It is with great sadness to have learnt that a traffic accident has once again taken place on the main Kandahar-Kabul highway in Zabul province peripheries, resulting in the death of 36 countrymen and injuries to 21 others.
The Islamic Emirate is greatly distressed by this incident and shares in the grief of those affected by this tragedy.
The Islamic Emirate will launch a serious investigation into the shocking incident, hold accountable the negligent party and will exert full efforts to prevent such incidents from transpiring in the future.
We ask Allah Almighty to grant Jannah (Paradise) to those martyred in this accident and swift recovery for the injured. And we pray that their families and relatives are blessed with patience and immense rewards.
