Wednesday 21st August, the foreign occupying forces reported that two of their soldiers were killed in Afghanistan.

On the following day, four foreign occupying forces were killed in ‘Almaar’ district of Faryab province.

On Saturday 24th August, the foreign occupying forces came under a severe and fatal attack of Mujahidin in ‘Bagram’ district of Parwan province, in which eleven American forces were killed and wounded.

On Friday 30th August, the killing of another foreign soldier was reported.

Losses and casualties of the internal mercenary forces:

In fact, losses and casualties of the internal enemy is beyond covering, but in the following lines only a handful examples out of a heap are discussed which were mainly suffered by the intermediate level forces.

On Saturday 3rd August, the head of ‘Zanda Jan’ district in Herat province was killed by Mujahidin.

On Wednesday 21st August, a jet fighter was hit and brought down by the heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in ‘Do-Aab’ district of Samangan province.

On Saturday 24th August, the head of ‘Farsi’ district in Herat province was killed by Mujahidin.

On the following day, the director of first zone of police force was killed in a successful attack of Mujahidin in Logar province.

On the same day, a member of the provincial council of Samangan province was killed by some unknown people.

On Tuesday 27th August, a commander of the notorious Arbaki militiamen was killed by Mujahidin in Jozjan province.

On the following day, another head of the unrestrained Arbaki militiamen was killed in ‘Parchaman’ district of Farah province.

Losses and sufferings of the civilian people:

Suffering and torture of the innocent civilian people by the foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenaries were as incessant as usual. This time, our innocent masses were not spared to enjoy and celebrate even their ‘Eid’ festival in a peaceful and happy way.

On Sunday 11th August, it was the very first day of ‘Eid’ but even then two aged and white-bearded civilians were martyred by the mercenary forces of the stooge admin near the center of Logar province.

On Friday 16th August, nine innocent people including women and children were ruthlessly martyred in the indiscriminate drone strike of the foreign occupying forces in ‘Gilaan’ district of Ghazni province.

On Monday 19th August, two civilian people were blasted in landmines by the (so called) special national security forces in ‘Daud Khail’ area near the center of Logar province. The ‘Tolo’ News agency published a report, which cited while quoting members of the bereaved family that the national security forces raided their house at midnight. They forced two members of the family (Mohammad Amin who had recently returned from Saudi Arabia, and his 16-year old son) to sit on mines and then blasted them. Mohammad Rahim (father of Mohammad Amin) told Tolo News that his son and grandson were completely innocent and had committed no crime, but they were torn into pieces by the security forces. This tragic incident was confirmed by the security chief of Logar province by adding that a team has been assigned for investigation as details of this tragic incident will be shared with media subsequently.

On the following day, eight innocent nomadic people including women and children were ruthlessly martyred in ‘Azra’ district of Logar province.

On Friday 23rd August, a wedding ceremony was indiscriminately attacked by the brutal joint enemy forces in ‘Chak’ district in Maidan Wardak province, in which fifteen civilian people were martyred and wounded.

On Sunday 25th August, a Mulla Imam (a religious figure who leads congregational prayers) and some innocent local farmers were martyred in ‘Mosahi’ district of Kabul province during the indiscriminate night operations of the brutal enemy.

And on the last day of August, a health clinic was destroyed by the brutal joint enemy forces in Laghman province, in which five civilian people were martyred.

For further details of losses and sufferings of the innocent civilian people, one can read monthly reports of ‘Special Commission of the Islamic Emirate for the prevention of civilian losses and casualties’ regularly published on its official website.

‘Al-Fatah’ Jihadi Operations:

‘Al-Fatah’ Jihadi operations were successfully going on in nearly all parts of the country, which had tremendous achievements for Mujahidin. In the following lines some instances are elaborated.

On Thursday 1st August, a meticulous attack was carried out on a police post in the first circle (zone) of Kabul city, in which all six policemen present there were killed.

On Monday 5th August, fourteen policemen were killed by an infiltrated Mujahid in ‘Shah Wali Kot’ district of Kandahar province.

On Tuesday 6th August, another fatal motor bomb attack was carried out on a recruitment center of the mercenary police force in Kabul, in which several enemy forces were killed and wounded. Spokesman of the Islamic Emirate ‘Zabihullah Mujahid’ told that the series of urban attacks has been launched in retaliation to the blind and brutal attacks and military operations of the joint enemy forces in rural areas of the country in which innocent civilian people are ruthlessly martyred and injured without any discrimination.

On Saturday 10th August, ‘Dai-Chupan’ district in Zabul province was liberated and controlled by Mujahidin.

On Thursday 22nd August, a huge mine of ‘lapis-lazuli’ (a precious stone) was captured by Mujahidin in ‘Kiran-o-Minjan’ district of Badakhshan province.

On the following day, the notorious ‘campaign forces’ of the stooge enemy was targeted in a huge motor bomb blast in ‘Mandozi’ district of Khost province, in which, a large number of these forces were killed and wounded.

On Saturday 24th August, a strategic center of the stooge enemy forces was captured by Mujahidin in ‘Nahr-i-Shahi’ district of Balkh province.

On Wednesday 28th August, several military posts of the enemy forces were conquered by Mujahidin in ‘Qarghan’ district of Faryab province.

