Islamic Emirate: Statement of Islamic Emirate Regarding Assertions of the Deputy Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Kabul

Post via Islamic Emirate

7th August 2017

Saudi Arabia is our brotherly Islamic country and is considered center of the Islamic world for having Islamic Holy sites. They had good relations with us during the reign of the Islamic Emirate, and was one of the countries which had recognized the Islamic Emirate.
Currently, as the foreign forces led by America have occupied Afghanistan and the Afghan Muslim people under the leadership of the Islamic Emirate are struggling for independence of the country and establishment of a system based on Islamic beliefs, therefore, we expect Saudi Arabia to play a positive role in ending the occupation and resolution of the Afghan issue in this critical phase of the history of our country.
The aim of the very presence of Political Office of the Islamic Emirate in Qatar is to explore political solution for the Afghan issue. The leadership of the Islamic Emirate has assigned the Office with the said purpose which in itself shows commitment of the Islamic Emirate for a peaceful solution. The Political Office has made its effort for this same purpose and will specifically continue to do so.

Islamic Emirate: Mercenaries cannot stop Afghan Mujahid Nation’s march towards Freedom

Post via Islamic Emirate

August 2nd 2017

Recent media reports indicate that some notorious security firms like Black Water etc… in US are lobbying the Trump administration to fully privatize the Afghan war. They want Pentagon to sign a contract to allow dispatch of hired killers to Afghanistan to conduct the war. Simultaneously, rulers of the stooge Kabul administration share the same approach. They are prodding the Trump administration to not abandon their support by marketing Afghanistan as basin of huge natural resources which in their opinion will not only suffice their expenditures but the American investors will also become wealthier through extraction contracts.

Matter of fact is that America had had civilian and military contractors in Afghanistan over the past years with their numbers surpassing 110,000 in 2012. Currently there are 25,000 contractors in the country but that has never led to success on the ground. America should not forget this bitter experience. If America believes perpetration of brutalities against the Afghans and terrorizing them will guarantee success on the battlefield or that it can be won through injection of hired killers, it will be another big mistake on the part of America.

The situation of invaders in Afghanistan is akin to a sinking person who clings to every straw for survival but it does not benefit him the least. On the other hand the Kabul administration unfortunately only sees survival through the mercy and sympathy of the invaders instead of seeking it in the support of its people. They are killing their people and calling the invaders to continue usurping the freedom and natural resources of the country.

Everyone is now aware that the slogan of terrorism in Afghanistan is a mere pretext and America in fact seeks colonization of the country, exploitation of its natural resources and transformation of our country into a military outpost against the regional countries.

Hence we would like to tell the Americans that you are not going to win the war in Afghanistan by resorting to oppression, injustice and hiring killers of Black Water and other private security firms but you will certainly prolong the war at the cost of immense human and material resources.

You have to come around to this hard fact that Afghanistan is not a commodity without an owner. The heroes of Islamic beliefs and independence still exist in this country. If Allah the Almighty wills and through His grace, they will never allow the invaders to maintain their dominance over this proud land.

We also wish to call on our people that establishment of an Islamic system and independence is our shared objective. Ramp up your support to the jihadic efforts of the Islamic Emirate which traverses this proud way. The enemies have lost their morale and all their plans have gone awry. Our joint efforts, if Allah the Almighty wills, will ensure and bring closer our shared goal of independence.

Islamic Emirate: Why are defendants of humanity silent over killing of defenseless Afghans!!?

Post via Islamic Emirate

July 31st 2017

The criminal American invaders and their internal stooges in Kabul have left no stone unturned over the last seventeen years in creating a cleavage between the Islamic Emirate and the pious masses of our beloved homeland through their malicious propaganda campaign alleging Taliban are against learning and education and they burn educational institutions and kill teachers.

On the contrary, the Islamic Emirate has never been against education either during its reign nor in the current phase of liberating the country from illegitimate foreign occupation. Rather it has struggled hard in facilitating the centers of Islamic and modern studies in all the areas under its jurisdiction. Inevitably it has its own reservations regarding the system and productivity of educational curriculum and program, but it is a totally different and justifiable aspect. As far as the issue of demolishing the educational institutions and hurting students or teachers is concerned, it is solely the task and interest of people and powers who vocally talk about promoting education but in reality are staunch enemies of learning by nourishing a profound hatred against it in their hearts and minds. The most recent proof is the demolishing of an active female educational institute in the heavy and indiscriminate bombing of savage American invaders near Pamir Hotel and Doblo area of Kunduz province in which financial losses and casualties were inflicted on the innocent civilian people.

