Those with insight and loving justice know that the Islamic Emirate was a peaceful and completely Afghan movement since its emergence, being based on Islamic principles and Afghan values. From day one until now, the speeches and official statements of the leadership and officials of Islamic Emirate are focused on resolving the sufferings and problems of the beloved country Afghanistan. In fact, when new movements emerge in any part of the world, especially at a time of chaos and anarchy some inexperienced youths make assertions contrary to principles and vision of the movement which never represents policy of the movement.

The Jihadic resistance against occupation and the movement of reform against corruption is a legitimate demand based on Islamic Sharia, human nature and intellect. Historical facts and human experiences have shown that decisions made contrary to justice and wisdom have no chance to succeed practically but it leads to many problems, destructions and sufferings. A good example in hand is the illegitimate decision of Goerge W Bush, former president of America to occupy Afghanistan which ushered in instability in the entire world including Afghanistan and America.

At present time, the entire world is like a village. Trade, social, cultural and joint intellectual values and cooperation are demands of the time. We not only want good relations but also want to make our relations stronger with all countries including Islamic countries on the basis of mutual understanding and in the light of the Islamic and national interests.

The new leadership of the Islamic Emirate has given clear message in his statements and speeches in this regard. For example, the esteemed Amir ul momineen Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansoor has explicitly stated in his message to the nation on the occasion of Eid ul Odha in 2015:  “The Islamic Emirate carries out political and other activities and has already taken practical steps in this regard. The Political Office is the only exclusive office being active for the past few years. We have given the Office authority to carry out contacts and negotiation with different entities. The Political Office has conveyed this message to everyone concerned that we want good and lawful relations with neighbors, the regional and world countries, particularly, Islamic countries…..”

Islamic Emirate has clear message for all countries especially for Islamic countries that we want to have good relations with all nations and further expand them. It will be better to have direct contact with each other and exchange views regarding our goals and values. We state with confidence that the ongoing Jihad in Afghanistan is a Sharia based and lawful right of Afghans because our country is currently under American occupation. They have dominated our independence and national sovereignty and martyred tens of thousands of our innocent people and harassed millions of our countrymen. Therefore, we have the right to defend our Islamic values and national interests. On the other hand, it is a reality that we do not have military activities outside our country.
