Enemies of nation martyr Islamic Emirate’s head of Education in Nangarhar raid

Post via Islamic Emirate

Last night the American invaders and their internal hirelings carried out a raid on the home of head of education for Khogyani district as appointed by the Islamic Emirate, Sayed Mahmood, and martyred him.

This crime happened as the Kabul administration and media outlets associated with it frequently claim that the Mujahideen oppose education and harass its workers.

The martyr Sayed Mahmood s/o Abdul Baqi was a university graduate who served the people of Khogyani in the education sector.

He did not have any part in military activities, was interested in serving the people in his field (education) and had brilliantly organized the activities of schools and religious seminaries in Khogyani district.

British journalist John Cantlie (45) who was kidnapped in Syria 4 years ago and is now held by Islamic State has appeared again in 2 of their latest video releases giving hope to family and friends back home.

The first video shows Cantlie looking gaunt and bearded reporting Coalition airstrikes which have destroyed 4 out of 5 bridges in Mosul, Iraq. He speaks of long delays and “pandemonium” to locals as they try to cross from east to east on a narrow stretch of what remains of a bridge. Only the smallest bridge crossing the Tigris is left fully standing.

He interviews residents of the city and highlights that the Coalition are not attacking “mujahideen” that are fighting on the outskirts but ordinary civilians going about their business. Cantlie also shows damage to main water pipes bombed twice which has killed workers and led to water shortages. There is also little electricity with winter approaching and temperatures dropping to zero.

The BBC reported in March 2016,

“Mr Cantlie, who is originally from Hampshire, has seen his work appear in the Sunday Times, the Sun and the Sunday Telegraph.

He has been held captive in Syria twice. After being kidnapped in July 2012, he escaped with help from the Free Syrian Army.

He was then kidnapped for a second time when he returned to the country towards the end of 2012. It is believed he was with US journalist James Foley, who was later killed.”

Reporters Without Borders (RSF) condemned Islamic State “using him (Cantlie) for propaganda purposes in Syria and Iraq for the past two years” and said, “he looks pale and emaciated in the footage, indicating that he has suffered a dramatic physical change since his last appearance in an IS video in July.” Cantlie who refers to himself as a “prisoner” has appeared in a number of IS videos. Articles he is alleged to have written have appeared in Dabiq, an IS publication. Islam has a code of conduct towards civilian prisoners which must be followed. There is also the Geneva Convention…

In 20o3, referring to treatment of Iraqi prisoners, Global Policy Forum wrote,

“The rules governing the treatment of prisoners of war are spelled out in the third Geneva Convention of 1949. The Convention requires that POW’s “must at all times be treated humanely,” and goes on to list a number of specific requirements: they must not be killed, seriously endangered, mutilated or subject to medical or scientific experiments. Furthermore, they must be protected against acts of violence or intimidation, and against “insults and public curiosity” (Article 13).”

In the second video from “Wilayat Ninawa” in Iraq, sent to me by Sahwaji, (FreeSyria) Cantlie narrates an IS attack on dozens of regime tanks in Mosul and shows footage of numerous Anti Tank Guided Missiles (ATGM) Hits.

MENAnalyst tweeted images of destroyed vehicles back on December 8th,

“media release asserts that dozen destroyed ISF vehicles incl. Tanks, HUMVs, AIFVs, BMPs are seen at Salam Hospital, southeast”

Rami al-Lolah (Rami) who provides news, exclusives, intelligence and reports from the Middle East states, ‘Armor Hunters’ is the latest media from ISIS Wilayat Ninawa in the series covering Mosul battles: It features plenty of ATGM hits. Iraq.” He also says, “as I reported couple weeks ago; that was UK Cantlie who was featured in a scene from ISIS ‘Impact of Bullets’ media from Mosul.”

Cantlie is seen watching videos of the attacks and states “he never saw such a battle” and points to the “bravery” of IS fighters who climb onto tanks dropping explosive devices into the turrets.

Rami also tweets the following photo,

Commenting of the appearance of Cantlie, Rukmini Callimachi, Correspondent for The New York Times, focusing on al-Qaeda and ISIS tweeted,

“haunting new video of ISIS hostage John Cantlie, Briton captured at same time as James Foley. Shows him at al-Salam Hospital in Mosul….. Journalists were at that hospital with Iraqi mil hrs before IS overran it. That means Cantlie, held for 4 yrs, was w/in meters of safety.”