On Friday 30th August, a key center and several military posts of the stooge enemy forces were cleared and captured by Mujahidin in ‘Chah-i-Aab’ district of Takhar province.

And on the following day, the above district was completely conquered by Mujahidin.

On Saturday 31st August, huge attacks were launched by Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate on the northern Kunduz province, in which several areas were captured, and a military contingent along with all its personnel and military equipment surrendered to Mujahidin. This fighting continued for several days, in which large number of enemy forces were killed and wounded and a huge amount of military equipment was confiscated by Mujahidin. In addition, during these operations, a martyrdom seeking attack was also carried out on the stooge enemy, in which, a large number of the mercenary forces were killed and wounded. This fighting came to an end when the foreign occupying forces intervened for direct participation in the confrontation.

These were only a handful examples of the tremendous achievements of ‘Al-Fatah’ Jihadi operations. Further and complete details can be seen on the official website of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan.

Peace Talks:

On Friday 2nd August, regarding peace talks between American officials and representatives of the Political Office of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan in Qatar, the daily ‘Washington Post’ wrote in one of its articles that American government is preparing for the withdrawal of its thousands of forces from Afghanistan.

On the following day, peace talks between the negotiating team of the Islamic Emirate and American side began in Doha which continued till Monday 12th of August. Both negotiating sides expressed their optimism for the outcome of this round of talks. But the American officials gave contradictory statements about the evacuation of their forces from Afghanistan at the end of this round of talks. In his response, spokesman of the political office of the Islamic Emirate ‘Sohail Shaheen’ told that the ongoing war will remain incessant until and unless the foreign occupation comes to an end.

On Thursday 22nd August, besides the above uncertainty, ninth round of peace talks started between the two sides which continued till the last moments of August.

Achievements of Democracy:

On Friday 2nd August, ‘Commission for Complaints’ of the stooge admin disclosed a big secret that government funds were misused by both leaders of the present heterogeneous setup Ashraf Ghani and Abdullah in their election campaigns, whereas no ruling authorities who are found involved in misusing the government resources are eligible for contending elections.

On the other hand, media protection committee of the stooge admin in Kabul (though the stooge setup considers itself committed to democracy) reported that thirty seven incidents of different level of violence of the stooge officials and forces of the puppet regime against the reporters have been registered with this committee.

The abscondence and surrender of internal forces:

The incessant success of Mujahidin on both military and political fronts and the simultaneous abscondence and surrender of its military and police forces have deeply shaken the moral of the stooge admin in Kabul.

Based on a report published by SIGAR (Special Inspector General for Afghanistan Reconstruction) on Friday 2nd August, forty two thousand mercenary forces have left the puppet regime by now.

According to another news published on the same date, deputy head of ‘Muaqar’ district in Badghis province has joined Mujahidin along with his several armed personnel.

On Saturday 31st August, a whole contingent of the mercenary army of the stooge admin surrendered to Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in the wake of their huge attacks in the heart of Kunduz province.

Confession of failure:

On Friday 23rd August, head of the stooge admin in Kabul Ashraf Ghani declared openly as he was feeling no shame that their mercenary forces were fighting proxy war for the protection of world powers. This bitter reality is confessed and acknowledged by the stooge setup while the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is incessantly fighting for the last nineteen years against the foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenaries by considering and proving itself as the freedom fighter and defender of our beloved country, and its pious people.

Islamic Emirate: Message to the Kabul administration

Post via Islamic Emirate September 11th 2019
Last Monday night the courageous Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate conducted a deadly attack on Green Village in Kabul. Before this, attacks took place against the provincial capitals of Baghlan and Kunduz. The Mujahideen took control of about 80% of Kunduz city while hundreds of puppet soldiers met a humiliating death and dozens were injured in these assaults along with large amount heavy and light weaponry obtained as war spoils. Note that the Mujahideen did not intend to establish full control over these cities as per their strategy.
Then alongside these events, the Mujahideen liberated Zari distict of Balkh province while in Takhar and Badakhshan, dozens of outposts and facilities were overrun. In Kohsan district of Heart, forty soldiers surrendered their weapons before the Mujahideen and, in the same manner, the Mujahideen continued gaining victories over the Kabul administration and invaders throughout the country rendering all schemes of their oppressive armies completely futile.
Foreigners in Kabul were struck with such ferocity that the Kabul authorities became hysterical. Following the attack, the area was completely surrounded and journalists were prohibited from entering. The puppets proudly claimed to have saved many foreigners in Green Village as though they had accomplished something praiseworthy. Also, according to their false assertions innocent civilians had been killed in the attack. The dead civilians to whom they were referring are in fact dozens of dead invaders that were part of an ongoing occupation of our land. This, of course, was prevented from appearing on the media and journalists were prohibited from visiting the site of the attack. Nevertheless, the Afghan public are well aware of all that took place. Whatever the Mujahideen have mentioned in the official statement conveys the reality of the incident. In this successful attack the enemy was heavily targeted and no civilians was deliberately hit. Besides, the public is not permitted to go to such areas.
Moving on, the message behind this deadly attack was as follows: the barbaric enemy ought to at least now, after almost two decades of unsuccessful use of violence, acknowledge that massacre, oppression and indiscriminate bombardment will not deliver it a victory of any kind. The enemy’s manner of attacking is one of blindly bombarding Afghans, making no distinction between unarmed civilians and armed Mujahideen. In nighttime raids, the homes of Afghan civilians are destroyed, their wealth and valuables looted while violence against women, children, youth and the elderly is rampant. This is because both the invaders and their quislings are well aware that Afghanistan and its Muslim people reject their presence and whatever package that presence brings.
It is only wise for the Kabul quisling administration to cease this horrific series of unjust violence against the Afghan public. They ought to make their decisions in accordance with ground realities and these ground realities have revealed that policies based on oppression cannot deliver to them any success. The enemies should refrain from their criminal activities otherwise further days of mourning await them.