Similarly, according to verified reports another brutality was undertaken in the disguise of night operation by the mercenary in-security forces and notorious Arbaki militia of the puppet regime in Sajawal area of Tarin Kot city, the center of Uruzgan province during which helpless civilian people were beaten under the lame excuse of sympathizing with Taliban and providing them food and shelter. Youngsters were detained and taken away as prisoners besides looting and plundering several houses.

During this carnage, some families took shelter in the nearby gardens and orchards to rescue their lives but the unrestrained Arbaki militiamen and the ruthless mercenary forces did not spare these stranded people, mostly women, children and white-bearded persons. They brought the orchards under their heavy and indiscriminate shelling in which twenty innocent helpless people were killed and wounded. Dr. Zia-ur-Rahman, the head of civil hospital in Tarin Kot city told the media that wounded people brought to this hospital were mostly children and women.

Our innocent and helpless civilians are deliberately martyred and wounded, their houses are raided and the people are detained, imprisoned and tortured ruthlessly however the organs for the prevention of civilian losses, and regional and international human rights commissions have adopted complete silence by showing no reaction or filing a protest against these felonious acts of the brutal American forces and their ruthless internal mercenary forces. On the contrary, all these organs and commissions are dictated to by the very offenders and regretfully, in the annual report released by UNAMA, most of the innocent civilians killed and wounded are filed and then ignored as armed opponents.

In another open survey by Watson, an independent organ, it is clearly cited that more than one hundred thousand civilian Afghans were killed in the indiscriminate air attacks of savage foreign occupying forces during last fifteen years. But the brutal American invaders as well as their internal stooge forces, in their turn, have always blamed the armed opponents for their unjustifiable felonies and in most cases, the civilian people killed or wounded were labelled as Taliban, contrary to all ground facts and figures.

Undoubtedly the recent civilian losses and casualties in Kunduz province and Tarin Kot, particularly targeting and demolishing an educational institute are serious crimes against humanity and an explicit violation of all internal laws!!!

Islamic Emirate: Crushing the enemy throughout the country

Post via Islamic Emirate

July 27th 2017

In the current week, some unprecedented successes have been achieved by the heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate who have inflicted huge financial, physical and logistic losses on both the savage foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces. In various parts of the country, jurisdiction of the enemy is reduced and siege around the armed forces is tightened gradually. Consequently, the number of the mercenary forces incarcerated or killed and especially those who surrender to Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate voluntarily is increasing day by day.

In various parts of the country, mainly Kunduz province, besides the internal stooge enemy, colossal losses and casualties have inflicted on the brutal foreign occupying forces as well. A number of their high rank officials and fighters have been killed and wounded and a huge amount of their equipment and vehicles have been either destroyed or seized by Mujahidin.

Similarly the strategic ‘Lolash’ district in ‘Faryab’ province was liberated by Mujahidin in which heavy financial losses and casualties were inflicted on the stooge enemy forces. The location of ‘Lolash’ district has its own strategic importance and its control and administration is vital and quite significant for Mujahidin because this area is directly connected with various provinces of the country, which significantly helps Mujahidin’s communication and maneuverability in the neighboring areas.

‘Teywora’ district in ‘Ghor’ province has been completely liberated by Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate as well. Here too, large amount of light and heavy weapons and ammunition was confiscated, the enemy has absconded after suffering heavy losses and casualties and currently the whole area is under the peaceful control of the Islamic Emirate.

In ‘Shindand’ district of ‘Herat’ province, a huge convoy of the enemy was brought under a successful and meticulous attack of Mujahidin in which more than ten military tanks and ranger type vehicles were destroyed and tens of their forces were killed and wounded. The enemy was forced to retreat after suffering heavy losses and casualties.