Cantlie is shown guiding the viewer around an area full of tanks that had been lured IS lured to a centre point and destroyed by IS. He also points out the remains of a US hellfire missile. Cantlie adds, “you have to be careful” as there are unexploded devices all around adding, “this is the battle for Mosul”.

Rami tweets,

“The best scene from ‘Armor Hunters’ from al-Salam hospital in Mosul goes to Cantlie and the |i soldier helmet.. Enjoy!

Cantlie is seen picking up a green helmet saying, “this used to belong to an Iraqi soldier, er, I don’t think he’s going to be needing it now”, he throws it away and walks off. End of video.

Sahwaji who posted the video told me, “I don’t think IS will kill him, Inshallah he will be released and he will have great story to tell.” A friend of Cantlie (name withheld) who watched the video remained optimistic she said, “he’s alive. He’s looked far worse.”

Islamic Emirate: Afghanistan in month of November (2016)

novmeber-2016-1

Post via Islamic Emirate

(N.B. In this article, only those incidents are covered which were confirmed by the enemy too. It is worth mentioning that, in most cases, prevailing realities are twisted by the foreign invaders for the sake of deceiving their people, as well as, the innocent and freedom loving people of our country. Therefore, for actual ground realities and the real amount of financial losses and casualties of foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenary forces, one is advised to regularly visit ‘Alemarah’, the official websites of the Islamic Emirate.)
Though, November is the beginning of winter season in Afghanistan, but the active Jihadi centers were as warm as they were in the spring season, due to the persistent Jihadi activities of a large number of Mujahidin. In November, vast and fatal attacks were carried out against the foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces, in which, huge financial losses and casualties were inflicted on them.
In the following lines, some of these incidents, which were bewildering for the enemy, are discussed and elaborated for keeping our esteemed readers fully informed about the ongoing scenario inside the country.

Casualties of foreign invading forces:

The foreign invaders are trying their best to depict themselves as the winner of ongoing war in Afghanistan, therefore, they would never reveal the immensity of their losses. In November, only 4 casualties were admitted by them.
On Thursday 3rd November, the NATO invading forces confirmed that two of their soldiers were killed in ‘Kunduz’ province. But authentic local media resources told that their death toll was more than five.
On Saturday 12th November, the largest and strongly fortified military base of foreign invading forces in ‘Bagram’ was brought under a meticulous attack of Mujahidin, in which, tens of wicked foreign soldiers were killed and wounded, by leaving their malicious ambitions unfulfilled. But the devious enemy accepted only four casualties.
Though, overall 27 foreign soldiers were killed in November, but the enemy confirmed that only 15 foreign soldiers were killed in this month.
In this way, the total number of foreign forces killed inside Afghanistan from the beginning of their illegitimate invasion, and confirmed by them is 3527. Among them, 2391 are American soldiers.

Casualties of internal mercenary forces:

Due to the widespread Jihadi operations of Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in all parts of the country, it is quite difficult to cover and estimate the extent of losses and casualties suffered by the internal amateurish mercenary forces. In the following, some incidents are elaborated which can easily reveal the immensity of their losses and casualties.
On Tuesday 1st November, 32 internal mercenary soldiers were killed in fighting in ‘Ghorak’ district of ‘Kandahar’ province. And, on the same day, 3 high ranking stooge military officials were killed and wounded in a blast in the center of ‘Urzgan’ province.
On Friday 18th November, the so called security chief of ‘Bakwa’ district in ‘Farah’ province was killed by Mujahidin. In another ambush, the director of national security and a prominent group leader were also killed during Mujahidin’s operation in the above mentioned district.
On Tuesday 29th November, the commander of 207 army corps was killed along with some other high ranking military officials in a helicopter crash in ‘Bala-Mughab’ district of ‘Badghis’ province.