Statement of Islamic Emirate regarding 100th Anniversary of Independence from British Occupation

Post via Islamic Emirate August 19th 2019

Exactly one hundred years earlier (28th Assad 1298), the righteous Mujahid Afghan nation won independence of their beloved homeland (Afghanistan) from the English imperialists and forced them to officially recognize the sovereignty of Afghanistan. The Afghan Mujahid nation – under the leadership and with the fatwa of noble scholars and spiritual guides – waged Jihad and War of Independence against the British colonizers for eighty whole years, defeating them thrice and forcing them out of their proud land.

The indefatigable struggle of our Mujahid forefathers against the English imperialists not only resulted in the freedom of Afghanistan but it blessed nations under the oppression of colonialists in the region and throughout the world with the spirit of freedom and resistance. It sparked armed struggles against the western occupiers around the world and these same uprisings resulted in them gaining their independence.

It is due to the blessings of the Jihadi endeavors and gaining independence by our forefathers a century earlier that our nation has remained committed to its religious and cultural values and be able to keep alive their creed, ideology, culture, mother language and all spiritual values even as most occupied societies became alien to their own heritage and adopted the colors of their colonizers.

Just as our Mujahid predecessors waged Jihad against the English and Soviet occupiers in the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, the Islamic Emirate – with the help of Allah (SwT) and support of its believing nation – has also kept the fronts of Jihad simmering and is leading a national uprising against the American invaders and her allies in the twenty-first century.

We convey to the current occupiers that not only have you failed to pacify the Jihadi uprising of the valiant Muslim Afghans despite using force and experimenting with various strategies for two decades, demolishing homes, crops and social centers and overcrowding Guantanamo, Bagram and other open and secret prisons with Afghans but on the contrary, your territorial control is being restricted with each passing day and you are being forced to take refuge behind towering blast walls in city centers. Therefore, we advise you to leave Afghanistan to the Afghans and take heed from the history of this Graveyard of Empires.

Fortunately, the ongoing eighteen-year Jihad against the current invaders being led by the Islamic Emirate has reached a stage where the occupiers are making preparations for the withdrawal of their forces.

The Islamic Emirate extends its felicitation to the entire Mujahid nation on the occasion of 100th Anniversary of Independence Day and feels a sense of pride in following the footsteps of our forefathers by leading the current resistance (Jihad) and maintaining support of its nation against the American invaders.

With the blessing of this Jihad, the day approaches closer when these invaders shall completely leave our country akin to the British and Soviets before them and the believing Afghan nation shall again raise the banner of honor and independence as they did a century earlier, Allah willing.

Afghanistan in the month of July

Post via Islamic Emirate August 10th 2019

Note: (This article consists of those incidents only which are admitted and confirmed by the enemy too. But for accurate and detailed information about various other incidents particularly the losses and casualties of the internal and foreign enemies, the official website of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan should be visited on regular basis.)

July 2019 witnessed various significant incidents. During this month, the barbarity and brutality of the foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenaries were escalating day by day as their indiscriminate attacks on the innocent civilian people increased tremendously. In these brutal attacks a number of families were completely massacred, while several other families lost most of their beloved ones. On the other hand, Mujahidin also increased and intensified their attacks on the enemy. A number of districts were liberated and captured, while several security headquarters and posts came under severe attacks of Mujahidin. The foreign occupying forces suffered heavy losses during this month. These and various other issues have been discussed and elaborated under the following captions:

Similarly, a key militia base of the enemy was attacked by Mujahidin in ‘Najrab’ district of Kapisa province, in which five enemy forces were killed while two more were wounded.

On the one hand, the day by day increasing losses and casualties of the security forces, and on the other hand, the military and political progress of Taliban have bitterly confused and stunned the stooge Kabul admin.

Losses and torture of civilian people by the enemy:

After the incessant success and progress of Mujahidin on both military and political fronts, enemy attacks on the innocent civilian people are increasing and becoming more brutal day by day. In this regard, several attacks have been carried out by the enemy forces, in which, innocent civilian people including women and children were killed and wounded, while mosques and clinics were destroyed. For example:

On Friday 5th July, ‘Juma Bazaar’ in ‘Sabz Posh’ district of Faryab province was attacked by the savage mercenary forces of stooge regime, in which, fifty innocent people including women and children were martyred and wounded.

On the same day, twenty civilian countrymen were martyred in the brutal raid of the joint enemy forces in Badghis and Helmand province.