Most areas in ‘Central Baghlan’ and ‘Pul-i-Khumri’ districts of ‘Baghlan’ province have fallen to Mujahidin and ‘Guzargahi Nur’ district of this province was completely liberated and conquered. In this way, vast areas of this province came under Mujahidin’s control and the white flag of the Islamic Emirate, the emblem of peace and security, was hoisted on all liberated areas.

In addition, ‘Pusht-i-Koh’ district of ‘Farah’ province was conquered and controlled by heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in which the enemy suffered huge financial losses and casualties. In this conquest too, huge amount of weapons and ammunition was seized by Mujahidin after defeating the enemy and tightening their grip on the area.

Overall, the enemy both foreign and their internal mercenary forces have been badly crushed in various parts of the country by losing vast areas, large and small military bases and several significant districts throughout the country after suffering heavy casualties and financial losses.

We are certain that by the grace of Almighty Allah, the invading enemy and their internal stooges will be further defeated and crushed by Mujahidin in the near future and the day seems not far-off when the whole county will be liberated by Mujahidin and ruled under Islamic Sharia!! Insha Allah!!!

Islamic Emirate: The Belligerent and Trigger-happy Party in the war of Afghanistan

Post via Islamic Emirate

26th July 2017

For the past sixteen years, the invaders and their stooge internal allies led by America have kept on flaring up flames of war in Afghanistan and plunging the Afghan people into grief and tragedy. They have stripped the Afghans of independence and the right to establish a system based on their own beliefs, contrary to all accepted international laws, as it being a fundamental right of the peoples at world’s level. Notwithstanding that the invaders and the stooges level accusations against the Islamic Emirate that it insists on fighting and are not willing to reach a peaceful solution of the issue. Hence, they are trying to hold the Islamic Emirate responsible for the ongoing war and crisis.

Fighting is not a choice for the Islamic Emirate rather a necessity because, our legitimate rights have been snatched and the Mujahideen of the Islamic Emirate are ready to defend their rights at the stronghold as well as on the table (of negotiation).

The current esteemed leader of the Islamic Emirate Sheikh-ul-hadith Habatullah Akhundzada (May Allah SwT protect him), like former esteemed leaders of the Islamic Emirate, has explicitly proposed peaceful solution of the issue of Afghanistan in his Eid message. He has devolved the task of finding a peaceful solution of the issue to the political office, a well-known venue of contact. But unfortunately, the invaders and their allies want and see the solution of the Afghan Issue in the influx of troops, bombardments and night raids. Had it been possible to resolve the issue through such approach, then it would have been resolved in the past one and a half decade. Likely, the solution of the issue of Afghanistan does not lie in the self-serving analysis of American generals who see their privileges and material benefits only in war. Nor does the solution lie in the analysis of biased analysts, while themselves sitting in luxury rooms ten thousand kilometer away from Afghanistan and unaware of the ground realities of Afghanistan, implausibly honing justifications for prolongation of occupation and oppression instead of solution. The solution of the issue is that the invaders should come down from their ostensible arrogance and admit the legitimate rights of the Afghan people.

If the Islamic Emirate ever obtains its legitimate rights through a peaceful way then it doesn’t want continuation of war for a single moment, nor does it have the agenda to interfere in the internal affairs of other countries. Rather, we have seen that whenever the Islamic Emirate has availed an opportunity as a result of a lull in fighting, they have turned to the wellbeing of the people. Currently, rehabilitation works are going on in the Islamic Emirate’s control areas and thousands of students are receiving modern and religious education in IEA areas. The implementation and continuation of national projects have been possible due to the commitment of the Islamic Emirate. Therefore, the invaders cannot say that the Islamic Emirate wants continuation of war and is focused only on fighting.

America and her allies should realize that they are not only facing a group but confronting a national uprising under the leadership of the Islamic Emirate.

If the invaders really want a peaceful solution of the issue of Afghanistan, they should admit the legitimate rights of the Afghan Mujahid nation. They should consider removing obstacles in the way of peace rather than creating further hurdles. Neither should they sacrifice the Afghan nation nor independence and peace of our country for their long term regional colonialist objectives.