Financial losses of the enemy:

The costs and financial losses of the ongoing futile war inside Afghanistan have rocketed tremendously higher than those estimated or expected by the American invaders and their allied forces in the initial stages of implementing their malicious plan of illegitimate occupation of our beloved homeland. Therefore, the ongoing war in our country has become the costliest one in the recent history of these brutal invaders. Financial losses worth millions of dollars are regularly suffered by the enemy on the monthly basis. In the following lines, some incidents of their financial losses, as a handful out of a heap, are discussed.
On Wednesday 16th November, a helicopter of the wicked enemy was hit and brought down by heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in ‘Baraki Barak’ district of ‘Logar’ province, in which, the helicopter was destroyed and several casualties were suffered by the enemy besides the financial losses.
On Saturday 12th November, the strategic ‘Bagram’ base of foreign invaders was brought under sever attack of Mujahidin, in which, huge financial losses, worth millions of dollars, were inflicted on foreign invaders.
On Tuesday 29th November, another helicopter of the wicked enemy was hit and destroyed by Mujahidin in ‘Bala-Murghab’ district of ‘Badghis’ province, which was a huge financial blow for the enemy.

‘Omar’ Jihadi Operations:

Though some parts of the country are covered by snow due to the winter season and cold winds are blowing in most areas, but Jihadi operations are incessant as usual and have been least affected by weather changes. In the following lines, the progress and achievements of Mujahidin under ‘Omari’ Jihadi operations in different parts of the country are elaborated.
On Friday 11th November, the German consulate in ‘Kunduz’ city, which had turned into ‘an intelligence center’ for the foreign brutal invaders and all fighting and attacks in this province were monitored and controlled from here’ became the target of a meticulous and fatal attack of heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate, in which, the building of the consulate was completely demolished and tens of foreign invaders were killed and wounded inside.
Just one day later, an unprecedented and deadly martyrdom attack was carried out on the strategic and huge ‘Bagram’ base of savage foreign invaders. Despite the painstaking security measures and circles around this strategic base, the martyrdom seeking Mujahid, managed, by the grace of Almighty Allah, to reach his destination and carry out the attack, in which, several foreign invaders were killed and wounded including a colonel.
In this deadliest incident, the enemy admitted only four casualties, but according to authentic and independent sources, more than 25 foreign invaders were killed and wounded in this fatal attack.
This successful attack was so disastrous and unexpected for the American occupiers as they had to close their embassy inside Kabul besides suspending several other ongoing projects in various parts of the country.
On Wednesday 14th November, a vehicle of the so called national security organ of the puppet regime was attacked by Mujahidin inside Kabul, in which, all mercenary forces on board were killed.

Internal wrangles of the puppet admin:

Reports say that internal differences of the stooge admin and power struggle between various stakeholders of this heterogeneous regime are increasing day by day.
On Saturday 12th November, ‘Salahuddin Rabbani’, the so called foreign minister, including three other stooge ministers, were suspended by the bogus parliament. (Though, they are still active, which is another question mark on the formation and jurisdiction of this stooge parliament). ‘Salahuddin Rabbani’ was rejected by a parliament mostly composed of his own party members. It reveals deep cleaves and differences among them, which can jeopardize the party he belongs to.
On 13th and 14th November again, vote of no confidence was casted inside the bogus parliament against three more ministers, but the head of the stooge admin, contrary to the constitution approved under American supervision, asked them to continue their duties.
On Wednesday 30th November, the head of the puppet admin met his arch rival ‘Ata Noor’ in ‘Balkh’ province. He also wanted to meet his own deputy, the commander of the notorious and unrestrained ‘Gilam Jam’ militiamen in the North, but due to the differences and disputes which were elaborated in the previous article, his deputy refrained from receiving or meeting him.

Oppression and Torture of civilian people:

The pious and helpless people of Afghanistan are agonized and tortured incessantly. In the following lines, some incidents are elaborated which can depict the gravity of the issue.
On Tuesday 1st November, 35 innocent civilians were martyred in the indiscriminate bombing of savage foreign invaders in ‘Chori’ district of ‘Urzgan’ province.
On the same day, media reported that 34 other civilian countrymen were killed by ‘Daish’ militiamen in the center of ‘Ghore’ province.
On Thursday 3rd November, all members of one family, including women and children were martyred in a raid of brutal foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces. The local eye-witnesses told that tens of innocent civilians were killed and wounded in these ruthless operations and more than 50 houses were completely demolished.
On Thursday 3rd November, 23 local people were martyred and 16 others were injured in the indiscriminate mortar shelling of internal amateurish forces in ‘Qala-Kosa’ area of ‘Khawaja Sabzposh’ district of ‘Faryab’ province. According to the local eye-witnesses, a wedding ceremony was targeted in this brutal attack, therefore, the death toll was very high and all of them were innocent civilian people.
On Friday 18th November, a helpless and innocent countryman was ruthlessly martyred by the son of a so called chief security commander of ‘Baghlan’ province.
(For further details of civilian oppressions and losses, one must read the monthly report of ‘war crimes of foreign invaders and their mercenary forces’.)