On Monday 22nd July, nine civilian people of one and the same family were ruthlessly martyred in the indiscriminate enemy bombing in ‘Baraki Barak’ district of Logar province. This was the incident that broke the silence of the UNAMA by confirming that this brutality was committed by the joint enemy forces.

On Tuesday 30th July, civilian houses in ‘Gandamak’ area of Nangarhar province were brutally raided by the savage foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenaries, in which, main gates of several houses were broken; three houses and one Lyceum were demolished; six innocent people were martyred while two others were injured.

On Wednesday 31st July, civilian houses in ‘Kash Nava’ area of ‘Shindand’ district in Herat province were brought under indiscriminate mortar shelling, in which, two houses were destroyed, four women were ruthlessly martyred while six more civilians were injured.

For further and detailed information of civilian losses and casualties, the official website of the Islamic Emirate should be visited on regular basis.

It is worth-reminding that the complete report of civilian losses and casualties of the first six month of 2019 was made public by the special commission of the Islamic Emirate for the prevention of civilian losses and casualties whereas the UNAMA had only published incomplete report of these losses of the first six months of the new year.

‘Al-Fath’ Jihadi Operations:

On Monday 1st July, the Logistic Directorate of the so called defense ministry of the stooge admin came under severe attacks of Mujahidin, in which, heavy losses were inflicted on the enemy. This attack was carried out on the most strategic office of the enemy in the very heart of Kabul which was a stunning blow for the already embarrassed enemy.

On the following day, ‘Qosh Tapa’ district of Jozjan province and ‘Kiyan’ valley of Baghlan province came under Mujahidin’s control.

On Wednesday 3rd July, it was reported that wide areas in the outskirts of ‘Saghar’ district in Ghor province were conquered by Mujahidin.

On Sunday 7th July, the security directorate of Ghazni province came under fatal attacks of Mujahidin, in which the directorate was completely destroyed while several intelligence personnel were killed and wounded.

On Monday 8th July, a strategic center of the enemy forces in ‘Pul-i-Khumri’ district in Baghlan province was captured by Mujahidin.

On Friday 12th July, ‘Khoshamand’ district of Paktika province came under Mujahidin’s control.

On the following day, the security headquarters of Badghis province came under severe attacks of Mujahidin, in which, heavy losses and casualties were inflicted on the enemy.

On Tuesday 16th July, thirty enemy commando forces were killed in various attacks of Mujahidin in ‘Aab Kumri’ district of Badghis province.

On the same day, two huge mines of the precious ‘lapis lazuli’ were captured by the heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate from the enemy in ‘Kiran-o-Minjan’ district of Badakhshan province, while

On Monday 22nd July, the above district came completely under Mujahidin’s control.

On Thursday 18th July, the security headquarters in Kandahar province came under fatal attacks of Mujahidin, in which, more than a hundred enemy forces including high ranking members of the stooge setup were killed and wounded.

During the following night, vast areas including ten posts of the enemy forces were captured in ‘Pul Chiragh’ district of Faryab province, in which, twenty five commando forces and Arbaki militiamen were killed, while twenty five more were injured. In addition, a huge amount of light and heavy weapons and their ammunition were also seized by Mujahidin.

On Thursday 30th July, vast areas in ‘Nili’ area of ‘Tewra’ district in Ghor province comprising nearly 1200 houses were cleared from the enemy forces, in which ‘Naqeeb’, a notorious commander of unrestrained Arbaki militiamen was killed, while two large wireless sets and eleven motor cycles were also seized by Mujahidin.

On the same day, twenty posts of the enemy were conquered by Mujahidin in the successful ‘Al-Fath’ operations in ‘Pashtun Kot’ district of Faryab province, in which, eighteen enemy forces and Arbaki militiamen were killed.

These were a handful examples out of a heap, while complete details of the achievements of ‘Al-Fath’ operations can be read in the official website of the Islamic Emirate on daily basis.

Intra-Afghan session:

On Sunday 7th July, two day intra-Afghan session was convened, which ended on the following day as a joint communique was issued. The participants of this gathering expressed their pleasure and overall contentment from the discussions by saying that most of their concerns regarding the Islamic Emirate were cleared in this meeting.

On the Saturday 27th July, Taliban as the true well-wisher of the Afghan masses explained their stance regarding the intra-Afghan negotiations and said that these discussions will be held with a joint team of all political parties. The Kabul admin will also participate in these discussions like all other political groups and not as a government, and these negotiations will be conducted after the announcement of a clear time schedule of the withdrawal of American forces. On the side, Khalilzad, the US special representative also expressed his trust in this regard, which clearly reveals the embarrassment of the stooge admin in Kabul.

Achievements (souvenirs) of ‘Democracy’:

It has been nearly nineteen years that the so called democracy was brought and imposed by the dint of B-52 American planes, as its ignominy and immodesty is revealed and increased day by day.

On Tuesday 2nd July, the so called public health ministry of the stooge admin declared in a statement that more than 200 pedophiles are found HIV+ in the last four years.

On Thursday 11th July, cases of moral corruption and sexual abuses were revealed and reported by BBC in various levels of the stooge admin. Prior to this, evidences of sexual abuses were revealed even inside the palace and various other organs of the puppet regime. But the Kabul regime refused all of these allegations very barefacedly.