Islamic Emirate: From Leader to Soldier, a Caravan of Sacrifice

Post via Islamic Emirate

July 24th 2017

The Islamic Emirate has its own significance in the history and procedure of Jihad and sacrifices. Here from leader to an ordinary worker, from commander to a normal fighter, and from an average writer to a diplomat, all are equally devoted and sincere to their creed and love for country and have indefatigably served in defending both of them. They have been injured and incarcerated, have left their homes and villages, and have even sacrificed their lives for this lofty cause.

Recently the beloved son of the honorable leader of the Islamic Emirate, his excellency Sheikh Hibatulla Akhunzada (may Allah safeguard him) carried out a successful martyrdom seeking attack in Grishk district of Helmand province and inflicted significant losses on the enemy forces.

In complete contrast, the son and daughter of Ashraf Ghani – the head of the puppet regime in Kabul – are living lavishly in America indulging in their unrestrained desires, alienated from both their religious and cultural values.

The imprudent enemy compare leaders and Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate with themselves by propagating regularly that the leaders of the Islamic Emirate and their sons or families are living in luxury while the offspring of other people are made scapegoat by sending them to the battlefields and sacrificing them in the martyrdom seeking attacks. Although this enemy propaganda was never taken seriously by anyone and they considered it a cry in the wilderness but now, as the son of the Amir-ul-Momineen has sacrificed his own life for the lofty cause of defending his creed and country, the propaganda of the enemy has been totally unsubstantiated.

The martyrdom seeking attack of son of the Amir-ul-Momineen (may Allah protect him) confirmed that we are sincere and resolute in our conviction and struggle and everyone including the offspring of the leaders are standing and waiting in line to sacrifice their lives. Indeed the Islamic Emirate is the emblem of a struggle in which the leaders of the first and highest ranks have been incarcerated, they have been martyred and have sacrificed their lives while leaving this world in sever asceticism.

The late founder of the Islamic Emirate, his excellency Amir-ul-Momineen Mullah Mohammad Omar Mujahid (may his soul rest in eternal peace) guided the holy struggle against the foreign infidel forces and their internal mercenaries for a period of twelve years from a humble cottage and eventually breathed his last and departed this temporary abode to the eternal one while being away from all luxuries and from the basic reliefs of doctors and medication.

Likewise the martyred Amir-ul-Momineen, late Mullah Akhtar Mohammad Mansoor (may his soul rest in peace), whose tireless endeavors provided such unwavering political and military grounds to the Islamic Emirate which are even acknowledged by the enemy to this day, also drank from the cup of martyrdom in a missile attack of the crusade invaders.

The savage foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces should realize that they have dared to confront a people who have voluntarily chosen the path of sacrifices, whose satisfaction lie in their indefatigable efforts for their lofty cause and martyrdom in this path is their highest aspiration.

Therefore we are assured that eventual triumph is destined for the righteous people though they are in minority and ill equipped and the infidel forces will ultimately be conquered and crushed no matter how technologically advanced they may have been!!!

Islamic Emirate: Afghanistan in the month of June 2017

Post via Islamic Emirate

July 21st 2017

N.B. In the following article, only those incidents are elaborated which are also admitted and confirmed by the enemy. Exact and detailed figures of losses and casualties suffered by the wicked foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces, which are observed by the masses all over the country but mostly denied by the enemy, can be found and read in the official website of the Islamic Emirate.

June 2017 was one of the fatal months for the enemy, in which, meticulous and severe attacks were carried out by heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate on the wicked foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces. Besides these attacks, this month was the witness of various other significant and striking incidents. Let us read the details of these incidents in the following lines together under various captions.

Losses and casualties of savage foreign invaders:

In June, on one side, the mercenary enemy could not spend even a single day without suffering heavy sufferings and casualties; and on the other side, this month was fraught with fatal and deadly attacks on the wicked foreign occupying forces. In this month, at least, three such fatal attacks were carried out on the savage foreign invaders, including two infiltrated attacks and one road-side mine blast, in which, fourteen foreign crusade criminals were killed and sent to the abyss of hell.

On Monday 12th June, an armored tank of brutal foreign invaders was targeted by Mujahidin in a road-side landmine in ‘Ghani Khail’ district of ‘Nangarhar’ province, in which, five soldiers on board of this military tank were killed on the spot. But, once again, the deceiving and wicked foreign enemy denied to admit and reveal the facts, and accepted only three of their casualties in this month.