Protests and Demonstrations of civilian people:

Due to the above mentioned atrocities and oppressions, the innocent masses had no other option but to demonstrate against the foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces.
On Tuesday 1st November, the ordinary shopkeepers of ‘Kandahar’ city gathered and protested against the brutality of local police force. They claimed that some shopkeepers are abducted by the amateurish policemen for ransom.
On Sunday 6th November, the pious and freedom loving people of ‘Kunduz’ province arranged wide spread demonstrations. Their main demand was the abrogation of the so called ‘security agreement’, signed between the puppet regime and the brutal foreign invaders. They also demanded that ruthless night operations should be stopped, in which, only the helpless and defenseless civilians are tortured, by inflicting casualties and financial losses on them.
In retaliation to a series of indiscriminate attacks of brutal foreign invaders, in which, tens of our innocent countrymen were martyred and wounded, the so called members of bogus parliament also called for the abolition of ‘basic security agreement’; whereas, this malicious agreement was approved by them two years ago against all the Islamic values and national interests of their people.

Divine support for Mujahidin:

In the previous months, several district centers and strategic military bases of the enemy were controlled by heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate, in which, huge amount of light and heavy weapons and other ammunition were captured by them, which is considered quite sufficient for the following two or three years Jihadi operations.
On Sunday 6th November, the military helicopter of the stooge admin which was sent to support their mercenary forces in ‘Ghizab’ district, mistakenly dropped all the ammunition and other logistics inside Mujahidin controlled area. And now, Mujahidin are widely using these weapons and ammunition against the puppet regime forces, as well as the foreign invaders.

Confession of Failure:

On Sunday 27th November, ‘Ahmad Zia Masaud’, the special advisor of the head of stooge admin, admitted that Mujahidin are stronger than ever before. He added that the increased influence of Taliban inside various organs of the stooge admin is halting our operations against them.
It was previously confessed by the stooge officials of puppet regime that Taliban have largely infiltrated their personnel in all ranks of the so called security forces.
On Tuesday 15th November, Russia, the main supporter of notorious northern alliance, called the puppet regime as a failed project, by considering it the main cause of all differences and internal skirmishes among Afghans.

Widespread corruption inside the stooge admin:

Fraud and corruption is increasing day by day inside all organs of puppet regime. Even those people are found involved in this widespread phenomena that are not part of the stooge setup. According to authentic reports, some contractors have been supplying donkey meat instead of cow meat to the officials and workers of the stooge admin for long. (While donkey meat is totally forbidden in our religious and cultural values.)
Independent media outlets had previously revealed several cases of supplying donkey meat by the contractors to the so called security police forces in the south of the country.
For the last two years, the so called members of the bogus parliament have been regularly blaming high ranking officials of the stooge admin that ‘Daish’ (i.e. ISIL) is formed by them for the sake of their vested personal interests.
On Sunday 20th November, ‘Ishaq Gilani’, the head of a political party also joined these voices and told that due to its internal support for ‘Daish’, the stooge Kabul admin has lost its credibility inside the world community.
Recently, new cases of corruption and differences have been revealed inside the puppet admin. A chieftain of notorious ‘Gilam Jam’ militiamen has been abducted by ‘General Dostam’, the head of these ‘unrestrained militiamen’ and the deputy head of the stooge admin.
On Thursday 24th November, reports said that this chieftain, the former deputy commander of these unrestrained forces, was abducted and kept in unknown by ‘General Dostam’, for not supporting him in his brutal military operations in the north of the country.

Mujahidin’s support for national projects:

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is following a clear and well-defined policy in accordance with the Islamic Sharia for the preservation and security of all matters of national interests. But the stooge admin has launched a propaganda campaign against Mujahidin by defaming them in the name of opposing projects of national interests.
For the sake of better understanding of our pious masses, the Islamic Emirate has reiterated its full support in a statement announced on Tuesday 29th November. This statement explicitly says that Mujahidin are never against the implementation of these economic projects; rather they will spare no effort and will leave no stone unturned in protecting and safeguarding these projects of national interests.

Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, an Entity Embodying the People’s Aspirations

monogram-of-iea

Post via  Islamic Emirate

Recently the Islamic Emirate published a statement regarding protection of national projects in the beloved country, instructing Mujahideen that all national projects which follow the guidelines of the Islamic Emirate should not be opposed; rather full support should be extended for their protection. In fact, national projects are not anyone’s private property. It is a national asset that contributes to prosperity of people and development of the country. But sometimes the invading troops and their puppet allies in Afghanistan cause harm to places of public benefits and national projects and then level allegation against Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate. Thus they want to cash in on the innocent sentiments of the people and to create rift between the Islamic Emirate and the nation. There are many examples of the invaders and their stooges committing such acts therefore it is important for the Islamic Emirate to clarify its stance. The Islamic Emirate has taken up arms to end the occupation and establish an Islamic system. Due to the blessings of the Almighty Allah and the tireless support of the nation, it wants to reach this lofty objective. Furthermore the Islamic Emirate is not against education and national projects in the country as per Islamic principles. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is an entity embodying the people’s aspirations. It caters to all legitimate demands of the people. The Islamic Emirate is currently giving sacrifices in the cause of independence of the country, which is the demand of the Muslim Afghan nation. All true sons of the nation have come together in the ranks and files of this entity.

We know that the invaders and their domestic allies are carrying out propaganda and intelligence war against the Islamic Emirate alongside its military campaign. They commit every illegitimate act for continuation of the occupation and prolongation of their power. Similarly they do not lose any opportunity to perpetrate illegitimate acts or level allegation however the Islamic Emirate assures its people that contrary to the malicious propaganda of the enemy, we are committed to all efforts which accommodate our Islamic and national interests and ensure establishment of a genuine Islamic system in Afghanistan, being free from colonialism. The entire Afghan Muslim nation has equal responsibility to accomplish this obligation. Whether they are religious scholars, students of religious seminaries, university students or Afghans working in other walks of life, they should work to combine their efforts to obtain a united, independent and Islamic Afghanistan in order to enable us reach our shared goal. And this is not a hard task for Allah to accomplish.

Drone strike victim asks Obama for apology ahead of federal court hearing (Reprieve statement)

2015_10_06_pub-faisal-616x353-1

Faisal bin ali Jaber will drop legal case in exchange for apology from Obama

(Image via Reprieve)

A Yemeni civilian who lost two innocent relatives to a 2012 covert drone strike has written to President Obama to ask for an apology – in return for which he will drop a court case, due to be heard in Washington DC tomorrow.

Faisal bin ali Jaber lost his brother in law – a preacher who campaigned against Al Qaeda – and his nephew, a local policeman, in an August 29, 2012 strike on the village of Kashamir in Yemen.

Mr Jaber – an environmental engineer – will tomorrow (Tuesday) travel to Washington DC to attend what will be the first ever US appellate court hearing in a case brought by a civilian victim of the covert drone program.

However, Mr Jaber has written to the President to inform him that he will “happily drop the case in exchange for an apology,” and acknowledgment that his brother in law Salem and nephew Waleed “were innocents, not terrorists.”

Mr Jaber met members of Congress and Obama Administration officials in 2013, but did not receive either an explanation or apology for the strike which killed his relatives.  In 2014, his family was offered $100,000 in US dollar bills in a meeting with the Yemeni National Security Bureau (NSB) – during which the Yemeni Government official informed them that the money came from the US and he had been asked to pass it along.  Again, there was no acknowledgement or apology from the US.

In his letter sent this weekend to the President, Mr Jaber points out that “true accountability comes from owning up to our mistakes.” He asks Mr Obama to set a precedent for his successors by acknowledging the error that killed his relatives, apologizing, and disclosing details of the operation that killed them so that lessons can be learned.  Mr Jaber also requests that before leaving office, President Obama release more detailed information on civilian casualties from drone strikes, including the names of who was counted and who was not.

Commenting, Jennifer Gibson, staff attorney at international human rights organization Reprieve, which is assisting Mr Jaber said:

“President Obama is right to be worried about what a Trump Administration might do with his secret drone program.  But if he is serious about bringing it out of the shadows, he must stop fighting against accountability.  He must own up to the hundreds of civilians that even the most conservative estimates say the program has killed, and apologize to those that have lost their loved ones.