On Sunday 14th July, the United States demanded for full investigation of these sexual abuses inside the Kabul admin. And after this US demand, a foreign female tourist claimed that she was sexually abused by the governor (head) of ‘Wakhan’ district in Badakhshan province.

Humiliation of Kabul admin:

On Wednesday 3rd July, the Islamic Emirate, by providing sound evidences, disclosed the presence of hired killers of ‘Black Water’ in the ranks of the stooge admin.

On Tuesday 16th July, the so called presidential palace announced that a ‘Darul Ifta’ (a verdict office of Islamic Jurisprudence) will be inaugurated, whereas they had not been able for the last two decades to change the mindset of our pious masses by utilizing full pressure and huge amount of money through their bogus religious figures and previous Jihadi leaders.

On Monday 22nd July, the American president Donald Trump told in his expressions that Afghanistan can be wiped out from the world map if he wished by killing ten millions of our people.

These ridiculous expressions of Trump were met with severe widespread condemnations by further revealing the true face of the stooge admin in Kabul to the world people. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan condemned these expressions of Donald Trump in the strongest words by saying that in the past the British and the former Soviet Union diminished with the very same ambitions and aspirations about the courageous people of our beloved homeland.

In another embarrassing development, Ashraf Ghani’s spouse Rola Ghani invited some Israeli people to invest inside Afghanistan. Prior to this, she was found the supporter of spreading Christianity in our country by making even some progress in this regard.

The enemy’s confession:

On Thursday 4th July, the governor of Badakhshan province of the stooge regime admitted that 80% territory of this province is controlled by Mujahidin, while on Monday 22nd July, ‘Kiran-o-Minjan’ district of this province also came under Mujahidin’s control.

The enemy is totally confused and embarrassed on all military and political fronts. The only thing left for them is to deceive the innocent public masses by spreading false information through their internal and external propaganda media outlets by hiding the prevailing ground realities and misleading the people. Eventually they will have to confess their utter failure!!!

Message of Felicitation of the Esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen, Sheikh-ul-Hadith Hibatullah Akhundzada, on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha

Post via Islamic Emirate August 9th 2019

In the name of Allah, the Most Compassionate, the Most Merciful

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, there is no God by Allah, Allah is the Greatest, all praise be to Allah

All praise be to Allah. We praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness. We also seek His refuge from the evils of our inner selves and from our wicked deeds. Whoever is guided by Allah, there is none to mislead him and whoever is left by Allah in error, there will be none as guide for him (except Allah). I testify there is no God but Allah. Alone is He and has no associate and I testify that Muhammad is His Servant and Messenger.

فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ ﴿٢﴾ الکوثر

Allah Almighty says in His established Book: Therefore turn in prayer to your Lord and sacrifice [to Him alone]. (Al-Kauthar : 2)

 قُلْ إِنَّ صَلَاتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَايَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّـهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ ﴿١٦٢﴾ الانعام

And He (SwT) says: Say, “Verily, my prayer, my sacrifice, my living, and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of ‘Alamin [all that exists]. (Al-An’am : 162)

And He (SwT) says: But if they incline to peace, you also incline to it, and (put your) trust in Allah. Verily, He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. (Al-Anfal : 61)

It is reported from Anas (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) sacrificed two rams, slaughtered them with his own hands. He recited Bismillah (in the name of Allah) and Allah-o-Akbar (Allah is the Greatest) and placed his foot on their (rams) necks.

It is reported from Aisha (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: No son of Adam has done any deed on the Day of Immolation more likable to Allah than shedding blood [of sacrificial animal]. Surely, its horns, hair and wool will be brought forward [put on scales] on the Day of Judgment and Allah shall be pleased with the person before the blood of sacrifice touches the ground. So be pleased with [offering] sacrifice.

To the believing Mujahid nation of Afghanistan, heroic warriors of the trenches and the Muslims worldwide

Peace, Mercy and Blessing of Allah be upon you all!

Before everything else, I extend my felicitation to you all on this auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Adha. May Allah accept your sacrifice, charity, Hajj, Jihadi efforts and all good-deeds, Ameen O’ Lord of All Existence.

I hope that we spend these auspicious days of Eid in joy and happiness, perform our Eid prayers, slaughter (of sacrificial animals) and other worship in the best manner possible and spend these days of this great Eid of sacrifice with complete sincerity, brotherhood, compassion and love.

I urge all charitiable and wealthy countrymen to aid their relatives, neighbors, orphans, widows, disabled and the poor to the best of your abilities. Allah Almighty says:

For those who have done good is the best [reward] and even more. Neither darkness nor dust nor any humiliating disgrace shall cover their faces. They are the dwellers of Paradise, they will abide therein forever. (Yunus : 26)

Mujahid Brothers!

My instructions to you are that you give full attention to protecting, helping and comforting your believing nation during these days of Eid. Take all necessary steps for the well-being and security of your fellow compatriots. Visit the families of martyrs, disabled and prisoners and aid them to the best of your capabilities.

Believing Countrymen!

As you are already aware, the enemy has increased bombings, raids, murder and inflicting hardships upon ordinary civilians in parallel with destroying homes, madrasas, clinics and mosques. Due to the uncertainty gripping the enemy, they have begun open enmity with the nation and launched a campaign of brutality. But as the outcome of brutality is destruction, we believe the time of demise and humiliation of these tyrants has come near, Allah willing.