(The details of infiltrated attacks of foreign occupying forces can be read in the following lines under a separate caption.)

In this way, the number of foreign forces killed inside Afghanistan in 2017 and admitted by them rose to 7, while the total number of these forces killed here from the beginning of the illegitimate invasion rose to 3535. Among them, 2399 are American soldiers and the remaining ones are British soldiers and the national of different other invading partners.

It is worth mentioning that the actual losses and casualties of the wicked foreign invaders, based on authentic and verified sources and witnesses, are significantly higher than those confirmed and released by them. But it is inevitable part of their devious policy to conceal and pervert the facts and ground realities for deceiving their masses and thus prolonging the illegitimate occupation of our beloved homeland.

Losses and casualties of mercenary enemy:

June was also a fatal month full of disasters for the internal mercenary forces who were as sincere in serving their foreign crusade masters as ever. Due to the extension and intension of fighting throughout the country, it is rather difficult to receive or collect exact figures, but the enormity of their losses and casualties can be estimated from the annual reports of some of the independent organs working in this regard. Most of these reports say that the number of their losses and casualties exceeds thousands per year. In June too, hundreds of their personnel were made scapegoat for malicious crusade objectives. In the following a handful examples out of a heap is given which can help one to judge the whole.

On Sunday 18th June, the governor of ‘Chaghansore’ district in was killed in a successful attack of Mujahidin in ‘Nimroze’ province.

On the following day, a police commander including six of his armed men were killed in ‘Grishk’ district of ‘Helmond’ province.

On the same day, a judge of appeal court of ‘Nangarhar’ province was killed in an adhesive-mine blast in ‘Jalal Abad’ city, the capital of this province.

Financial losses of the enemy:

Both the wicked foreign invaders and their internal mercenary forces were not only brought under fatal and meticulous attacks in different parts of the country, in which, vast areas were liberated from them and a large number of their personnel either surrendered or united with Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate; but huge financial losses were also inflicted on them. For example, on Friday 9th June, an unmanned drone was hit and brought down by Mujahidin in ‘Nangarhar’ province.

Releasing war prisoners:

The Islamic Emirate is not only fully abiding the lofty guiding principles and rules of Islamic Sharia in both political and fighting fronts, but also remain strictly adhesive to Sharia rules and regulation in dealing those security forces and soldiers who are caught red handed in face to face confrontations. During the previous years of war, thousands of such soldiers and policemen have been released and sent back to their families with full confidence after guiding them to the right path and taking an oath of commitment not to join the mercenary forces again.

On Friday 2nd June, 11 soldiers of stooge army of the puppet regime were set free by Mujahidin after detaining them in ‘Shah Wali Kot’ district of ‘Kandahar’ province.

On Monday 5th June, 62 policemen, Arbaki militiamen and army soldiers were released, despite the bitter incident that, on the same day, several corpses of martyrs were inhumanly insulted by the savage and unrestrained militiamen of puppet regime in ‘Faryab’ province.

On Friday and Saturday, 23rd and 24th June, 20 incarcerated forces of stooge admin were released in ‘Urzgan’ province, while 16 others were set free in various other provinces on the auspicious occasion of ‘Eid-ul-Fitr’ (the Muslim festival celebrated at the end of the Holy month of ‘Ramadan’ i.e. fasting month).

Though all the incarcerated forces of the puppet regime are dealt with in such a highly moral and Islamic way, but, on the other hand, thousands of Mujahidin and numerous other innocent people, incarcerated on the lame and baseless excuses of having contacts with Mujahidin, are tortured and agonized on the daily basis by various excruciating techniques by both, the brutal foreign occupying forces and their internal mercenary forces of unknown parentage or lineage.

Helpless people and merciless enemy:

Like previous months, June was also fraught with killing, torture and oppression of helpless civilian people by the savage foreign invaders as well as their internal mercenary forces, in which, numerous of innocent countrymen were martyred and injured. Complete details in this regard can be read in the report of civilian losses and casualties, regularly published on monthly basis in the official website of the Islamic Emirate. In the following lines, some incidents of civilian losses have been elaborated just as a handful out of a heap.