“Faisal’s relatives took great risks speaking out against Al Qaeda, and trying to keep their community safe.  Yet they were killed by an out of control drone program which made appalling errors and did more harm than good.  Instead of fighting Faisal in court, President Obama should simply apologize, admit his mistake, and devote the rest of his time in office to building true accountability into a program hidden in the shadows for too long.”

Joint Resistance Leadership Jammu and Kashmir statement on International Human Rights Day

52975c9c51974a1ae75b538d2a8fb87f-kashmir

Indian Occupied Kashmir…There is 1 Indian army personnel for every 7 Kashmiris

(Image via AFP)

Excellency:
Mr. Ban ki-Moon

Through this memorandum may we bring to your kind attention that today is the International Human Rights Day being observed all over the globe in support and promotion of the basic human rights of the people. Sixty Six years ago United Nations in 1950 decided to observe this day as such. The world body has adopted many declarations and covenants about the human rights of the people including the Right of Self Determination, Right to Liberty, Justice, and about many political and economic rights. All these declarations and covenants, however, remain hollow for the people of Kashmir because they are worst victims of the abuse of these rights. Be it right of self determination, right to life or right to liberty and security every right is denied to them.

The population in Jammu and Kashmir is continuously being held against their will by politico – military apparatus of India. Instead of making laws to protect the basic human rights of the people, laws like Armed Special Powers Act (AFSPA), Disturbed Area Act and Public Safety Act are in force to encourage and protect those who trample these basic human rights of the people under their boots. Thousands of enforced or involuntary disappearances, thousands of extra judicial executions, scores of incidents of rape and molestation of women, torture during custody, depriving the liberty of people on flimsy excuses day in and day out are used as a weapon to continue the hold on the territory and people against their will. Presence of mass graves at various locations in Kashmir valley stands witness to extra judicial executions of innocent at wholesale level. Even the rights to protest have been snatched away from the people.

With every passing season the abuse of human rights in Kashmir touches fresh heights. In the recent five months people’s uprising for the achievement of their right to self-determination as provided in the UN charter and the resolutions of UN Security Council on Kashmir, more than 120 persons fell to the brutal violence of government forces. About 20,000 people were injured, hundreds of them by pellet fires in which scores of the youth got pellets in their eyes thus lost their eye sight forever. Thousands of people of all ages from 13 to 80 years of age were incarcerated and most of these still languish in jails and detention centers. All the prominent leaders of resistance movement including were either jailed or put under house arrest.

The present phase of the unceasing and unprecedented uprising of the people in Kashmir has been going on for over five months. Now a sense of extreme urgency has built up due to the inexplicable lack of response from the international community to this explosive human tragedy. The human rights defenders and the international community seems to be indifferent and acting as a mute spectator. Is it awaiting some even more massive human tragedy to unfold in Kashmir.

This year UN has declared “stand up for someone’s rights today” as the theme for the year, Let us hope that the cries of the people of Kashmir reach the human rights defenders. Let somebody stand for the protection of the basic human rights of Kashmiries who are engaged in a struggle for the achievement of their basic right to self-determination and for this reason have become the victims of brutality at the hands of the Indian state apparatus.

Excellency:

On December, 10th when the whole world reiterates its commitment to promote and protect the human rights of the people of world, the people of Jammu and Kashmir once again try to rekindle their dimming hope in the universal declaration of Human Rights and expect from UN that their right to be heard will also be recognized and they too will be counted as a people among the ‘peoples of world’

war-crimes

Post via Islamic Emirate

On Wednesday 2nd November, 60 innocent Afghan countrymen were martyred and several others were injured in the joint raid and indiscriminate bombing of savage foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces in ‘Buz-i-Kandahari’, ‘Alchin-Pul’, and ‘Hazrat-i-Sultan’ areas of ‘Kunduz’ province. Besides heavy civilian casualties and colossal financial losses, fifty houses of the innocent local people were also demolished in this brutal bombardment.

On Friday 4th November, five civilians were martyred and fifteen others were wounded in a savage raid of internal stooge forces in ‘Nokar-Khail’ area of ‘Khogyani’ district in ‘Nangarhar’ province.

