The following tweets were issued today 11th November 2015 by Abdulqahar Balkhi account affiliated with Islamic Emirate and highlight the ongoing conflict between Islamic Emirate and Islamic State (Wilayat Khorasan) in Afghanistan referred to as Deash (meaning Daesh, correct spelling)
IS first emerged in Afghanistan/Pakistan in 2014. A number of Taliban defected to Wilayat Khorasan. Since then there have been ongoing, clashes, claims and counter-claims with IS alleging Taliban are connected to state and security services indicating Pakistan, denied strongly by Islamic Emirate. In turn, Islamic Emirate have highlighted alleged abuses against civilians with IS alleging some are working as spies, denied by Islamic Emirate. See following article for background information,

Statement by IEA on Deash fitna in #Zabul
Important points coming up in next tweets
1. Repeated conciliation efforts of IEA rebuffed by Deash elements, counter claims that Taliban are Apostates and Bughat from Khilafa
2. Deash elements kidnapped civilians & used women as concubines, trying to inflame dangerous sectarian/ethnic war
3 After final conciliation effort, op. by Mujahidin ended within 24 hours with minor number of fatalities as most Deash elements surrendered
4. Wealthy civilians from Ghazni/Nangarhar/other provinces kidnapped by Deash elements have been freed and no fighting in area anymore
5. Those elements that surrendered now living with families in safe areas under watchful eyes of Mujahidin