On Monday 12th June, civilian people were brought under indiscriminate fire by the savage foreign invaders in retaliation to the attack carried out by Mujahidin against them in ‘Ghani Khail’ district of ‘Nangarhar’ province, in which, 3 persons of one and the same family were martyred.

On Thursday 15th June, 3 children were martyred on the spot in a random mortar shelling of the brutal foreign invaders in ‘Said Abad’ district of ‘Maidan Wardak’ province.

On Friday 16th June, a poor labor was relentlessly martyred by the mercenary police in the capital city of ‘Kabul’.

On Monday 19th June, 5 innocent people working in a chicken farm were brutally martyred in ‘Nangarhar’ province by the so called special forces of stooge admin of Kabul.

On Sunday 25th June, on the special occasion of ‘Eid-ul-Fitr’ (the festival celebrated by Muslims after the holy month of ‘Ramadan’ i.e. fasting) civilian countrymen in ‘Achin’ district of ‘Nangarhar’ province were brought under barbaric and indiscriminate bombing by the savage foreign occupying forces, In which, 16 innocent people of one and the same family including women and children were martyred.

Deployment of fresh occupying forces:

On Friday 16th June, the American invaders announced that they would send additional 4000 troops to Afghanistan to prolong their illegal and brutal occupation. Similarly:

On Thursday 29th June, the British invaders vowed to deploy fresh 100 occupying forces in the already war weary country of Afghanistan.

But just one day later, in a meeting of defense ministers of NATO occupational alliance in Brussels, contrary to the expectations of American and British invaders, the strategy of deploying additional fresh forces in Afghanistan came under serious criticism and the meeting ended without any approval.

‘Mansoori’ Jihadi operations:

Like previous months, ‘Mansoori’ Jihadi operations were in full swing in June too by having significant achievements for the heroic Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate.

On Thursday 8th June, 5 military check-posts were captured by Mujahidin in ‘Khass Urzgan’ district of ‘Urzgan’ province.

On the same day Mujahidin had significant progress in ‘Faryab’ province, in which, the strategic village of ‘Sheikhi’ was controlled and liberated by them.

On Wednesday 14th June, a meticulous and deadly attack was carried out by Mujahidin against the notorious Arbaki militiamen in ‘Sangori’ area of ‘Grishk’ district in ‘Helmond’ province, in which, tens of their armed militiamen were killed and wounded.

On Sunday 18th June, the security headquarters in ‘Gardez’ city of ‘Paktia’ province was the witness of a huge and deadly attack of collective martyrdom seeking Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate, in which, huge financial losses and casualties were inflicted on the mercenary forces of puppet regime.

Two days later, the white flag of the Islamic Emirate was hoisted on ‘Darzab’ district of ‘Jozejan’ province after huge and severe attacks of Mujahidin, and all the security forces and Arbaki militiamen surrendered to Mujahidin, as they were disappointed due to the shortage of ammunition and lack of stooge regime’s interest in their support.

On the same day, another deadly attack was carried out on the security guard of the strategic ‘Bagram’ airport, as all the targeted personnel were killed in this fatal and successful attack.

Infiltrated attacks:

The series of successful infiltrated attacks remained incessant in June, though the information about some of them was revealed, and in some cases, the enemy succeeded in hiding their losses and casualties in these deadly attacks. Some of these attacks are discussed in the following lines:

On Sunday 4th June, an infiltrated police succeeded in killing 8 other policemen and injuring 5 others in 15 security zone of ‘Kandahar’ province.

On Saturday 10th June, a heroic infiltrated soldier managed to kill four savage foreign soldiers in ‘Achin’ district of ‘Nangarhar’ province. He was then martyred in retaliation by the mercenary internal forces who always try to remain loyal to their foreign crusade masters.

On Saturday 17th June, four foreign occupying forces were killed by another courageous infiltrated soldier in ‘Shaheen’ corps in ‘Balkh’ province. He was also martyred by the local stooge Afghan in-security forces, the collaborators of foreign infidel forces in the illegitimate occupation of our beloved homeland.

Friendly attacks:

The Afghan mercenary army, policemen and the notorious Arbaki militiamen, hired for a small amount of dollars, have actually no value in the eyes of their foreign masters, therefore, the unrestrained American forces did not refrain from shedding the blood of their loyal internal stooge forces in the month of June. In the previous several years of foreign occupation, a large number of Afghan mercenary forces were killed in the so called mistaken and friendly attacks. Since there is no one to enquire or lament on such incidents, therefore, this process is still incessant.