Islamic Emirate: The Invaders Should Not Usurp the Legitimate Rights of the Afghan Muslim Nation Anymore

monogram-of-iea

The current president-elect of the United States is the third president elected in that country while still more his predecessors completed two terms but the war in Afghanistan has been continuing because they wanted to resolve the issue of Afghanistan by use of force as per their own desires. To reach this objective, they lost nearly three thousand soldiers, more than 15,000 wounded and sustained one trillion dollar in financial losses. Similarly, they martyred more than 200,000 innocent Afghans and have committed many horrendous war crimes.

The recent example of such incidents being the martyrdom of innocent civilians in Kunduz province. Similarly, tens of thousands of other Afghans have been detained. The motives behind all these activities were to deprive the Afghans their right of independence and an Islamic government in the country as per the aspirations of the Afghans. But we see that after one and a half decade, notwithstanding the atrocities and invasion of the invaders, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has not been defeated. Rather this resistance has morphed into an Islamic and national uprising across the country.

On the other side, the gap between the rich and the poor has widened in the past one and a half decade. Some people can barely find a loaf of bread for their breakfast and dinner while others have amassed billions of Afghanis because of illegal contracts and corruption. Furthermore, abductions and drug trafficking are carried out in government vehicles. Government does not trust the parliament while parliament does not trust the government while according to law experts both the government and parliament are illegal.

Our message to the president-elect of the United States is that, had it been possible to resolve the issue of Afghanistan through the use of force, wealth and nasty conspiracies then it could have been solved a long time ago. Use of force and wicked conspiracies will only prolong and complicate this issue. Afghans are not terrorists nor do they have a policy to attack civilian targets in other counties. The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is a national and Islamic force. All true, faithful and freedom-loving sons of Afghanistan have come together in this entity and want to obtain independence of Afghanistan and establish an all Afghan-inclusive Islamic system in the country.

We would like to urge the newly-elected president not to repeat mistakes of the former presidents. Put an end to this meaningless war by pulling out your troops from our beloved country. The best way out is to withdraw your troops from Afghanistan. This is the home of the Afghans. Leave it to the Afghans and do not permit that this war turn into an incurable wound for you.

Statement of Islamic Emirate concerning genocide against the weak Muslims of Burma

flage-only

Post via Islamic Emirate

For years the minority Muslims of Burma have been facing oppression at the hands of the enemies of God and callous rulers. These weak Muslims are facing oppression and genocide for the past several decades merely due to being Muslim, believing that there is no God except Allah and following the seal of the Prophets (peace and blessings be upon him).

وما نقموا منهم الا ان یؤمنوا بالله العزیز الحمید. البروج

They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allah, the Al-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise! [Al-Buruj:8]

If the weak Muslims of Burma previously faced dangers of murder, torture, being burnt alive and properties being looted however this time around the criminal government of Burma has launched a campaign of carrying out a genocide against the minority Muslims and completely ridding the country of them. They are systematically burning the homes and villages of Muslims, usurping their property, beheading their children, martyring their men in the most horrific ways, raping their womenfolk and carrying out sadistic savagery beyond any human imagination.

The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan condemns these cruel barbaric actions of the Burmese rulers and calls upon all the entire Muslim Ummah to utilize every means at their disposal to safeguard and protect the oppressed Muslims of Burma.

That the United Nations and Human Right organizations are keeping tight lipped about the genocide of the Burmese Muslims, then this only exposes the two-faced policy of these organizations regarding a human catastrophe. However the Muslims must not waste time waiting on these organizations and must extent a helping hand to their oppressed Muslim brothers in faith.

A large portion of responsibility in this regard falls squarely on the shoulders of the rulers of the Islamic world who must sense the pain of the Burmese tragedy and must take immediate action. Similarly the Islamic charitable organizations which help during the most difficult of circumstances must give priority to the oppressed Muslims of Burma. The Muslims must raise awareness about the plight of the oppressed Burmese Muslims throughout the world, must aid them with their lives, tongues and pens and feel their pain as pain of their own bodies.

The Islamic Emirate considers the genocide of the over one million minority Muslims of Burma as one of the biggest crimes against humanity and condemns it with the strongest of terms. It similarly considers the silence of the world in face of this crime as an insult which cannot be justified under any excuse.