As the enemy has turned towards mass killing of our people because of defeat and uncertainty, the Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate – with Divine Help from Allah and support of its resolute nation – has taken incredible strides forward both militarily and politically and are progressing towards success with great wisdom and caution. The Mujahideen have taken over large areas across the country amid the Al-Fath Operations. Besides rural areas, they have extended and solidified their control over highways and strategic points. They have taken military initiative from the enemy on the ground and left them with only blind airstrikes. The spirit of solidarity, coordination, discipline and obedience is at an all-time high.

As the Islamic Emirate has expanded its international and regional political relations, clarified its claims and policy and achieved bilateral trust and understanding in the political field, it has also adopted the role of an axis through which peace and reconciliation revolves domestically and achieved constructive progress about future Afghanistan with political parties and influential individuals. It is a decisive achievement that majority of the Afghan political class currently backs the Islamic Emirate in its demand for the establishment of an Islamic government and withdrawal of foreign forces and supports its eighteen-year lawful call (for such an outcome).

Believing Countrymen!

Whether we perform armed Jihad for the cause of Allah or engage in dialogue and negotiation processes, both are a means for ending the occupation and establishing an Islamic system.

We believe that an Islamic and sovereign Afghanistan is in the best interest of every Afghan irrespective of which class they associate with in society.

We want our fellow compatriots to have fair judiciary, genuine diplomacy, strong economy, authentic culture, standardized education and a prosperous social life conforming with all standards of our Islamic traditions.

Protection of national welfare projects, support for non-partisan NGO activities, defense of national assets and an overall comprehensive development of the homeland are our goals and part of our policy.

Call to Afghans in enemy ranks!

We are but your well-wishers and understand that we do not wish misery upon you in this world or the next. We are opposing you because you have chosen to stand with the occupiers. We have proven through the release of thousands of imprisoned troopers that if you were to abandon fighting and serving alongside foreigners, you shall be our brothers. As you stand alongside the invaders and fight your own compatriots under the slogans of protecting the homeland, then whom are you actually protecting the country from?

Come, let us mutually make use of this opportunity for the liberation of our country and realizing the aspirations of our nation’s Jihad. Let us pave the way for withdrawal of invaders and establishment of a true Islamic system so that our nation is rescued from this prolonged crisis and endless misery.

To American Officials!

The failure of numerous military strategies over the past eighteen years are enough to focus on finding a peaceful pathway forward. Regarding the negotiation process currently underway, the Islamic Emirate is engaging in it with utmost seriousness, worthwhile steps have been taken by the political office, the process is administered by the political deputy leader and a strong negotiation team is appointed hence you must also pursue this process with sincerity so that effective steps are taken towards a resolution and the eighteen-year tragedy brought to an end.

However, the increasing blind and brutal bombings by America during the negotiation process, attacks on civilian areas and the contradictory statements by your military and political officials has generated a cloud of uncertainty about this process and raised doubts about your intentions. Since bilateral trust is the foundation of a successful negotiations process therefore it is imperative that such negative actions are ceased.

Believing and Proud Afghan nation!

We are celebrating Eid-ul-Adha at a time as the anniversary date (28th of Assad) of a hundred years of Independence from colonialist British is fast approaching. Availing this great historical moment, I deem it necessary to remind our fellow countrymen, especially the youth, to prudently read the history of their righteous Mujahid predecessors so they may understand and follow the footsteps of their forefathers by waging Jihad against occupiers and continuing resistance until complete liberation and establishment of Islamic rule. Chanting slogans of independence under occupation is meaningless. We must resist and struggle against the current occupation just as this proud nation struggled against it a hundred years earlier.

Heroic Mujahideen of Islamic Emirate!

As you are waging a sacred battle (Jihad) in the path of Allah in these blessed days of Eid and sacrifice and have devoted your lives and wealth to Jihad for the cause of Allah and defending your religion, creed and believing nation, then this is a mercy of your Lord upon you that He the Almighty has chosen you for this task. You must remain content regarding your exploits with this Divine verse:

وَفَضَّلَ اللَّهُ الْمُجَاهِدِينَ عَلَى الْقَاعِدِينَ أَجْرًا عَظِيمًا(۹۵) النساء

But Allah has preferred those who strive hard and fight, above those who sit [at home] by a huge reward. (An-Nisa : 95)

Thank your Lord (SwT) through sincere worship and serving the believers and understand that Allah shall not waste your sacrifice. He (SwT) shall fulfill your Jihadi aspirations in this world and grant you immense rewards in the Hereafter, Allah willing.

In the end, I once again extend by felicitation to all Mujahideen and the noble nation. May Allah grant us the opportunity to celebrate upcoming Eids in complete freedom and under the shade of Islamic governance.

Wasalam

Remarks by spokesman of Islamic Emirate concerning the ongoing Kashmir crisis

Podt via Islamic Emirate August 8th 2019

Reports are being published that India has revoked the autonomous status of Kashmir, sent additional troops, imposed a state of emergency and created difficulties and hardships for the resident Muslim population.

The Islamic Emirate expresses deep sadness in this regard and urges both India and Pakistan to refrain from taking steps that could pave a way for violence and complications in the region and usurp the rights of Kashmiris.