On Friday 9th June, the boundary police force of the puppet regime was indiscriminately bombed in ‘Nad Ali’ district of ‘Helmond’ province by the jet fighters of those well-equipped brutal foreign invaders who once arrogantly claimed of seeing and differentiating even a tiny object on the ground. In this successful attack of foreign masters, 30 mercenary policemen were killed and injured.

The process of amalgamation with Mujahidin:

In the previous month, 318 workers, soldiers and policemen left the stooge admin and joined Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in various parts of the country. This process was incessant in June too, in which, several security personnel and other officials of different ranks abandoned the puppet regime and united with Mujahidin by realizing the ground realities and the malicious objectives of wicked foreign invaders and their internal stooges. Detailed report of these amalgamated forces with Mujahidin can been found in ‘Alemarah’, the official website of the Islamic Emirate.

On Tuesday 20th June, tens of soldiers, policemen and Arbaki militiamen of puppet regime surrendered to Mujahidin of the Islamic Emirate in ‘Darzab’ district of ‘Jozejan’ province.

Internal differences of the puppet regime:

Since the stooge admin of Kabul is based on differences from the very first day of its inauguration, therefore, it has been the victim of perpetual rivalries of various heterogeneous elements, being the essential part and parcel of this set up. In the recent past, some weak an uninfluential shareholders of the puppet regime demonstrated against the stooge admin on the excuse of improving law and order situation. In the indiscriminate retaliation of the police force who were then considered their guards and defenders, 3 of these protestors were killed and 8 others were injured.

A day later, the funeral processions of these protestors became the target of some more blasts, in which, 19 more people were killed. The so called security directorate of the stooge admin tried its best to blame Mujahidin for its utter failure, but the Islamic Emirate openly rejected any involvement in these incidents, by calling it the inevitable outcome of deep internal differences among various heterogeneous organ of the puppet regime.

On Sunday 11th June, the deputy head of the Islamic Emirate condemned these attacks in one of his voice messages, by calling the latest convulsion in the country the natural outcome of the prolonged and deep internal differences of the puppet regime in Kabul.

On Tuesday 6th June, in a gathering against the stooge admin in ‘Herat’ province, 6 people were killed and 16 more were injured. In the wake of these incidents and differences, the security chief and some other high ranking officials in Kabul were suspended, and ‘Amrullah Saleh’, the special advisor to the puppet head of stooge admin in security issues also resigned from his post.

On Tuesday 20th June, another protestor was killed by police inside ‘Kabul’.

Appointment of new head for the so called ‘Peace Council’:

The bogus ‘Peace Council’, mainly formed for deceiving and misguiding the freedom lovers and innocent people of this country, despite its lavish expenditures of millions of dollars in the past several years, has no practical achievement with the exception of deceiving some people like ‘Hikmatyar’. This council remained without any leader or head for long. Eventually on Tuesday 6th June, ‘Karim Khalili’, a controversial head of one of the loyal sects to the foreign occupying forces, was appointed as a new head of this ‘Council’ apparently for the restoration of peace through dialogue, but, in reality, for strangling any peaceful solution of this dilemma by appointing such a controversial figure who has been the part of the prolonged suffering of helpless Afghan masses!!!

Islamic Emirate: Inhumane Conduct of the Kabul Administration with Prisoners

Post via Islamic Emirate

20th July 2017

Recent reports from different detention centers of the country, especially from Bagram and Pol-e-Charkhi prisons indicate that officials of the prisons have amped up psychological and physical tortures of miserable detainees, mistreating them and depriving them of positive activities. They are forced to wear red fatigues, which make it difficult for them to perform prayers and ablutions. Furthermore, prisoners are banned from meeting or have limited their access to meet family members. They are inhumanly treated and provide them unhealthy food which has made many prisoners suffer from different diseases.

