Wilayat Khorasan first appeared in Afghanistan/Pakistan in 2014

Islamic State in Afghanistan/Pakistan known as Wilayat Khorasan have released a new video which shows fighters going through a series of training exercises. The video features a familiar nasheed used in other IS videos coming out of Iraq and Syria. The film also shows the shooting of a man dressed in the familiar orange jumpsuit often associated with Guantanamo detainees and was allegedly arbaki, local militia with a warning to others not to fight “mujahideen”.

IS fighter states the following before executes the prisoner,

“O apostates and Hypocrites,
The criminals of the military, intelligence and police
Listen , understand and remember!
If you tried to attack the Islamic State then you shall also share the same fate as this apostate.
So we warn you and asking you to repent before you get into the hands of the soldiers of Islamic State.
Otherwise we will make you put an orange suite and your lives will be cut off with swords of the Soldiers of the Caliphate.”

He stated, “these last few words are foolish ……..stupidity…….” (refers to BBC quote below)

“They are under assault from Afghan government forces and the Taliban, as well as local militias – everyone seems to be against them.

What is more they have lost the support of local people because they have brutally tortured and murdered innocent villagers.

The people I know who got involved with Da’esh are now keeping a very low profile. Lots of them were once Taliban fighters but it is very hard for them to go back.

Da’esh are much, much weaker now than they were even just a few weeks ago.

But I don’t think we have seen the last of Islamic State in my region. Now the ideology and fighters are here it will very hard to get rid of them completely.”

He continued his opinion saying,

“Dawla islamia is different from Taliban, Taliban are just fighters, not they banned many things, but the Islamic State fighters are not only fighters but insha Allah they will implement Shariyah law as implemented in Syria and IRaq, Egypt some areas. 

IF The islamic state is not strong, then how is it possible they have done many attacks , one of them is Safora Carnage……..Dajjal follower’s Ismailie shias killed in these attacks……and insha ALlah we will kill them more as we can.

Remember, They have killed millions of millions muslim peoples……and There is a lot of Qisas ……..so Qisas begins until and unless They Kuffar pay muslim Tax……..that’s it….or they accept islam….otherwise we will fight them.

and yes alhumdulillah we have killed many Murtaddiin and kuffar….”