Having gained bitter experiences from war and conflict, we urge peace and use of rational pathways to solve regional issues.

We call on both involved parties, OIC, Islamic countries, the United Nations and other influential institutions to play a constructive role in preventing insecurity in Kashmir. By using your influence, encourage both sides to prevent the spread of crisis and resolve the issue in a calm and composed manner.

Linking the issue of Kashmir with that of Afghanistan by some parties will not aid in improving the crisis at hand because the issue of Afghanistan is not related nor should Afghanistan be turned into the theater of competition between other countries.

Spokesman of Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan

Zabihullah Mujahid

Kashmir: Residents face fear and uncertainty as a major security clampdown is set to paralyse the region

Campaigners on Twitter are encouraging supporters to turn their profile pictures red for Kashmir

During a recent visit to the US to meet President Donald Trump, Pakistan’s Prime Minister Iman Khan raised as a matter of urgency the need to solve the longstanding issue regarding 70 years of dispute between India and Pakistan over the Himalayan region of Kashmir.

In 1947, the partition of the Indian sub-continent by British colonialists on religious lines led to the first war between the countries over this territory ending in a ceasefire with 65% of Kashmir coming under control of the predominately Hindu India whilst the remaining area of land went to the newly formed Muslim majority country of Pakistan. This resulted in a number of militant groups forming in opposition to what they saw as “Indian occupation” some are supported by and loyal to Pakistan, others want both independence from India and separation from Pakistan’s ongoing influence.

To add to the misery of living daily life under the surveillance of thousands of troops, the people of Kashmir have suffered a long history of human rights abuses including enforced disappearances, alleged state torture, rape and extra judicial killings. Militant uprisings are common, as are curfews and a constant stream of “martyrs” funerals. Al Jazeera recently highlighted that “some 70,000 people, mostly civilians, have been killed in the last three decades of armed conflict in India-administered Kashmir.” For more information on the background to the conflict see the following article,

“A brief history of the Kashmir conflict”

https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/1399992/A-brief-history-of-the-Kashmir-conflict.html

Trump who recently met with Narendra Modi claims the Indian Prime Minister asked him to consider mediating and arbitrating on Kashmir and that he was willing to do so. However, this statement was treated with some scepticism and officials in Delhi strongly denied Trump’s claim and rejected the President’s offer of assistance.

The Independent reported,

“delegates from India and the US met on the sidelines of the ASEAN summit of foreign ministers in Bangkok. S Jaishankar, the minister for external affairs from India, told his counterpart Mike Pompeo that ‘any discussion on Kashmir, if at all warranted, will only be with Pakistan and only bilaterally’”.

In recent days, observers following the politics of the region have noted the deployment of an extra 10,000 troops to Kashmir to add to the 500,000 already stationed there. Tourists have now been warned to flee after what was described as a “security alert”. On Friday some media reported that another 25,000 troops could be heading to Kashmir which is often referred to as the most militarized zone in the world.

Michel Kugelman, Deputy Director at Asia Program and South Asia senior associate at the Wilson Center tweeted,

“the biggest story in South Asia right now may be in Kashmir. Tourists have been asked to leave amid Indian troops buildups, with little clarity from Indian officials on what exactly is going on and what could be coming next. The trend lines are troubling.”

The UK government’s Foreign Office updated its advice warning against travel to Kashmir. On the 2nd August, the site stated, “Indian media reported that the Government of Jammu and Kashmir had advised tourists and Amarnath Yatra pilgrims to curtail their stay in the Kashmir Valley immediately and take necessary measures to return home as soon as possible because of security threats.”  There were also concerns over “increased threats to places visited by British nationals such as religious sites, markets, festival venues and beaches.”

Kashmiris are increasing worried as to their future with many fearing the unknown with potential threats to family life and disruption of businesses. On the one hand India is emphasising security alerts whilst Indian Express suggests mobilization of extra troops as little more than the usual increase of forces that occurs prior to each Indian Independence Day celebrations on August 15th a day resisted by many Kashmiris. No-one knows what to believe.

Alongside the security alerts, there is a further crack-down on the media with Fahad Shah Editor in Chief of the Kashmir Walla reporting on social media that Qasi Shibli, a journalist that runs the Kashmiriyat “has been detained by Jammu and Kashmir police in Anantag district” and that “he has been in custody for several days now and his family hasn’t been given any reasons for the detention”. Indian media is not widely trusted to deliver accurate reports on Kashmir so other independent outlets have taken root in the region and can be subjected to tight restrictions. Journalists walk a fine line between reporting the truth and trying to avoid being whisked away into police custody.

NDTV further added to the growing trepidation of further unrest in Kashmir by alleging there was “a massive infiltration attempt backed by the Pakistan army” and stated the following,

“Multiple attempts were made by terrorists to infiltrate into India by crossing the Line of Control between July 29 and July 31st, sources told NDTV amid a massive security build-up in Jammu and Kashmir and the deaths of 5 infiltrators.

Intelligence agencies suggest that the terrorists are attempting a massive terror attack like the one that took place in Pulwama in February, where a suicide bomber targeted a convoy of the Central Reserve Police Forces and killed 40 personnel. Intelligence agencies said allowing the Amarnath Yatra to progress at this point is untenable.”