The Human Rights Commission of the UN and UNAMA published a report in April of the current year, accusing officials of the Kabul Administration especially the so-called officials and staff of detention centers of National Directorate of Security of having subjected detainees to tortures and extorted forced confession statements. The report says that most of the prisoners from among 496 detainees interviewed in 2015 and 2016 said that they were tortured by interrogators and signed or thumb-printed statements which they had not understood what was written on them. The officials of the Kabul Administration convict prisoners on the basis of these force confessions, which bring the legitimacy and transparency of all cases of prisoners under question. All justice-loving and impartial countries and organizations should pay attention to this flagrant issue of human right violation.

Unfortunately, numerous human atrocities have been committed in the country under the shadow of foreign occupation and during the time of the very phony democracy in the past one and a half decade. The life, wealth, honor and religious values of the people have been frequently violated. Neither, they observe Afghan traditions nor international laws but resort to every illegitimate act which may prolong their power and occupation. These atrocities have still been continuing.

These brutal acts of the invaders and their stooge allies have practically proven their slogans and human right claims to seem futile and false while giving rise to rage and anger of the Afghan Muslim nation and boosting the determination of jihadic resistance to stand up to them. No doubt, their atrocities will result into their humiliating defeat. However, for the record, we once again call upon the UN, international human rights organizations, Amnesty International and freedom-loving and justice-loving countries and personalities to raise their voice against human rights violation of the miserable prisoners in Afghanistan and thus demonstrate their impartiality and independence. Similarly, we call upon invaders and their stooges that your oppression and brutalities would never secure your success against the Afghan Muslim nation in this proud land. Rather you will become ever contemptible and face inevitable collapse. If, Allah, the Almighty wills.

End

Islamic Emirate: Report on civilian casualties in the first half of 2017

Post via Islamic Emirate

July 18th 2017

The issue of civilian losses and casualties is heart-rending therefore the Islamic Emirate is deeply concerned regarding this issue due to its duel religious and national responsibility.

The Islamic Emirate is deeply committed to preventing civilian losses and casualties in the ongoing Jihadi struggle and, if God-forbid, Mujahidin are involved in such negligence with civilian lives, it would never be admissible and tolerable for the Islamic Emirate.

Therefore a separate and autonomous organ for the preventions of Civilian Losses and Casualties and Attending Grievances has been established by the Islamic Emirate for the purpose of controlling, recording and referring such cases to relevant courts so that the one hand such incidents are seriously and legally dealt with and the perpetrators are held accountable and on the other hand, the civilian people are safeguarded from becoming victims of fighting and conflicts in the future.

In addition it is also the responsibility of this organ to evaluate and investigate the data and incidents caused by the wicked foreign invaders, the so called security organs of Kabul administration and other mischievous and criminal groups, which has multiplied the sorrows and afflictions of our innocent countrymen.

According to the decree and direction of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate, it is obliged on the above mentioned organ to register and record all incidents of civilian losses and casualties with accuracy, neutrality and a deep sense of responsibility; to point out the perpetrators of the incidents; to evaluate the amount and details of damage; and to dispatch these authentic reports to the office of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate and other relevant legal organs periodically.

This initiative has several benefits. Firstly it will lend a helping hand in taking due legal action against the perpetrators of civilian losses and casualties while our own people, the world community and all those organs which are either seriously concerned about civilian incidents or honestly interested in preventing these casualties will be duly kept informed about the nature of these incidents and their real perpetrators and the deep sense of responsibility felt by the Islamic Emirate regarding these incidents. Secondly it is hoped that the publication of these accurate and neutral reports will significantly help in reducing and preventing the regretful phenomena of civilian losses and their casualties.

The organ of the Islamic Emirate for the prevention of civilian losses and casualties assures that this report is prepared and based on authentic evidences and no negligence and forgiveness has been adopted in any single incident. This organ recurrently demands all those individuals and groups who periodically express their concerns about the gravity of civilian losses and casualties to play even greater role in identifying the perpetrators of these incidents, in condemning them and their due punishment in the least possible time. Of course, the concerned legal organs of the Islamic Emirate have left no stone unturned to trial and punish the perpetrators of incidents which are committed under the jurisdiction of the Islamic Emirate, regardless of their affiliation with the Islamic Emirate. On various occasions, the perpetrators of such incidents have been introduced and handed over to relevant courts which, in their turn, have taken all necessary steps in penalizing them.