Part of the clampdown on the daily life of Kashmiris includes the removal of social media accounts and putting local leaders under house arrest. An account claiming to be that of the Chairman All Parties Hurriyat conference, Syed Ali Geelani which was operating earlier today was yet again suspended for allegedly violating Twitter rules but not before the following message was released,

“This tweet must be taken as an SOS (Save our Souls) message to all Muslims living on this planet. If we all die and you kept quite you will be answerable to Allah the Magnificent. Indians are about to launch the biggest genocide in the history of Mankind. May Allah protect us.”

Hindustan Times reported another statement from Geelani from Hyderpora, Srinagar where he was presiding over a meeting of the Hurriyat’s Conference’s executive council where he described a “chaotic and confusing” situation that has panicked every individual. He said, “increasing the forces deployment, rumours of tampering with special provisions of state, suspension of (Amarnath) Yatra, evacuating tourists, students and yatris has created a war-like situation.” This was being felt on the streets where locals were tweeting photos of queuing to stock up on petrol and at supermarkets and cashpoints to prepare for the worst. Later photos showed empty streets, road blocks and a sea of barbed wire.

Mirwaiz Umar Farooq another Separatist leader added his voice to Geelani’s saying, “as the holy month of Zilhajj begins and Eid approaching, the situation developing after the advisory to Amarnath Yatris/tourists in Kashmir, extremely concerning. Govt should speak up. Appeal. People to take courage and not panic. If there is something as in past we will face it collectively.”

Meanwhile Lord Nazir Ahmed a UK politician called for the immediate release of Yasin Malik leader of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) posting a photo saying that he was “critically ill” and requesting that Amnesty International, UN Human Rights and Human Rights Watch all declare him a prisoner of conscious.

There was other advice from the public on offer too on Twitter, the following tweet from an account supporting the Afghan Taliban stated,

“Don’t know why you guys are trying to affiliate with Pakistan. A country with no ability to retrieve the bodies of its soldiers. What can they do to separate you from India? Our hearts is beating for you people may Allah protect you Go ahead and do something for yourself.”

The Organization of Islamic Co-operation released the following statement in solidarity with those under threat.

OIC Expresses Concern about the Deteriorating Situation in Jammu and Kashmir

Date: 04/08/2019

The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) is deeply concerned about the deteriorating situation in the Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir including reports of deployment of additional paramilitary forces and use of banned cluster munition by the Indian forces to target civilians.
The General Secretariat is saddened to learn about the civilian casualties resulting from ceasefire violations carried out by Indian forces across the Line of Control and expresses solidarity with the people of Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
The OIC reiterates its call upon the international community to rise up to its responsibility for the peaceful resolution of Jammu and Kashmir dispute through the democratic method of a free and impartial plebiscite in accordance with relevant UN Security Council resolutions and aspirations of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.

End

The situation continues to worsen with a ban on public meetings and rallies and Indian Express reported that there would be no “movement of public and all educational institutions shall also remain closed”. In addition Al Jazeera is now reporting a suspension of mobile and internet services.

Kashmir faced similar restrictions following the killing of militant leader Burhan Wani by Indian government forces. Wani who was shot dead in South Kashmir on July 8th 2016, was the popular commander of separatist group Hizbul Mujahideen. His death led to months of protests with 120 deaths and thousands of injuries to both civilians and military personnel.

There are also concerns that in a further attempt at current control, Modi will ditch Article 35A of the Constitution which currently prohibits non-residents from buying property in Indian administered Kashmir. Any change has been opposed by political leaders on the grounds that it would change the demographics of the only Muslim majority state in India. Further information on Article 35A can be read here,

The Article of Contention: Why 35A has always been controversial”

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/india/why-theres-turmoil-over-article-35a-in-kashmir/articleshow/70526833.cms

Former Chief Ministers Mehbooba Mufti and Omar Abdullah were also facing restricted movement, Abdullah tweeted, “I believe I’m being placed under house arrest from midnight tonight and the process has already started for other mainstream leaders. No way of knowing if this true but if it is then I’LL see all of you on the other side whatever is in store. Allah save us.” Mufti declared, “how ironic that elected representatives like us who fought for peace are under house arrest. The world watches as people and their voices are being muzzled in J and K. The same Kashmir that chose a secular democratic India is facing oppression of unimaginable magnitude. Wake up India.”

The situation in Kashmir is changing by the hour. The BBC has now reported the revoking of Article 370 the part of the constitution that gives Indian-administered Kashmir special status, this includes 35A. Article 370 “allowed the state a certain amount of autonomy – its own constitution, a separate flag and freedom to make laws. Foreign affairs, defence and communications remained the preserve of the central government. ” For more information see following link,

“Article 370: India strips disputed Kashmir of special status”

https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-asia-india-49231619

Campaigners are now running several hashtags on Twitter in support of Kashmiris including “Go Red For Kashmir” detailing the current concerns. Although many already consider Kashmir to be under occupation, the recent actions of the Modi government take this to another level. Ashok Swain, Professor of Peace and Conflict Research, Upsala, Sweden, stated,

“those claiming that the scrapping of Art370 will integrate Kashmir with India should know that the Article 370 is the one which was integrating Kashmir with India. Without it accession has become an occupation!”
